Bed and Breakfast

The site is located in a quiet neighborhood near the centre of Rome. It is very cozy and an excellent deal. They have breakfast ready for you when you wake up and thank you. The rooms are quite cozy and small but very comfortable and of a good atmosphere. The Lord has given us a masterful treatment and it is a place that I would return precisely for the treatment and for its location and price.

Mario took good care of us, is friendly and worried, however he led us to a place that was three blocks from the place that appear in the photos that are published here, I noticed through the doors, as our room corresponded to old doors that even left in Trar a little light from the hallway.
The breakfast room is a common space between all the rooms, the problem with this is that you would hear all the people who take breakfast in the early morning and the day we arrived they were washing dishes and mugs at 9.30pm. Personally I would not mind that the breakfast room is next to the room, if the door to the room was thick enough or good quality to ahislar the outside sound. If it were, it wouldn't be a problem for us when people would have breakfast or the time they washed the crockery. If the above is not possible then consider not cleaning the kitchen at 9.30pm because as tourists what one more appreciates is to be able to rest comfortably. Of the days we were left was not possible you slept past 8am.
The location is good this close to the bus and relatively close to the subway, the neighborhood is quiet to go out or go back at night.

A genius Mario, provided us with all kinds of information and treated us very well. The room very clean and new. The location is excellent for walking, there are also public transportation within walking distance.

Very happy with the hotel-the owner is courteous, PREDUPREDITELNJ and at the same time unobtrusive.
The building of the HLH century: marble staircases, old elevator, high ceilings, small and cozy rooms, beautiful view from the window.
Clean, fresh, location, probably the most successful for tourists in Rome.
Breakfast: coffee or tea, yogurt, croissants, toast, butter, jam.

No words, excellent Mario Atencio! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a minibar and the mattress is very comfortable. If I am lucky enough to go back to Rome, I know where to stay!

A little bed and breakfast within walking distance of some of Rome's main attractions. Great hosts who will happily recommend local restaurants and provides a free map to get you oriented. Rooms are fairly small but clean and has air conditioning to help with the June heat.

Walking distance to termini, centre and very good restaurants. Quiet at night. Very friendly staff and clean and well equipped rooms.

Mario the manager is a great person who keeps his guests as if they were at home. The rooms are neat and clean and you are a stone's throw from the center in a really quiet area. It also has a very good typical Roman restaurant right in front of the apartment. Nothing is missing, congratulations!

Mario is a great host. The 2nd flat, that is located around 200 meters away is fresh and just restored. Ok, you can hear the traffic if you are located towards the street, but that's something that comes with old houses.

-Εverything was great! Mario is very kind, and so is the staff. I felt like I was home. Great willingness to help and make better your stay there. I would prefer it again for sure and would recommend it to others! -The only small problem was that a couple of days does not work the internet connection.

I stayed here 2years ago with my husband and we still remember how good this place was. Everything was perfect and nothing could been better. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is going to Rome and I will stay here again when I go back.

We were in Rome, for my husband birthday and stayed at this hotel 5 days, we were so happy. Location is very close to every where, nice restaurants close, very close to bus stops, and very secure area. Hotel was very clean, specially our host Mario was very helpful and very nice. it was like staying at your home. if we go again, we would definetely stay in same hotel.

Mario is probably the most accommodating host I met while traveling in Italy. He goes above and beyond in making sure that your stay is enjoyable. The location is perfect if you're looking to visit the most well known attractions. Rooms are cozy and clean — would definitely stay here again.
