Pros: + Near Termini Cons: — BED BUGS! — Drug dealers in the street — Prostitutes in the corner of front door — MOLD in shower! — Bathroom smells odd, maybe because the mold? — Towels were more like a NAPKIN — YOU CAN NOT ENTER OR LEAVE TO HOTEL 1AM-6AM. Well it's nice to feel myself like a 10yo with curfew time in my holiday… — I had same sheets WHOLE WEEK! — Breakfast was only served 8am to 9am — Receptionist was very rude and ignorant when I was complaining about the bed bugs and I didn't get any refund or proper solution, he told me that I was the reason why there was bugs on my room?! — Hotel doesn't take responsibility for any bad reviews made by other guests (tripadvisor), and are trying to escape the blame. Go and read other bad reviews and answers of the hotel staff.

Cheap Poor clean hotel near the train station. Very nice staff.

The receptionist man was really kind and always smiled, the woman did not really speak english what was quite weird to me but she was nice too. The walls were extremely thin, I couldn’t sleep at night. On the check out day we left the baggages on the reception, when we get back we asked the third, older receptionist man, if it is possible to wait there until the rain stops, the answer was: “10 minutes, no more”. Not so friendly…

Disastrous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the contrary they serve you as if they were doing you a favor. The hotel is very friendly. To pick up the keys to the room you have to take the elevator, head to the first floor where you will find the reception and then go back to take the elevator to go to your room. The rooms are correct but with old and broken bedding. Hygiene is correct. The bathrooms have a sewer smell and therefore the rooms stink. In my stay I had to cover the bathroom vents with plastic bags to be able to be in the room with less smell. Breakfast is bad. I recommend not staying at this hotel.

Not what I was expecting at all. It is perfect for students on a tight budget. The hotel staff are friendly but one of the receptionists are not so much. Decent breakfast.

A very clean hotel. The room is very comfortable Everything seemed so good to me. I have no complaints and it is half a block from the train terminal. Excellent location.

Nada más llegar en la recepción había una chica discutiendo con la recepcionista. Cuando nos tocó nuestro turno nos cobraron de primeras un impuesto que tienen aquí en Roma y no nos dieron la opción de pagarlo con tarjeta (cuando en ningún sitio se había anunciado de que sólo podía pagarse en efectivo), y la recepcionista de puso de muy malas maneras con nosotros al decirle que no estábamos de acuerdo sino se había anunciado previamente. Hay otro recepcionista que es muy majo. La habitación sencilla pero tranquila para dormir y asearse que era lo que queríamos. El lugar está bien comunicado.

Room is okay, toilet and shower is good; really bad Wi-Fi, lots of sands on the sheet, which is terrible.

The hotel is literally a five minute walk from termini. The rooms are not shabby, the plumbing works well. Convenient location for transit. But very small rooms and lift. The hotel is located in a residential building.

Good if you need a cheap and private room for one night before take the train. Really close to the Roma Termini, but I don't recomend the area if you want to enjoy Rome at night. The AC was working and helped a lot, but the shower was terrible, splashing water for the whole bathroom.

Small rooms, furnished well but filthy, tiny bathrooms, courteous but not nice.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with new furniture and functional, quiet environment, good breakfast, close to termini station x to use public transport; We were with friends and enjoyed the stay, great value; for sure we will come back when you make another stop in Rome.

Room was ok, except for the TV which was too high to actually watch. Guy at the reception was really nice and spoke English. The breakfast was terrible: we got to choose between chocolate croissants and some sort of chocolate pie/cake, plus orange juice or coffee. If you're not used to Italian breakfast it's really unappetizing. Location is rather bad: it's nice that it's close to the main station, however it's just too close — rubbish all over the crazy and shady streets, everything is very dirty and looks unsafe.

Best location in Rome, best preis in March and good condisions.
