Very clean and quiet, also very centric location to the stores and attractions.

The man at the reception was so rude. I was staying in the same building and accidentally went to the wrong desk to check out. He took the room card and threw it across the room and yelled at me. He slammed his hand down on the desk and made disgusted noises. I asked him what the problem was. He made spitting noises and cupped his mouth and in a rude tone yelled that I was wrong. I told him he could’ve just told me that I was at the wrong desk. He rolled his eyes at me and gave me another dirty look. Rude rude man.

Good room good staff enjoyed stay would return no problem.

Also Preis Leistung stimmt. Haben ein sehr günstiges Angebot ergattern, hatten uns deshalb nicht viel erwartet. Das Zimmer ist klein aber sauber und die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Das Frühstück ist eher minimalistisch, der Kaffee dafür sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Don't expect too much when choosing this hotel. The rooms are equipped with the minimum, air conditioning, a window into the grey courtyard, a TV and a simple bathroom. With magnetic cards you come to your floor and with the room keys to your room. (Magnetic cards do not always work the same)
The breakfast on the balcony is sparse but not as bad as I had to read in the other reviews. If you get up in time, desserts, pastries and coffee are plentiful and the view is also very atmospheric.
At the reception, not many people understand English except for one gentleman with whom I can talk most pleasantly.
All in all, everything you need is there, so everything is fine for a two-star hotel.

Terrible. For reasons Q ignored was not taken my cancellation through Booking. I Warned the day before. Q was not going to attend, but despite this I was charged the total of the reservation Q were two nights. It Was a weekend with Rome to full. They Did a round business: They charged me the total to me and re-booked it… I Did all the steps to consider the situation Q, Q had not harmed them. There was No way. If This is not a scam… There Are Many hotels in Rome and in the area Termini Q respect a client/tourist. So don't go to this hotel!

The hotel was very well may one can expensive 90 euro per night especially as the last day we got robbed in the subway we lost all our documents brief Italy never ever I will return.

Nice hotel. Good location. In cold weather the air conditioner is heated, which noises. Although there are heating radiators (cold). Breakfasts-tea, coffee, buns, croutons, butter, cheese, jam. The staff is friendly.

Pros: — located very close to Termini (central bus/railway station) — clean rooms — relatively inexpensive Cons: — miserable breakfast (a coffee and a donut) — old interior and building — the bars next to the hotel attract lots of younf people and it would be really annoying if you have a room just above.

Good value for money and excellent service.

The rooms were nice, breakfast was good and the Wi-Fi reception in the rooms was excellent. My only gripe is that the lift is incredibly small, which is not good if you are checking in with a large group who all have wheeled suitcases.

In spite of all the reviews I read my experience to been super good all the employees have been respectful friendly and friendly if I returned to Italy I would choose the same lodging.

Great stay, no real issues however walls are a bit thin. Clean, well positioned hotel and write affordable.

Hotel 5 minutes from Termini station. The rooms on the 5th floor seem just finished… all new and comfortable. Good cleanliness in the rooms and in the common areas, quiet condominium and no noise at night. The presence of the English Pub next to you is not weighed, indeed, it is great for the last beer before going to bed. The breakfast on the terrace during the beautiful days is a nice treat compared to the shriveled rooms of the other hotels in the area.

Good place, rooms are good. Lively place. Very close to Rome termini. Guy serving at restaurant is in hurry to leave always.

This is a good place for travellers who want to take some days in Rome. This hotel has quite good location as this is close to central train station. The hotel is very clean but a bit noisy and very dark. There is no view to the street.

Very nice hotel, near Termini! From Termini you can go everywhere you want. You have metro, trains, buses etc. Even closer is another metro station, Castro Pretorio. Very good service for a 2 stars hotel! Very nice staff! The rooms are clean and cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. The breakfast on the roof consists in bread, croissants, donuts, cheese, butter, yogurt, jam, juices, coffee. It is ok! Because we are used to eat more consistent in the morning, we used to buy from the supermarket salami or prosciutto. Supermarket is 200 m away and there are at least 5 restaurants just near the hotel.
We asked for a quiet room and we had one on the back of the hotel. It was very quiet and the bed was very restful. On the front of the hotel, because there are restaurant, could be noisy.
I recommend this hotel!

Easy access to Terminee station and city centre sights.

The rooms are very clean Great value for money and good location. Breakfast not at the top but is included in the price, we can stay there. Nice view from the floor to the breakfasts. Recommended for a stopover on the fly from one to two nights.

That is still appropriate for me.
I was on the 6th floor side with balcony for one person at the top.
