You should call it: "Park Hotel of the highest honors"

Very nice contemporary hotel, friendly helpful staff. Restaurant and bar, large lobby area with comfortable seating. Keyed locks to rooms which is unusual.

Excellent value for money. Free shuttle by the hotel go back to either Vatican or Metro. Very friendly and attentive staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it also has parking. Good breakfast and possibility to eat in the evening at the restaurant of the hotel which is very decent.

It was a very good stay that I spent two days with a couple of friends on the study trip the rooms are spacious and a very cool terrace.

Rome. Everything is good, retro rooms are fed normally, especially breakfasts.

Clean and tidy hotel but with very dated interior, staff where helpful when needed, provides a free shuttle service to the local tube station or the Vatican.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Very thin walls, alarm clock can be put one, on the whole floor) ) breakfasts for tourist groups are scarce, as soon as the group leaves, a variety of food.
Residence tax is high, reporting documents are not provided. You can reach the center by 990 and 913 by bus, 20 minutes.
Tickets in shops Tabachchi, cost 1, 5 euros.
The shuttle service from the hotel is not organized, although twice a day the bus was promised.

The rooms are very clean and pull. Solid 3. And the rest is very good. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Not bad dinners. The truth has to wait a very long time. Very beautiful grounds around the hotel. A bit far away from the center. I have to wait a long time for the bus. Mostly move by taxi.

Of the pluses, the room is spacious and the partly Russ-speaking staff. Cons are far from the historic part of the city, there are no establishments with food nearby. And the restaurant at the hotel with 14.30 to 19.00 does not work — siesta) ) ) breakfast without a special assortment, no vegetables.

What about… everything magnificent, spacious rooms helpful staff and very nice King breakfast. In short, a fabulous stay. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Great hotel to stay and visit Rome, has shuttle and the staff is very friendly.

We stayed a week ago in 4 my brother and my parents booked a room x4 with a double bed and a double sofa bed requiring a room with maximum comfort and cleanliness since we were staying there waiting for admission to my Father Richies twins Various services never received.
The room was in pitiful condition full of dust and the bathroom dirty cold room completion without heatings when we requested the because it was dirty it was sent an attendant at 23:30 who explained that the room nn had been cleaned and that Embarrassed nn knew what to do and we had suggested to protest because many times happened this is that from the reception nn there would be no help.
Surprised at the disgust in which we were welcomed and the NN carelessness of our requests and above all saw the nervous of my father that the day after he had to admit we have overseen the day after asked clarification nn I was given no answer is no Help now since the site nn there is an email address and scarce in any form of help my only hope is to continue to write negative feedback on search engines that bring to this ridiculous 4star waiting for some manager to come forward
If I were to comment on our overnight stay at this hotel with 3words say definitely disgusting scam and scandal.

As a matter fact, this hotel is a perfect place to spend your vacation in Rome. Just look at the prices and you’d get it! My room was clean and the bathroom was fantastic, just a little bit got cold in the morning which you can avoid using the AC in the room. Also, for younger people, the plugs in my room weren’t close to my bed! So, in case you care! The hotel has a vintage look, as in: they use keys for room, actual keys! I’m not talking about staff because having polite staff is literally the purpose of a 4+ star hotel! But, yeah, they are, indeed, polite and nice! The break fast could be better; diversity-wise. They bad almost everything, though I had better experiences! The hotel offers a free shuttle service for Vatican and nearest (Cipro) Metro station. 3 times a day! Which is fantastic! Although, it kinda limit you to the shuttle hours. (The last return is 8pm, which could have been 10) Also, note that by my experience so far, Italian hotels don’t offer toothpaste and toothbrush for some reasons, don’t forget to bring some! All in all, I’m definitely recommending this hotel to you, you will have a nice vacation here!

We came with a friend on vacation. All the days that spent the night there were not bad, Russian-speaking and friendly staff. But after leaving this hotel, we found a missing money of 1, 600 euros, a gold chain and a cross. When they started contacting the hotel, we were rudely sent, saying we were to blame. The layout, as all the time that we lived there, left the money in the room and no one took anything, all done on the last night when we went out for dinner.

Historical structure, beautiful, but as historical, kinda old, to be so expensive. Poor Wi-Fi, restaurant not bad but not up to the cost.

Front Desk Clerks are freaking awesome! There are small locally owned family stores nearby within walking distance. Neighborhood (partially residential) seems cool. **Ask for Room 511 if you stay there… It has a GREAT view especially at night and has a balcony!

The rooms themselves are fine — clean. The area around the hotel is not meant for tourists, however.

The hotel is far away from the Roman city, but the hotel itself is really good. Room is nice and warm, bearing the wallpaper, you can feel a strong retro flavor. I love their bathroom because it is very appropriate. Free Wi-Fi is really very helpful to us. There are balconies, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, so when we were in the right, outside on the balcony and enjoy good food, warm outside air made us feel very comfortable.

Uncomfortable position for the city, for both the distance between bus stops which to attend. The shuttle service is inadequate to serve all customers. Very good the price paid for the room which was spacious and comfortable. Quality of the food served in the restaurant just enough, great breakfast. Service and friendliness of the staff.

Excellent hotel! The location is good. The cuisine is excellent.

My friends and I were guests in the hotel a few weeks ago and I just wanted to say that we all had a wonderful time and the service and hospitality we received was next to none. From breakfast with Gennaro and his wonderful team to the always smiling gentlemen at the front desk to the waiters who served us our evening meals and to the members of staff who drove us into town and to all the staff working behind the scenes. From start to finish, we had a great time staying at the hotel and would definately stay at the Park Hotel dei Massimi if we ever return to Rome. My only gripe is that I could not always get access to Wi-Fi in our room and it was kind of a hit and miss situation most days but again I have to say a 'Thank you' to the gentleman at the front desk who made me smile because each time he looked at my phone, the Wi-Fi worked :) Thank you once again Kay, Barbara and Chris Room 107.

City outskirts, but walk 20 minutes to the Coliseum. Hotel for a NAP. A good kitchen.

We stayed in this hotel on 2 occasions for a total of 8 nights in August 2012, We loved it for the friendly staff and the Breakfast room service was the best we have experienced in all our travels. We found it well placed to access Rome city by car or when using the hotel bus. Local shops made buying Groceries easy. Short walk down the hill. Space to park our little rental car was an option that we were drawn to originally. We will only stay here when we visit Rome in the future. Love the views from the rooms on level 4 and 5.
