Embarrassing staff… unprepared too. For a simple indication of where to dine. They also forgot to give us the girl's ID. Modest overall.

Terrible experience! The night desk clerk was rude and unprofessional! The desk clerk didn’t have on a name tag. The standards are very low at this hotel. Also, you are not allowed to have visitors in your room. So unreasonable! If I was going to stay the night, Hotel Sista V wouldn’t be in my top five. Service suck badly!

This is in line with the standards of a three-star hotel. Cozy and fairly clean environments. Breakfast room a little sparse and no glasses and side dishes. Summer climate of the room can be improved.

The rooms do not coincide with the photos. I had asked for the room with the bathtub and without notice they gave me the one with the terrace. I honestly don't understand the connection. Very much below expectations given the cost. This night is never again.

Convenient for the proximity to the Policlinico Gemelli Catholic University and for short stays. My room wide as well as the bathroom. Good breakfast Noisy the room for an annoying electric hum that forced me to remove the power at night to sleep.

Discreet Hotel near the Gemelli hospital and the Columbus clinic. Connected with the line Trenitalia FL3 (twin stop). Clean rooms, good breakfast.

Very convenient for the twins. Decent breakfast. Small bathroom and flooded with shower.

Usually I do not write reviews of this type, but after 2 nights the results were the same.
If you can avoid this Hotel. The staff at the front desk is maleducatissimo and this I say for the experience we had for 2 times. The only really nice people were the lady at breakfast and all the cleaning ladies rooms.
I am sorry to see investments made on facilities but not on staff education.
I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

On arrival, the room booked 2 weeks before with pre-payment was no longer available. Moved to other hotel 1 km away without offering either a discount on the paid fare nor a taxi (I was walking). I understand the mistake, but I would have expected a more eye-on to limit the discomfort.

A structure that is managed with a lot of professionalism, the hotel itself is very clean with friendly staff. Basic room but clean top and provided the necessary services.

Old Hotel and not manutentato. I found hair in the bed and already consumed water in the fridge with broken door. Ants in the bathroom. Very nice and helpful.

The service is great but the rooms could be nicer. DON'T USE THE WATER OUT OF THE MINIFRIDGE they are €2 per bottle for that price you can buy 6 bottles in the supermarket 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Decent Hotel in a slightly busy area. Pretty good service and rooms in the standard of Rome. Close to the twin station.

Ok for a budget accommodation, but I would try to get something better. Connection via public transport if not good. Staff could be friendlier.

Really disappointed by this place. Terrible and poor breakfast. Wi-Fi signal is rather poor too. The staff was unfriendly, the cleaning lady was coming in the late afternoon so once I asked her to wait a little bit so I can leave the room and she told me she would not clean at all then. Our sink in the bathroom was clung. Besides the location isn't really easy for transfer to the airport. When we asked the receptionist how to get there they gave us wrong directions. I wouldn't revisit.

Great location, comfortable room, we got a double room with single bed. Every morning cleaning and change of towels. The guys at the reception very friendly, the waitress at breakfast very nice and always smiling. Highly recommended!

We were there for 3 days. The hotel is very far from the city centre. Regional train comes in 30 min. It took us almost 2 PCs to the airport. TV only in Italänisch. No seating in the balcony. Shower is incredibly tight. The hotel is staff unfriendly, arrogance towards German. Cake staff is very unfriendly, they speak English nor German again. This hotel is really not recommended.

Was two nights in this hotel, quiet, calm, comfortable, staff pleasant in communication, proficient in languages, in principle, not bad.

Good hotel, Nice. Attention for there access Metro has Batistini, then take bus 146 (drop-off in front of the hotel).

Back before 19.00 or get an expensive taxi. It is very far outside the centre.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed! My room was clean, but very small and furnished with furniture dating back probably to 70 years. The buffet breakfast, served in a basement, is embarrassing: the hot/cold drinks are dispensed from vending machines and the only decent thing are the croissants. As if that weren't enough, they also had added to the account of the drinks we've ever made. The staff is rude, and the prices are way too big. To avoid.

Hotel convenient for those who have a relative hospitalized in the nearby Gemelli hospital, comfortable rooms, etc. The service leaves something to be desired. Specifically the door with red hair is unsympathetic and does not provide even minimal services or already agreed. Or provides services which reveals only when you check out that you have to pay for. In short, a poor person with which I'm glad to have to do. After 3 days I had already paid I moved in the bed and breakfast "Il Punto" where I met a couple who lived there and who had been in the past to Sixtus V who gave me the same opinion on this red haired door. So, go if you want, but be careful.

The rooms are clean and breakfast is good. The hotel is nicely located. The train service to the Gemelli station slows down after 7 pm and on weekends and there are no trains after 12 am. The airconditionar did not work in our children's room for 2 days despite promises that it will be fixed. We are quite upset because they did not try to compensate for that in any form or way. Over all, our experience was good.
