Rooms good size and clean. Stayed in apartment with kitchen. Very clean and well equipped. Nice location and near train and bus services. Service and staff very good.

Great place to stay for a city break. Very friendly staff which are more than happy to help with questions on where to go out. Easy access in Rome as train station was a minute walk. Only thing, we stayed a week and that house cleaning wasn't included in our stay.
Pool is a bonus after a busy day siteseeing.

Nice place to stay, close to a train station for easy access into Rome. Only issue is that we stayed for 7 nights and no room cleaning was included. Very friendly staff which are more than happy to help with questions on where to go. Great restaurant next door to hotel with lovely food and good prices.

Very well. Very friendly and welcoming staff even when arriving at 1am. Only small downside the situation compared to trains that do not run at night.
Ideal for family. We were two families and the hotel took into account our request for us to be on the same floor.

Bad hotel. Room cleaning was not included in a rate of 170 euros per night. I would say that only this is enough to make you understand that for a four-star hotel we are at really unacceptable levels. As you can see from the photo the room with difficulty of access with very small scale dirty walls conditioner for nothing Manu kept full of dust and mold. Stay away from this hotel. Q.

It is a nice place. First floor rooms are out datedand shower is small, ask for rooms on upper floors. Next to a great restaurant. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel to stay. One of the few in the centre of Rome that has a swimming pool. The restaurant next to the hotel has some really good food, and in the hotel you can find 10% off codes. Conclusion: I'd recommend this hotel 100%

Good… a bit annoying… We were very well received, guided and oriented. The studios are large and spacious… However the soundproofing between room is catastrophic… one morning I had the impression of having the neighbor in my shower… but for the price we can not have everything.

Rooms very nicely furnished, staff polite and helpful. However, the loudest hotel I've ever experienced. Walls like cardboard, hard to bear.

A top level apartment hotel… at the reception of the. Efficient staff and everything has our cause. Thank allesandro breakfast at the top and varied the train next to the hotel makes the tours easy, and the Vatican and the center of Rome has hand door to recommend without hesitate.

Nice hotel, good breakfast and a great swimming pool. But, the other 2 persons in a 4-person room must sleep on the (bed) bank, what very uncomfortable is for taller people.

I went on vacation last September with my wife and we loved the hotel, staff super friendly, clean, spacious, well appointed, restaurant next to the hotel, excellent breakfast. Only small flat, slightly excentre, but train at 5min walk! I highly recommend!

Quiet and peaceful apartment hotel. Serves only breakfast. Which is cosy and warm. No restaurant so you have to eat out. Good restaurants around the corner. Hotel staff are quite friendly and end eager to help. They will call you Taxis and help you with information on places to visit. Good thing they speak English.

Stayed 2 different times. The attic apartment stairs are awkward to get up. The other full apartment with kitchenette was awesome though! Fully stocked!

Comfortable and spacious room with possibility to cook near the Balduina station of the train that arrives quickly in the center. Breakfast to improve as far as the salty staff kind and professional.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were a pretty good size and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. They gave my wife a bottle of champagne as it was her birthday. Right next to a very good restaurant and the train station. Breakfast on site was very good. Computers to use if you need to and the Wi-Fi was good enough to stream videos.

Good apartments. Well connected to the centre of Rome by the commuter station next door. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Modern structure, rooms more than discreet and complete with everything. The staff was very helpful Transport services at your fingertips. You reach the center in a few minutes. On the occasions of my frequent trips to Rome I will continue to use it.

Friendly staff very helpful and pleasant. Close to metro vatican city 20 min ride. Stayed a 8 days was told they would only change sheets after a week uugh! Or I could pay to have them changed. Here is the kicker I had a suite, kids slept on sofa and pull out. One double bed in the bedroom had dirty sheets so I slept on the other bed when I got back to the room the bed was made and I pulled the sheets back they just reversed the sheets put the same nasty sheets back on. That killed it for me nasty unsanitary etc. I Had the room until saturday from a timeshare I left the Thursday morning very early.

Very large hotel But the interior is old the breakfast is normal very friendly staff.

Very good room. Eye that from 4 to 7 days of stay does not belong cleaning or change of towels and you have to pay aside. This was not clear to me or when making the reservation or when arriving at the hotel.

Nice place, affordably priced. I am not a fan of the hidden fees and distance from the tourist sites.

Hotel reformed inside, although on the outside it does not give the impression of a 4 star. A little far from the center but good communication by public transport. Quiet and safe area.

Very bad to serve, at the reception they do not even give us the timetable of trains and buses. Trains and buses seldom pass. To get to the city you have to take the train and after the subway. We're wasting time on transportation. Very poorly indicated. There is nothing in the vicinity of the hotel. We did not make the room on 4 days stay, neither the sheets, nor the housekeeping, nor change the towels. €4 of taxes per person per day! to flee!

I have a good stay here with family. Nice apartment, very good restaurant just next door the hotel. Easy access to the train/bus station.

Conveniently located for the Vatican by rail. Also metro buses (913) a short walk which take you to the city centre about 20 min ride time. Supermarkets nearby. Small kitchen areas for cooking. Clean apartment. Small pool — just about OK for a few lengths bit can get busy. Apartment has air con and is needed because Rome gets hot. Friendly staff.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel, located right next to the train station so very convenient to get to the center of Rome. Swimming pool It's great for kids after a hot day of sightseeing.

Really good! An eccentric hair, but 10 meters from the subway. Terrace at each apartment and everything is there for good nights and a little meals. The most, swimming pool and solarium full of sky… Accustomed to Lappart'hotel, I recommend!

A nice hotel in a room for 4 people that was between 70 and 80m2, so a nice surprise on the available space. A quiet environment but still alive. The hotel is also very apréciable in the big heat with the air conditioning. Also the breakfast is very varied, for all tastes. The hotel is also conveniently located, from the point of view of the train, buses, supermarkets and grocery stores. We have access to a swimming pool and an outdoor area equipped with benches, very friendly in the evening. Finally, one last word to say that the staff is very friendly and gives gladly information about daily life in Rome, the same for the French, the staff speaks very well French. I would highly recommend this hotel, and expect to return on a next trip to Rome.

The place is nice only problem found is that on arrival at H 16, 15 The room was not available yet!

Two-room apartment with every comfort, spotless, comfortable bed. Paid parking But the hotel, very close to Balduina station.

It is a pretty decent hotel however, the reason why I gave it 3 stars was for the fact that in the hotel listing for major booking sites states the hotel has an available fitness center to use. What it doesn't state is that the fitness center isn't free and isn't theirs but rather the fitness center close to the hotel. Although they have a "discount" its 17 euro per person per day to use their facilities. This gym also has many other hidden fees.

Good hotel located near the Vatican City. It is located in a quiet area and offers various services including solarium and swimming pool. At the reception staff courteous.

The hotel staff was very friendly and we were able to check in at 1200 (whether they have a room ready seems to be the deciding factor). The room was very nice and clean. We had a full kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a large balcony. Overall I would absolutely stay here again. The Wi-Fi and breakfast were excellent. My biggest complaint, I wasn't a fan of the cooling system, we had an on off switch for the air and largely relied on leaving the three balcony doors open while we were in the room.

Right next to the easy transportation — and very close to Vatican City — St. Peter's Basilica.

We stayed 2 nights and it was very spacious and well equipped with the kitchen gadgets. Breakfast was also nice and the staffs were very kind. The hotel is just 1 minute distance to Balduina station and we could use the subway and get to major Rome Places It's better choice than staying in downtown with same price range.

He lived with his wife in the hotel 31.05. At 05.06.2016. About two o'clock 03.06.2016 boldly and very professional it was robbed a few rooms on the 1st floor, including 101 and 126 the room. We slept (room 126) and apparently didn't close the door to the balcony. Found out this morning that were stolen cash (euros and dollars) of the two women's handbags, expensive phone, camera and men's watches. It is unclear what would happen to us if we woke up during the robbery! A young man from France had gone into another room. When I returned, I discovered that all the stolen things — expensive computer, phone… Even cosmetics have taken! Saw three on site (2 men and a woman). But did not attach any importance to this. This morning the administration is very reluctant to call the police. Were at the police station. Filled out the corresponding application. But all this is rather ritualistic event. The administration apologized and gave 100 euros out of pocket expenses, vouchers for lunch in the restaurant. No action on operational investigation! It turned out that over very large areas no external video surveillance. Moreover, hang deceptive lights, reminiscent of a camcorder. Two puny fence – exterior decorative fence and the balcony railing, very easy to overcome! No security! But polite and accommodating staff. To offer even the venerable search engines evaluation criteria of hotels, there is no criterion of "security"!.

Stayed here for a study abroad, went away for the weekend, we locked up the entire room and left, when we came back someone had broke in through the balcony door and stole 2 laptops an ipad and a camera. Hotel said sorry. That was it. 4000$ worth of stuff gone.

Room quiet and clean enough. Courteous staff. Only problem not being able to properly control the heating system with the ability to turn it off. This combined with cloth … that was on the bed made the night too hot ruining my rest. I hope they give the possibility to change to a lighter blanket or you can turn off the heating.

Spacious clean apartment rooms. But not much sound proofing from other guests. If you are using it as a hotel room line I was, you won't find and refreshments like tea bags at all. But you will have a kettle to look at! The only two pin EU to charge my phone from was in the kitchen area. The rest were three pin. Lots of hot water and towels. Wifi worked ok.

Excellent location minutes from all important place of Rome. The staff is 10 points, makes me feel family. Cleaning and room/very good condition. Perfect Wi-Fi. To / conditioning perfect. Very full and free breakfast. Really ideal couples and family, very good Park and spacious and safe swimming pool.

If you can get an appropriate accor sale price this can be quite a bargain hotel. However, it has no sound isolation between rooms or from the corridor; you'll find you're going to sleep to the sounds of partying teens and being woken by screaming babies, as the inclusion of a small kitchen in each apartment suits both types of traveler. The nearby train station closes petty early, and whilst a mile from the Vatican that's a mile solidly uphill on the way back. All in all this hotel is OK but I won't be returning.

Poor breakfast, just coffee self service machine. The sheets were changed after three days and just because we asked! The garage you pay 15 € per day! But what 4 stars.

My experience was really poor. The furniture and condition of the room was very poor, and the service was impolite. Also, while the hotel appears to be near a metro stop, it is in fact a stop on the regional rail line (FR3), which does not connect easily to the places you would want to go in Rome.

Good rooms big and clean. Acceptable breakfast. Good price if you book online. Secluded and difficult to get at night.

If you need cooking facilities, this is an excellent hotel within a more affordable budget. Good for long stay. However, do not be deceived by the pictures of the hotel posted, which are probably very dated. The place is getting really old. I had problems with heating and water heating. Two most critical concerns during my winter stay. They finally fixed it after complaining for about ten days. Front desk staff are not unfriendly but not exactly welcoming. I have always greeted them first when I return to the hotel since they do generally do not even lift their heads when I entered the lobby. If you are not looking at being treated by royalty, this is a place where you find most essentials at a reasonable price. You can do many things in Rome when you are below 18, but you cannot swim in this pool. Residents of the hotel may use it if you are over 18 and swim caps are required.

It is just a great choice. It is really excellent. I was very happy about it and strongly reccomend it to everyone.
