Good location, good value for money.

Staff is so-so as was breakfast. Rooms not the cleanest either.

Not clean. Bad service. Bed linen needs replacing. Breakfast far below average. Overall experience far below average.

Great, friendly staff, very well located (not far from the Trevi Fountain among other) and the Metro…

Would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone! When we first arrived we were advised there was a technical issue with the room and it would not be ready until the next day or the following day. They wouldn't say what the issue was or exactly when it would be resolved. We were walked to a monastery for the night. The next day we stopped by to see if our room was ready as we had prepaid for it. When we finally got to our room, it was filthy! The floors, bathroom, everything. Even walking with shoes on you could tell the floor was dirty. Wouldn't or couldn't move us to another room. We wanted to go back and stay at the monastery, it was clean, newer and spacious. After many hours, they finally cleaned the room. Ends up, the one person cleaning rooms is also the same person setting up breakfast. When up on the terrace in the afternoon, she has been so busy cleaning rooms, that she hasn't had time to do the breakfast dishes that are still in the sink.

Close to subway station and located center of Rome. Room is very old but has living room and terrace which smoke. Generally not clearn but not bad in size and convenience.

Small BB almost in Centroba Rome 2 steps from the metro, friendly staff and spacious and well-tended rooms.

Tho it's charming ☆ These things left little to desire in respect! Shower head broke, shower leaking … we tied the shower head with a plastic shower cap. Fridge door knob broken we used a wine cork to help out! Bed spread old with holes☆ I EVENING it was cold … heater not working! We we're told… we can't turn it on till nov? Really … ok! Dirty walls! Such charm and simple things make a big difference ☆ I felt like not paying the tax and 1 night For the unpleasant room experience) Thanks+++

Great location and nice staff but hotel leaves a little wish, rooms too small to not be able to move, poor cleanliness, miserable breakfast.

Graceful, well maintained, considering that it is not a new structure. Good mattresses. It was a very quiet place. Very convenient to walk to the center. Good croissants.

Staff are extremely helpful. Lady in breakfast dining is very pleasant. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Central location. 10/10 english tv.

Location was good but not great. Taxi stop is a very quick walk away. Didn't need to use the taxi too much but we did get a work out walking. Provided breakfast was good. Would stay again!

Location 5/5, rooms our room was spacious with a large patio but other rooms r not the same. Ask for room 502. Staff is very friendly, location is terrific. We liked our stay for the price r we paid. Nitpick suite floor was not cleaned.
