Pros: Great location next to the tram stops (3 and 8). Lovely service by the staff on location. Cons: There was mould in the bathroom ceiling. If you opened the window, it was really really noisy. Lastly, The booking stated free parking, which isn't the case. The only parking nearby is street parking which will set you back around €15 per day. We ended up getting a discount by the manager after we told him, which was well dealt with.
Great B&B, friendly & helpful staff. Room was very clean. Excellent location!
