No parking here, use the lot 150m away. Ring bell to check in, probably best to call before arriving. Rooms are clean with high ceilings. Staff is very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Towels were a bit rough but the location made up for it.

Wonderful place, the owner Anna is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is rich of genuine products and typical roman. The room are fantastic. Central position in the practice at two steps from via Cola di Rienzo is 500 metres from Piazza del Popolo.

Ana is the owner here, and her cooking and warm personality will win you over. Rome is busy but when I start my day with a home cooked delicious breakfast. It's a good start to a beautiful day in the eternal city. Don't hesitate booking here, rooms are clean and the location is further from the main streets but still central enough for me. I will book again when I return to Rome! No hesitations!

What a wonderful find. Perfect location in the quaint and pretty Prati district. Spacious comfortable room. Delicious homemade breakfast with fresh squeezed juice or handmade cappuccino. And gracious host Maria who helped us with everything including advice on where to eat, tickets to the Vatican, and local etiquette. Highly recommended.

This is truly the most lovely hotel I have been in! The atmosphere, the rooms, breakfast and most of all the lovely host. Thank you for making us feel welcome. Hope to stay longer the next time.

Hochzeitsreise August 2016 Perfect! We stayed for a Week in August 2016 for our honeymoon! Anna was the perfect host! We just loved the place. The Hotel /high-End B&B "Suites Farnese Design" deserves its name. Six lovely (and differently) decorated clean, elegant rooms with comfy beds, cool bathrooms, TV (…). Most important: Just ask Anna (or Maria, I guess). They are most helpful when looking for booking tickets, suggesting trips etc. (we went to Anzio for a day)! The location is perfect for autonomous tourists who like to get everywhere in Rome quick and easily. The next subway is 3 min away (METRO Lepanto)! In the surrounding area are multiple nice local dining and shopping options. We will return to Rome (we thew a coin @Trevi to make sure)! We will stay @ "Suites Farnese" for sure. This hotel was definitely one of the pleasant surprises of this trip to Rome, located at a 10-15 mins walk from the touristic places while still being in the real Rome. Very comfortable rooms, excellent service, delicious breakfast, and great discussions with the two owners. Highly highly highly recommended.

Overnight stay in Rome for business often especially in Rome and I must say that it is the best hotel in the area. Super friendly staff, friendly and ready to fulfill requests as far as possible. Each room is tastefully renovated with a proprietary design that combines the historicity of the building along with modernity. Many strengths: free Wi-Fi, large flat-screen TV, electric kettle, shower, bidet and large plus: breakfast!
The plum jam, juice, Grandma's great ricotta and eggs. Good.

A very nice, familiar and clean Hotel. There are only a few rooms. Highly recommend to you. The location is ideal and quiet. The Breakfast consists of Slow-Food products (all organic), everything fresh, a very good selection of Allergy-free to the guest can daily choose from a variety of freshly squeezed juices and eggs variants. Also, the fresh cakes and pastries are excellent. Not to mention the coffee. Anna and Maria are very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come again! We are looking forward to it!

I was in the suite column for one night to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. It was a great day starting from the welcome. Dinner was great, all made on site with high quality organic products. The big breakfast with fresh, sweet and salty and the possibility to also have delicious centrifuges.
I brought her in the room to celebrate in a more private and comfortable!
The room was very large, comfortable and clean, cleaner than my house! :D, with balcony and bathroom with shower tub, great way to start a new day.
You know better than that.

Beautiful and special, quiet rooms, large and bright. Bathrooms finally worthy of the name. And you eat well, you can't miss it.
