Awesome food awesome place to stay with superior staff.

The staff is great! steps from the vatican. I went shopping. Drop off stuff and went back out. I came and went without a problem. Changed outfits/freshen up was a breeze. They close the front door at 10 p. M. But they have 24 hr receptionist. He/She opens the door. I never waited to have the door open. I think it takes the door longer to open than the person to push the button. The room was clean, the food was ok. But I ate out anyways. I will def stay here again ❤

Excellent location, only a few steps from St. Peter’s basilica. The staff are super polite and friendly. Great breakfast buffet and overall has an aura of peace and old world charm. Yes the rooms are smaller than the typical room but seriously what do you need a large room for? are you visiting Rome to hang out in your hotel room? I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Love this hotel. If you want to visit or at least stay near the Vatican, you can not go wrong here. Literally next to St. Peters Basilica it's ideally positioned and the staff are very friendly with the rooms well presented and giving ample room.

For the price point, it is amazing. Staff is friendly but there aren't that many of them.

You cannot beat the location of the hotel! Super clean, comfortable rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (Evelyn & Zhanna). Delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Rome/Vatican City.

Super hotel. A short walk to the Vatican.

I left my brand new Tiffany sunglasses and brand new Chanel wallet on the desk inside the hotel room which we stayed (room 401), and they were stolen from the hotel room on the last day we were in Rome. I notified the hotel receptionist as soon as I realized the items were stolen. I left my name, address, email, cell phone, home phone number with the receptionist whom stated that he would get back to me and email me the incident form since we were flying out in 3 hours. It’s been 3 weeks, I emailed them three times and called the hotel twice, but there was no response so that I can submit the form with my insurance company. The room was small and old. The bathroom and standing shower were very small and old. This is not a four star hotel. Pretty dissatisfied!

This hotel is as close to St Peter's Square as you can get. Rooms were nice, very small showers though. The staff was extremely helpful. The free breakfast is the biggest I've seen in a European hotel.

A beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, will stay there again.

Rooms are small, facility could be easily mistaken for a monastery… but it is the closest to the Vatican there is! Literally a 1 minute walk to St. Peters Square. They are very clean, and a quiet, welcome place to lay down after a long day spent walking among the historical and wondrous sights in the Vatican City.

Lovely staff, rooms and facilities. Breakfast was more than anyone could hope for or need. Courtyard atmosphere was relaxing in the evening with nice light meals if required. Location is the best! A fantastic place to base yourself in order to see Rome. If I come back to Rome, I'll be staying here again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay again and the service and rooms were just as fantastic as they were 2years ago when we stayed. Because od security the road up to St Peter's was closed to traffic so our coach has to arrive at the bus station and we had to walk. All the staff from the Hotel carried our luggage to the Hotel on arrival and back to the bus station on our departure.

Is cozy and comfortable.

We stayed for four nights in the garden suite and it was fantastic. Excellent location, luxe accommodations and friendly staff. We will return.

It is. Just a meeting room but very inspiring.

Beautiful, comfortable hotel literally steps away from St. Peter's Square in Vatican City. Breakfast buffet was very varied and everything was so fresh. Bed comfortable as a cloud, everything in the room was spotless. Did take a bit of getting used to with the system of having everything turn on with room key. The front desk staff was amazing — particularly Simone & Evelyn — very helpful and friendly. Oh! also the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on :-)

A beautiful building in the heart of the city a few steps from the Vatican.

A really nice place. Quiet, very central and staff very friendly. It seemed to be home of the Pope. ;-)

I had the pleasure of staying at the Palazzo Cardinal Cesi in February. The courtyard entrance is just beautiful, the service was great, the room couldn't have been more charming and clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location near the Vatican was perfect for our needs and we were able to walk to so many of the other sites we were interested in. I would not hesitate to return. My sister-in-law and niece were with me and couldn't have been more comfortable anywhere else.
