I went to see if I could use this place for an event that I'm organizing, The managers and the staff were very friendly and professional. The place, which hotel and terrace are beautiful, although I happened during the preparation for an event so the whole thing was in preparation, I could guess the merits.

Amazing place in the city center, very good restaurant and what you can see from the roof garden is… Is just something that you must see.

Loved it — locale, wonderful food, roof garden. We like to stay different places but have decided to return here again this summer as it was a very reliable experience.

Ospedarse here is all a dream. The workers strive to render an excellent service. They helped me fulfill my desires to surprise my wife and they hurt so attentive. I would definitely come back here. In a 5 times hotel the cost will not give you the service you get in the First Rome.

Small boutique hotel managed by chopard. The michelin star restaurant acuolina is wonderful.

Overpriced and pretentious… not the place to go if you're looking for a charming Roman experience. You're paying a huge price for the view, which is nice but many other places in Roma offer a better view and experience!

Best off all, the straff make You feel like the most important persons in Roma. Then everything is very nice; location, rooms, facilities etc.

This hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, walking distance from all the major sites. The room feels homey and very luxurious. We actually enjoy spending time in room after a long day of sight seeing. The service at the hotel is extremely polite and friendly. The breakfast is varied and delicious and the roof terrace has an amazing view.

This is a gem in Rome. It is steps aways from great piazza, gardens, restaurants, shopping etc. It's a great location. The beds and pillows are fantastic. You can sleep like a baby. The amenities are perfect. The photos actually look like the rooms unlike other hotels. They go out of their way to assist you. My hands down preferred option for a central Rome location.

After staying here a couple of weeks ago for 4 nights, I still have the holiday blues. Rome itself is a truly magical place (especially at nights) and this hotel lived up to its name of 'luxury'. The staff were extremely helpful and could not do more to help you, the breakfast was lovely and helped set us up for a day of walking and the room was an amazing place to come back to for an afternoon siesta before wondering the streets again. In fact the only word I can use to describe the rooms is 'wow'. Thank you for the most wonderful stay!

We were lucky to find the best hotel in Rome, we stayed here for 7 nights. That's really good! From the staff to the room, I didn't find anything wrong with it. Location, location in the Centre of Rome and all the attractions, but also do not feel the noise of the city. Breakfast is nothing special. If there is one, is very great, as far as possible to meet our needs. Xiexiepiyeluo, Simon-NI and ru Liano.

Hotel location is very good, on the main shopping street in Rome. Located in Rome, between the Colosseum and the Vatican, these two places are within walking distance.

I have stayed in more 5 star hotels than I can count and I must say that in Italy this hotel has been easily the best I have stayed in. Such lovely staff and wonderful artworks everywhere supporting local Italian artists.

The Roof Bar of the First is undoubtedly one of the bar with the best views of Rome. I often could return there for a drink or a coffee, especially in the summer months and am always entranced by its view at 360°.
