You can not get a more centrally located place to stay in Rome. You are only a few minutes from so many different attractions in this fantastic city. We booked the two bedroom suite that overlooks the Piazza di Spagna and one night we took chairs out onto the balcony and sipped Prosecco while deciding where to go for dinner as we watched the people going by down in the Piazza, it was spectacular. There are many great places to eat near by and most nights we just walked till we found something that looked interesting. The rooms are a decent size for Europe and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating, arranging car services to and from the airport and making suggestions about restaurants and departure times that were required for tours. Just be aware that this is not a standard hotel like a Hilton or Hyatt. The staff do not man the desk overnight and there is no room service, but that certainly didn’t bother us at all. We went out and stocked up the fridge with yogurt and fresh fruit so that we could have breakfast in the room every morning before we set out on the days adventures and they have one of those Nescafe machines in each bedroom so we could sit on the balcony and enjoy our morning coffee. This is what I would call a unique boutique style of hotel and we were extremely happy and comfortable with our week here. As a matter of fact we are stopping back in Rome on our way back to the states and we are going back and staying here again.
Loved my stay here. It was the perfect base for a trip to Rome with my two teenage sons. The concierge was extremely helpful in providing information and recommendations. The view of the Spanish Steps from our window was exceptional. The room was spacious and well appointed. Very quiet and comfortable.

At the heart of the Spanish Steps. Amazing position. You can ask for room with window looking at the famous steps. The room is modern and very clean, bed is very big and comfortable. The metro stop is literally under the building. Perfect!
