We had a great stay there this February! Great location and friendly staff.

Hotel refuses to respond or reply to cancelation requests due to the virus. Be very careful booking they don’t reply or respond to any emails or calls. Definitely don’t recommend!

Wonderful staff, great location!

Friendly staff and very helpful and accommodating. Room very clean. The only issue we had was the air conditioning was only set on heat and that’s it, so we had the window open most of the nights.

Check in amazing and much appreciated.

We are currently in Condotti Palace in Via Della Croce. They upgraded us and we have the perfect room on 1st Floor looking over the street.
No noise at all with windows shut and beautiful room. Cleaners do an amazing job. Room is spotless.
Will stay here again.

First thing should be noted is that this isnt a hotel, it is a B&B — fully serviced with free continental breakfast each morning. It is right in the heart of the city centre Rome — as you step out, you are among the high end fashion shops and a 1 minute walk away from the Spanish steps. Rome is an expensive city (I dare say more expensive than New York USA) so the price and location for this serviced b&b is fantastic. This place is also actually within walking distance of all the major site seeing attractions; 5 — 20 min walks depending on where you wish to go. Down side is that amenities wise there is no microwave or fridge in the room (there is a fridge but I wouldnt rely on it to keep anything cold), and if you are arriving outside the hours of 7am-3pm, it is best you let them know in advance as it isnt staffed outside of these hours (otherwise you cannot get in and will likely be waiting for a while! ). The housekeeper is a lovely lady and made me feel very welcome and at ease during my stay, especially as I was travelling europe alone. I would recommend this place to travellers and would come back again.

The hotel is in a great location. You can walk everywhere. Breakfast 14 euros per person, delicious food. The room didn't work safe. I had to use the safe in our children's room. The rooms are small but we only went there for the night. There's no other way in Rome. Very pleased with the presence of a kettle and cookies with tea as a gift from the hotel. Sometimes we went to the supermarket SOOR, which is nearby. They took wine, cheese, ham and imery extra inexpensive dinner. The rooms are not very good soundproofing. There are television channels in Russian language. A big thank you to Vladimir from the front desk, who speaks Serbian and managed to find understanding. Because our languages are similar. If you speak Russian, ask Vladimir's desk. He helped us a lot.

Nice little hotel one block from Piazza Spagna. The service was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable overlooking the Fiore street. Breakfast was fair enough for the price we payed and again the service was very helpful.

Great location and nice English speaking staff who were extremely helpful. Our room was on the top floor in what can only be described as an attic with a barely working air conditioner — you had to duck in the bathroom due to the slanted ceiling. The bed was very uncomfortable. Glad we were only staying one night. If not for the staff — I would have only rated the hotel or at least our room at 2 stars.

First of all location location location. Location is superior, in 30 seconds of walk to Spanish steps. Continental breakfast will suffice everyone. Clean rooms, but very small as it's very typical for European hotels in the central location of the capital. The service is very polite and warm.

Room 214 in the next building. 4 star hotel room true. Super air conditioning, large room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, 5 star location. Really recommended and service super professional and polite. I hope to return to the same conditions… because price around 80 euros is super.

Great location but just enough services.

I stayed in the adjacent wing. Small dark room and with the window just above the drains of the kitchens of the restaurants of Via Della Croce. It was a very expensive breakfast.

Very good hotel and very close to all the main places in Rome.

The Hotel is located in two distinct bodies, in the of Av de la Croce is located very near the Town Square — His elevator close, especially with luggage. Management by Monte Fiori, breakfast in room with what is needed to recharge your batteries… Good beds, very good clean nice people. Good location close to everything, shops and Restaurant or Canteens, also-go meals. Airport Shuttle service is also provided.

This is very well located the reception and some rooms, then they have like flats, with quite comfortable rooms in other places, to us we touched one on Av. Del Corso, I do not like this system, should Habisarlo co anteriority, attention and cleanliness very good.

Great location. We didn’t stay in the main hotel but in their annex a few blocks away on via del Corso. Rooms were nice but small. Service was great — they delivered wine glasses to our door and were very helpful. Only con was that our room was a little too warm but we were able to sleep with the windows open so it wasn’t too bad.

Great hotel, well placed in the center of Rome for sightseeing, and helpful employees.

Read and then never look back at this hotel. Where to start as so many bad things — price is very high, rooms are small and outdated, beds are paper thin and it’s like sleeping on concrete, breakfast is horrific, lobby is decorated from 1970. We left after two nights — RUN.

We loved the hotel and the helpful friendly receptionists. The room was spotless and well stocked with essentials. Convenient to shops and tourist attractions. The only fault, not caused by the hotel, was the noise from the chap in the next room. He may have had an issue with his hearing as the TV was up load and he shouted his telephone conversations. That and the crazy wailing woman in the street below on Saturday morning. Looking forward to returning again in warmer weather.

Central Hotel. Really near metro. Walking distance to all the places you want to go. Round the corner from Spanish steps. Our room over looked the street. Not too noisy. Bed comfy. Shower no bath but clean and just what you need.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. We spent five days in Rome and from here we explored the city with ease. Two minutes walk from the Spanish Steps we had everything on our doorstep. Amazing restaurants, shops, underground station, taxi's. The hotel itself was very clean modern and the staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Small rooms almost claustrophobic and in some places neglected on the maintenance, on the other hand an accurate cleaning of the room and the common rooms, friendliness and availability by the staff, is in a great location to visit the old town to Start from Piazza di Spagna or to take public transport especially the Metro that you can take from Piazza di Spagna.

Left perishable items behind by mistake & they kept them as promised until I was able to return 3 weeks later. Very friendly & helpful staff.

Very well located. The breakfast well Wi-Fi in the short rooms a few times, the rooms guys and it doesn't count after you close the breakfast of a coffee maker or being able to heat something, the best location.

I stayed at the hotel conducted for 4 nights, and I have to say I am very satisfied. The location is perfect, very central, a few steps from the Metro stop of the Spanish Steps. The rooms are equipped with all the comforts and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend it and I count on going back soon.

Great location clean room and great breakfast.

I do not like being tricked! We made reservations for our last night in Rome at Condotti. Upon arrival, they said our rooms were located at “another hotel property” about 300 meters away. The “other property” is called Stay Inn, not nearly as luxurious as Condotti, although I never did get to see the rooms because we were relocated before being assigned a room. The Stay Inn was decent but the beds were old and lumpy. My point is, if they accept your reservation at Condotti then that is where your room should be, not down the street at a lesser property.

On vacation in Rome, Italy, Hotel Condotti is located at the prime location! Right at the street of many shops and restaurants! 1-2 min away from the Spanish Steps! Just turn in the next corner and there you are! The rooms are clean and good! Wifi could be stronger but the reception and staff in the hotel was very accommodating! Petro from the reception was very friendly and the others as well who were more then willing to help us with directions and tourist information! The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helped with the luggage if you were placed in the other building! Good Hotel!

Elegant hotel with excellent location just meters from Piazza di Spagna. The attention of receptionists and Bellboys is very friendly and they speak English and Spanish. It takes place for breakfast.

Definitely the best. Made our vacation. Starting from the extraordinary nice reception guys to the towel heater in the shower. Not expensive yet feels supreme, plus LOCATION COULDN'T BE BETTER.

This hotel is in a very good location near the Spanish Steps. Accommodation is clean and very friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed in a section of the hotel around the corner from the front desk that had only four rooms — highly recommended.

Well, we got to Rome and was given a hotel vey far away from the centre. So moved ourselves to the centre and fortunately we fell upon hotel condotti. From the second we walked in it was brilliant. Amazing customer service by the two chaps on reception which followed on that evening and the following day. Every member of staff was both pleasant and multi lingual (which helps) Ron an English receptionist was both welcoming and helpful. Even making sure we had a pre booked car to get back to the airport. The rooms where lovely and a good size and the location is brilliant near all local amenities and a five minute walk from a tour bus that takes you all over the historic centre of Rome. An amazing hotel which made me and my girlfriends first break away one to remember! Thank you everyone. Matt and Steph.

My most favorite hotel in Roma! Have stayed there four times and love it! We had the front top floor room with a great balcony over the via Mario de fiori below. Wonderful! Would not stay anywhere else.

Lovely place in the historical center of Rome. Highly recommended!

The first impression is the friendliness of the front desk guys. They were very helpful and got us into our rooms quickly. The location is great; we are a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps and a bit further to Trevi Fountain. Lots of shopping available all around us, from Gucci and Louis Vitton to little souvenir shops, plus restaurants with fun, friendly staff. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel but expensive.

Overall a average to sub-average experience, really not sure why this hotel is so highly rated. Pros: Excellent Location within a block of the Spanish Steps walking distance to many points of interest. Easy access to the Metro station Cons: Extremely small bedrooms, literally a full sized bed with two feet around it, my wife and I had to crawl over each other to navigate the room. Booking Stated "You will also find a kettle, tea and coffee bags, and pre-packaged croissants " none of these were in the room Apathetic staff, the Wi-Fi was broken on 4 of the 5 days we stayed, repeated calls to the front desk were ignored, or we were accused of having issues. (did not have issues with Wi-Fi at the two other hotels we stayed at in Italy) At checkout when requesting an itemized receipt the hotel staff became very defensive and refused they would only provide a single city tax receipt.

There is one word that describes this so-called 3-star luxury boutique hotel: shabby. From the scuffed-up plaques on the walls, to the sunken-in couches in the lobby, to the incredibly tight elevator that fits one and a half people uncomfortably, to the threadbare bedding, to the cheap soap, everything in this hotel felt extremely worn down and third rate. We paid handsomely for a room with two beds, and what we received was a pair of linked beds that filled nearly the entire length of what felt like a room in a flophouse. We were tripping over each other to move around. The room lacked a formal desk, opting instead for a small ottoman and a ledge. This meant we had no place to eat anything or dress in front of. We had a view of a back alley in this otherwise beautiful area. The television in the room offered mostly religious programming, with only two American news service channels. The owner really went the cheap route with that amenity. The only aspect of our 5-day stay that I can say performed to my expectations was the staff service which we found adequately accommodating. There are far better options for one's money when it comes to lodging in the area. Avoid this sucker's bet.

Staff is very friendly and polite. Location is great. Room (105 — first floor) was quiet, with a good "terrace/balcony" where we could have breakfast quietly. But. Besides the room is small (what is normal for the region and type of hotel/room), the bathroom stinks! Horrible! The smell of urine was so strong we could smell it with the door closed! Not exactly what we expect for a hotel like this.

Great place located at a centrical spot in Rome. Staff was cordial and rooms were big for European standards. The lobby, located around the corner, requires you to leave the key every time you leave the room.

Don't order the car service. They forgot to send the car. It arrived 1hr late and was a 20 year old Mercedes with no air-conditioning and stained everything. The car looked like it was used for pet shop deliveries. Paid the hotel 60 Euro in cash — NO RECEIPT. The room was dark and small. Only saving grace was the shower, the shower worked and so did the plumbing. BUT the room was divided with the adjacent room with a paper thin sliding door. I could hear the people next to me unzip their luggage bags. Better off staying a few hundred meters further out for a bigger better room. Staff were nice (but begged like starving dogs or street beggars for a good online rating) Wi-Fi excellent.

Very well located, the lobby is really old, the rooms in the annex are too noisy, because the hallways are too narrow, you can hear people talking, the doors closing, the breakfast room is depressing.

The hotel is a stone's throw from Piazza to Spain, ideal location for exploring Rome and its artistic beauty. I especially enjoyed the staff: they welcomed us warmly and have not hesitated to satisfy our every question or request. Cleanliness is impeccable. Will definitely be back.

I am an american living in Europe, and I was looking for a hotel more for the convenience rather than grandeur. Condotti 29 is perfectly placed on the street right before the spanish steps and a quick 5 minute walk to the metro as well. The street that the hotel is on is very ritzy and for the shopping elite as across the street is burberry and cartier stress and is in between high end stores suck as Celine and Jimmy Choo. The owner was very nice and very helpful with any tourist questions. He also will serve you some excellent cappuccino made by Himself. The room was very spacious and nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is 30 mins tops walking distance from all the major historical landmarks. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be going back on my future visits to Rome.

We stayed here recently and it was typical Rome / Italy hotel — perfect location near the Spanish steps and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends who are thinking of visiting Rome — perfect for the price.

I had room 205. The only room on the second floor with a balcony. Well, a tiny little balcon only to stand on. Spectacular view up and down the street, but at night you can hear every noise of it (incl. Earplugs in). It's also nice to smells of fresh pizza and fried sweets, but in the morning the malfunctioning ventilation also carries the scent of excrement and freshly crisped chocolate cakes — at the same time. And on an empty stomach its a painful experience. The room itself looks very nice, not dirty, but the bed mattress is so old/hard that I had a really bad night. In the middle of the night I moved onto the sofa because the cushions there were much softer. Staff was at anytime very nice and friendly and responded well in English. Breakfast is not worth the money. Too little diversity and fruits from the tin are not my cup of tea. Only 3 stars because of the bad bed quality. I rather have a better mattress and sheets, than the money invested in decoration. And in general too expensive — but this is typical for touristy locations. I was there for business.
