Unpleasant receptionist and weak aircon. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is really lovely. It makes up for the receptionist asking me not to stay if I wasn't prepared to share my private details with their firm. The in room system also asks to agree to sharing your data with third parties or you can't use it. This shouldn't be legal at all!

No… a used towel hanging in the bathroom nooooo. The breakfast buffet is entrusted to incompetent despite a nice location.

Kinda hard beds and a bit limited breakfast, but it is only 15 min ish form the metro.

3-star hotel, clean and tidy. Helpful and very courteous goalkeepers. Clean rooms but I would see the décor that turns out years 50 — 60. Easily accessible even from the station. I have not had the way to turn unfortunately this beautiful city and so I could not say how are the connections.

Excellent hotel near Termini station in Rome. The breakfast was superb.

The bathroom in this hotel is beautiful. The room is spacious and we had a great breakfast on their roof top dining area. There was so much to choose from and they have the best plum jelly. They are walking distance from the termini that we used to go to Trevi fountain and to come back. This is also next to the college so there is a lot of night life in this area.

Just far enough away from busy streets that you don't get much cigarette smoke or city noise. Long but manageable walks to most tourist attractions (not a problem if you are used to it). Great, large breakfast on rooftop, which also offers a great space for a safe, late evening, and private drink with friends. Breakfast staff will even make vegan cappuccino.

Clean room, rich breakfast, nice staff and good position (only 15 min) from the rail station.

The hotel was alright and it is close to many restaurants but the service is limited. The breakfast is pretty good and lasts for a while.

Just behind Termini station, in the fantastic district of San Lorenzo. Courteous staff, terrace on the fourth floor for a perfect Roman holiday breakfast. Nice room.

This is a lovely little hotel. The rooms were great, good for groups especially. The courtyard is very nice as is the rooftop dining area.

A four star hotel where I slept for two nights, near the termini but without hassle to any kind of noise. The staff turned professional and very patient. The single room that I booked via the web was comfortable and did not make me miss home. The furniture in the room was classic, with soft colors. The breakfast was enjoyable, and is served on the top floor where there is a hallway leading to the bar and a big buffet in the center room.

I felt good and felt very safe in this hotel very close to the Termini railway station and the University. I rate very clean both the room and the bathroom, space for me that I was traveling alone were more than enough. Would stay here again without a doubt. I didn't have breakfast inside because I had no time and at the last second I had to go but the buffet was promising.

Where do I start. It gets a star for location (about a 5 min drive from termini station) and a star for good/ free coffee. They also had ample closet space. The website boasts AC… It was broken in our room and when we asked about it they did nothing. It was too hot for my 1 year old daughter to sleep. It was at least 85 deg f. The only way we could keep cool was to sit on the floor of the bathroom with the shower on full blast cold. On top or that the shower was so small. Like teeny tiny. My husband is super skinny and he said he cold barley fit. I am over weight so I didn't even try. And the one time we bathed our daughter I tried to lean in an smacked my leg off the corner of the step into the shower. Huge bruise! Breakfast was kind of sad. I really love Italian breakfast. A cafè corto and a cornetto. The pastries and bread they had where stale and hard. Cappuccino was really good even tough it came from a machine. Last and defiantly least important, the mini bar. Don't take anything from it. Just leave it alone. $3 Euro for a can or aranciata! I had the sense to ask the prices before drinking them. All in all I'm glad we only had to stay 2 nights. The worst part is we weren't even supposed to stay here. Our hotel had a water leak and sent us here. Only plus was that the restaurant across the street is AMAZING! If you stay here go across the street and ask Samuele to make you a pizza Capricciossa. It was so good and very unique.

Very nice hotel! Stayed here for 3 days, first day was opened by the front door and the second door into the yard (he lived on the 1st floor), is somehow not very much. Let the staff be careful. Cleaned every day, the little people, the staff is friendly, Breakfast is good.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights and found it more comfortable for both the actual closeness to the main station in Rome for both the bedroom and gave us, which was wide and clean like no other. Our trip for work was simplified on several occasions from the line (fast) internet connection in the hotel.
Warmth and kindness were the icing on the cake, along with the one served at breakfast in the glass. Nice and good.

Ok, I chose this hotel for its proximity to Termini, is located a few hundred metres in a quiet place, next to a Plaza with parking and bar. In 5 minutes you arrive at the station but also at the University. I find it comfortable, elegant and reception staff are well disposed towards the customer.
The rooms are large, the furniture not brand new but the spaces are really wide.

Large and modern rooms and the location to the train station, also walking distance is acceptable. I would again at any time book. The environment looks not so good, but has price advantages. In Restaurants for 20% cheaper. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace offered. Since one must make compromises. Rome in a Super Hotel in the centre. The Vatican city with the Metro from Termini.

I arrived by train in Rome and after 5 minutes I arrived at the hotel on foot, in the morning I had an appointment at cnr for work and I moved in no time even in short transport sena I would recommend it for the convenience and location, very close to Termini and easy access to any point of the city quickly. Inside then it is a beautiful hotel.

I would recommend it for the location, near termini station, if you like me to study and you must reach the University is perfect, also if you want to get access to the city centre are just a few metres away, just a walk and 10 minutes by metro.

Hotel staff was friendly and willing to help you. Very pleasant reception and impact with the room. Worthy of merit and note, and also recommended a couple more in the years ahead.

4 star hotel near Termini, nice, well kept, clean and friendly staff.

Elegant 4 star hotel just behind the terms. Great location and rooms, we stayed 3 nights for work and I had a great time. The hotel is suitable for business meetings.

I was two days in the capital and I got to stay in this hotel very nice. Located in the San Lorenzo district, would recommend to singles and couples both as support, as it is in the central area, both for romantic breaks. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff helpful. I will definitely be back. Great value for money.

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend in the capital in this fantastic 4 stars. Located in the central area, you can move around on foot or by metro. Prices are in my opinion very honest when compared to the quality of services, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff and the beauty and tranquility of the rooms. Great facility which I highly recommend.

Hotel in all respects.

From arrival to departure we had an excellent stay. Staff very helpful and friendly especially the receptionist (I don’t remember the name). Hotel is 10 minutes' walk from Termini Station, so it is very convenient to visit Rome by bus or metro.

Ateneo Palace is a beautiful hotel and was very accommodating. The people who worked there were extremely friendly: they helped us find metro tickets and gave a guide of Rome. Very spacious and clean room, with large bathroom. Really a great solution to visit Rome.

I stayed in many hotels in Rome over the years because of my work and this has definitely been the best hotel that I stayed in Rome. I loved both the comfortable and beautifully decorated room and the marble decorated bathroom. The staff was nice, helpful and charming. My breakfast was plentiful, I love Italian espresso! I was there for work but I decided to turn back as a tourist and visit the city… again (I can't get enough of Rome! ). The hotel is really very nice. Over all I appreciate the fact that, from S. Lorenzo, you could reach the city center very quickly, by feet or by underground.
