As this is a mini hotel for only 4 rooms, you should warn the staff in advance about the arrival. Located in the entrance of an apartment building on the 5th floor, but it is very easy to find it. You feel like a local.
Breakfast was provided at the bar next door. They gave me coffee and a croissant, and that was enough.
