A wonderful accommodation in the center of Rome. Simona does not neglect a detail, it made us feel at home.

A beautiful place very cozy clean and in a perfect location to get to the heart of Rome. Simona and very helpful.

Very nice mini-hotel, three stars. The hotel is on the 5th floor (Elevator Prisustvuet) pleased almost everyone. We had room 503 with a beautiful view of the temple of Santa Maria Maggiore. The room itself is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, clean bed. Bathroom 7-8 towels changed every day. In the room the device was spent every day. Bed was changed after 2 days of arrival (all we were 5 days) in terms of cleaning there are no questions. A vending machine with good coffee or tea is available 24 hours a day. The staff is friendly. For such a not big money, very good quality. Near the hotel there is everything you need: Supermarket, pharmacy, snack bar and restaurant where delicious pizza. The main attractions are a stone's throw away. And the Termini train station is a 20 minute walk away, and if you go to Fiumicino airport at the "Vinci Express" 32 minutes and you are at the airport. Not a big minus it instead of hot water runs warm, it is necessary to wait to run well. And another minus, the problem with the TV (there is not a single Russian channel) and the scarcity of choice. We certainly did not look especially TV, but sometimes in the morning or in the evening to listen to our hunting was. Helped the music channel. And there is nothing to watch, some TV-shops.

A nice little hotel in a very good location. It is very clean and the rooms very large. The staff (Simona + Antonio) is very friendly. When our flight was delayed, we told you and it was waiting for us to check in.

This place was horrible, they did not care about us whatsoever and tried blaming us and lied to us about something that was their mistake. We booked this hotel with two weeks before our trip, and we stated we were arriving late because our train was going to arrive late. When we got to the place, it was CLOSED, with a sticky note outside. The sticky note said that they waited for us all day, and they closed, to give them a call. When I called, the receptionist Antonio, was so rude and said he was at home already and we were going to have to find a place for the night on our own. It was 12 at midnight, we were in a town we had NEVER been at before, knowing little to no Italian, in a street filled with homeless people. We told him we stated we were arriving late, and that's when he lied and said he messaged us days before our booking to tell us they didn't accept late arrivals, and that he also tried calling. Since I was on my way to Rome, the calls never went through, but once I had service it did show me some unanswered calls. Thus, he called THE DAY of our trip at 2PM and he messaged us THE DAY of our trip at 2PM. THE DAY of our trip, and that late, how could he expect us to get any of this or book another hotel before our arrival? He didn't try contacting us AT All until THE DAY of our trip. I was in the middle of the street almost in tears, scared, and basically with our trip ruined. I asked to speak to the owner, which he did give me his number.

Beautiful guest House, cozy, clean, in a great location and the room also with a nice view of the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.

Beautiful B&B on a central spot in Rome. Beautiful room. Spacious. Clean. With a very nice host. We felt home. Next time in Rome we won't have to look for another place to stay. We already found it.

Pros — Clean beds and rooms. Quiet location. Conveniently located to central station (Rome Terminal). Easy access to nearby super markets and stores. Good choice of restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to majority of the tourist attractions. Just a 30 minute bus ride to Vatican City. Friendly and polite staff. Cons — The entrace to the hotel could be tricky as there is no sufficient signage. The lift though looks very retro and cool, fits in just 1 person and a large suitcase. The reception is located on 5th floor and is unattended majority of the times. The breakfast package included is no good. So is the included coffee maker. The bathroom though functional has plumbing issues. Very average Wi-Fi connectivity. Overall — If you are likely to be outside for the majority of the day and require the room for freshening up and short overnight stay, this would still be a good choice considering the reasonable pricing. However, if your stay would be for a longer period, I would not recommend this place.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. The Wi-Fi signal is definitely to improve, as well as the possibility to have breakfast because of the limited number of seats.

Antonio was a great host, very hospitable and the rooms were great! One of the best 3 star value for money BnB's.
