Hotel Picasso Hotel

Strategic location, small room and bathroom but very clean, staff very friendly staff. The only note to do is the breakfast room: very small, fewer tables (and very small) than the number of guests so you have to wait in a choridoio hole that you free the places… If an accident occurred it would be very difficult to get out quickly… (certainly not in accordance).

Small but clean room, how clean was the bathroom. Great location, competitive price, very friendly staff and helpful. The reception is open 24 hours.

A hotel with a very good location.
A 15 min walk from the Colisse, a bit less than Piazza Venezia.
The employees were very welcoming and made the effort to speak a little French.
On the other hand we had the surprise of not having breakfast of included in the room while it was well noted on our reservation.
Comfortable bed, very clean room, on the other hand we hear the noises of all the guests of the surrounding rooms.
Quality ratio taken very correct.

Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. 10 minutes from the train station, convenient location. Always quiet and calm. Boys. Thank you very much for helping Keeley, helped to print the boarding passes, gave to the road juices.

Don't expect much when getting a room. Do however expect, spacious and very clean rooms, good quality breakfast, helpfull and kind staff members and amazing Wi-Fi. In short, you get a lot for a low price. Nevertheless, there are a couple downsides. The reception/front desk is in a seperate building 50 meters down the road (not a bad thing unless you don't like walking). And there's not much room for hanging clothes or jackets. So either don't bring a lot of clothes or keep them in your suitcase. Also you are very close to a main road so at night there might be some noise. Overal a nice and good experience, perfect for a couple of nights!

Great location, price and concierge. Payment in cash which was interesting. Very clean and good breakfast.

The rooms are lovely, there is enough space. The windows overlook the neighbourhood and small roads, might be a bit busy with traffic when the window is open, but otherwise ok. Reception is in the nearby hotel.

We'Re delighted. Excellent Price. You Have to keep in mind what kind of hotel it is, it is not a 4 star, but it is very clean and the rooms with comfortable; There is an individual bathroom in the room. The Breakfast buffet is very fair, but as I said before is what you pay for.

Lovely hotel. We had an amazing time staying at this hotel, I highly recommend it. Our room was cleaned every day and the service was great. The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful. I would stay here if I'm in Rome again.

Hotel near Termini and Metro, well served by shops and local, good location to get around the city.

Great location between center and services.

It's clean and cozy. Who loves Rome knows that all the buildings in the center have specific sized rooms, but the double room is pretty small even for one person. And no view. But the three stars are for the distance to the center and for sure in Rome is better to enjoy the city than the hotel room!

The hotel is very basic but in a fantastic location. Lovely reception staff.

The biggest pros is Staff at reception and house keaping. Rooms are clean but coudl be in better.

Pretty nice hotel, not too large, but also not too expense for its location. We had lunch included which was alright, don't expect a large choice, just enough. The service at the reception was good and very helpful staff.

Super nice Hotel in the centre of Rome (between the main railway station Termini & antique center), a bit small, also the Breakfast room, but if you like the rustic ambience, you will find for the price, nothing much better. The reception in the next building, I personally found no Problem.

Super Lage im Zentrum von Rom. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Lauschiges Frühstück in der kleinen Cafeteria. Gute Tipps an der Rezeption. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

Negatives: 1. The room was average but the bed cover smell of cigarette and the bed sheet though looked clean was causing my skin to itch. I had to keep the windows open every night as the smell was disturbing me. That would be the only reason I would not come back. That smell was just not right. 2. The bathroom is small but clean. The bathtube had small patch of rust on it. The shower and shampoo branded RO Hotels smell so cheap. The Aqua brand is better. 3. The closet has a bad smell. Could be the cigarette or just plain old smell. At some point I was looking for bugs… although I was told rooms were non smoking… which I've requested. Positives: 1. Reception is at hotel caravaggio around the corner. Killy, Mido at the reception were very helpful and polite. Killy gave my husband and I five '10cents' on our arrival to use for the lift. That saved us the hassle of looking for cents on arrival. On our departure as well reception staff organised our transfer to fco airport for 50euros. 2. Good location of the hotel. Supermarket across on National road and round the corner. A few restaurant down at the hotel too. We walked to colosseo, about 20mins. Very close to republica metro station. 3. Joanna is the lady who does the housekeeping and arrange breakfast. She is a star. Every morning she made sure I was happy with the room and the cleaning. She did a great job. I did not have the heart to tell her about the smell on the bed covers. 4.

First Picasso is an annex of the hotel Carravagio located in the next Street to 80 m about and or the reception is located. Polite but home we don't speak french contrary to what is announced, then one must move on foot with luggage to get to Picasso. Elevator charge (10 c the race) the room is cramped nonexistent night-light type lighting (impossible to read any document except in the toilet or the bulb was normal) a very small closet storage is very accessible and offers little storage space. In view of the space occupied by the bed and luggage can barely move and interbreed. Clean but impractical toilet shower without SOAP. Tablet the sink glass absent, so no way to put the toilet business, reported of our arrival on Wednesday and not replaced Sunday. Breakfast not great, the dining room is very small (6 small tables of 2 tickets for 25 rooms, we'd better get up early if you want to have room and a complete choice, the employee is however very polite…) photos on the site are real but misleading. The day of our departure (6 in the morning to meet a schedule for transfer to the airport, impossible to have not even coffee, (asked us 2 x 5 = €10 to prepare a small bag containing cookies and sandwich, while breakfast is included in the price) only interest the hotel is located in the city centre. )

Excellent for couples to go to Rome. Comfortable and quiet. Whenever we are going to Rome we stayed here. The only downside is that it does not have Wifi in the room. Great variety at breakfast.

A nice hotel to spend a night or two.

Good place to Base yourselves if you are our and about all day. Rooms have everything you need good bed hot water and a mini fridge with drinks in. May be just a British thing but a kettle would have been good. Good breakfast provided all though small dinning area. Nice touch in the evening they provide wine and nibbles from 6 to 8. would decently come back again.

High quality service and Clean room and Kind and friendly staff.

My room was very good, in the 4th floor everything are so clean, they are speaking english. IThink that you must choose it because it is near termini station and you can easily go to the center.

Nice hotel, without reception (it is in a hotel 100 metres).
Negative points:
-batteries with air conditioning right next to the window of the room that overlooks a courtyard.
-the breakfast room too small, we're chairs against chairs.
