Great restaurant with Italian and typical Spanish cuisine as well as very good pizza. Nice and helpful staff Fast service. It also makes deliveries at home. To try Absolutely.

After many years in which I learned to trust the excellent cuisine, Wednesday, April 4, the absolute disappointment: Paella mixta (Valencian) embarrassing, almost cold, precooked (in fact the wait was too short compared to the last time we went and everything was Excellent, about 2 years ago) and instead of chorizo a normal Italian sausage. I had the great feeling of eating those low-quality frozen paellas that they give in restaurants for tourists in Madrid.
To say that I was very disappointed is reductive! Instead the Ruta de tapas OK as always.

They claim to be a Spanish restaurant… None of them speak Spanish and the tapas leave a lot to be desired.

Disappointing is to say little, in fact I could add quietly "… and dearest"! After three of Spain enter a room that declares Spanish restaurant and discover that, besides the multiple furnishings and menus in double language, Spanish has really very little makes you stay very bad. In addition to this, I repeat, dear prices for what you are offered. Positive notes the wine list, well structured and ample, and private parking. Wheelchair. Highly recommended, especially for those who know Spanish cuisine.

Everything is great… but the paella is amazing. Great service and nice the local Andalusian style. To hear even more Spanish warmth, the Friday flamenco exhibition.

The food is good the staff are courteous but little organization of the type on a Saturday night might not be some foods or pastries and even coffee pods… Prices vary from pizza to fish to meat as fair as it is… The restaurant is equipped with a small parking lot for the cars… Comfortable for children with stroller or for people with wheelchairs… To try especially for those who like Spanish cuisine!

Wonderful evening thanks to the Flamenco concert, which I could see for the first time in Rome, although I am told that here in the city is tradition from the years 60 even.
The place is beautiful, prepared with great taste, capacente and suitable for groups, small group but also couples for romantic dinner by candlelight. The exterior offers a landscaped garden with plants and gazebos, the interior fittings are delicious and recall the elements of the traditional Spanish world. I add the photos to make the idea. We tasted the tapas as a starter with focaccia (delicious the sausage with gravy and beans) and for dinner two types of paella, both delicacies: perfect cooking of every element and well blended, served on the table with the pan on a basket with cloth, good to Split into two people. Between the appetizer and the paella we had to wait enough, but we were clearly advised at the beginning and the quality of the dishes, accompanied by a chardonnay, decided but not pungent, has repaid more than worthily the wait.
The strongest dish of all though was the flamenco show, needless to say that you will never appreciate this art really until you live it with the stage nearby. Look at the pictures, with the great artists who made the big school, but it's just an idea… The rhythm remains in it with passion until late at night. To try absolutely!

Very nice and friendly place. The appetizer and the focaccia very tasty, however the cooking of the paella was a little ' too al dente, the rice too crispy, I would have liked to have cooked a little ' more. For the rest also the flamenco show was very cute and quaint.

Excellent rist. On the Casilina with parking great service with Spanish menu I recommend the paella to Valencian prices in the norm.

Although the atmosphere is comfortable, the entrance area to the rooms is the same as the one in the restaurant. The area near the station Torre Maura does not look quiet and this restricts the timetable you have to leave/enter the accommodation.

Stayed one night I could not try the restaurant but reading it made me want to try the paella. Obviously the quality of the restaurant is reflected in the hotel part. The room is large and spacious with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Password cleaning! I found a simple but very clean environment. Try also room service. I will definitely try to cook Spanish food.
