We often stay at this hotel when we are in Rome.
The best place in the center of Rome. Good service, reasonable prices. Around the corner from the Pantheon.

What’s not to recommend?!? The location is perfect, one block behind the Pantheon. The staff are all welcoming and just absolutely wonderful. Our room is immaculate. Another great find through Trip Advisor. We will definitely make this our go to in Rome!

Good placement in the city. Great breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. The Wi-Fi doesn't always work in all rooms, and it takes a little time to get hot water in the shower. All in all, satisfied.

Great location and room for the price. We stayed with our two children and it was comfortable after a long day of walking. It was very quiet in the hotel. The bathroom was updated but the shower had mold. Could have been cleaned or maintained better. The breakfast was wonderful. Everything you want to start the day.

Quiet little place, good Wi-Fi, decent beds, staff speak some English. Nice furniture, but room had a lot of echo from hard surfaces. Continental breakfast included, range of teas but mine was rubbish, made with hot water. Street door has intercom to get in. Hotel reception is unmanned from 10pm, so you'll get the key. Don't go to the much better hotel over the road; you can walk from the railway station but its 2 miles so better if travelling light.

Very quiet hotel with incredibly helpful staff. The rooms were clean & very, very spacious. The hotel is 1 minute walk from the Pantheon and next to delicious gelato & espresso shops.

Great hotel. A little hard to spot on the street, but that seems typical. Service was great, small breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Enjoyed stay. Had air conditioning which was a plus.

The Best choise for my holiday in Rome. I choose this little 1 star Hotel because I was looking for a real roman experience, and that was what I finally found. Great position, clean room, a good Italian breakfast and friendly people. I hope to be back at Mimosa asap.

The hotel is very small, on the 2nd floor of a residential building. The staff is super friendly and nice, which made the stay extra special. Breakfast is included and is pretty amazing with large selection, considering the size of the hotel. Come early for best pickings :) Our room was very nice and spacious with high ceilings — which was a surprise, since this is in the very heart of Rome. Large bathroom, complete with shower, toilet and even a bidet. The only downside is that the previous people that stayed there apparently smoked quiet a bit. Luckily, after 2-3 days the stink went away and we were much more comfortable there. The biggest win of this hotel is its location. A couple of blocks from Pantheon and Largo di Torre Argentina, a few streets from Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori. Can't ask for a better location! We walked to Trastevere each night for dinner and the stroll never took more than 10-15 pleasant minutes (side tip: if you want true Italian food experience, ditch the overpriced center and walk down to Trastevere, where food is delicious, people are authentic, and sunsets breathtakingly romantic). Ask for a room overlooking inside garden. Our room was facing the street and there was a truck removing glass from nearby restaurants every morning — loud! Nevertheless, amid the smoked-out room and noise outside our windows, this hotel is definitely the winner for us mainly due to its location and friendliness of staff.

Hard to find for travellers but the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Room is standard and all you need when visiting Rome.

Small hotel with great location. Room was clean and updated. Good service and free breakfast. Would recommend and not expensive. Good for one or two nights.

Read some bad reviews but was not bad as I thought. Was bigger than I imagined, not as cold as I thought room will be. Subway was little annoying but bearable. Staff was friendly, bed and bathroom was clean enough. Much cheaper than most ny hotels, could stay there again.

The location of the hotel was great, almost directly behind the pantheon. It was a little difficult to find this hotel, but we found it easily because our taxi drivers knew a lot. This is a one-star family hotel. The room was large and the ceiling was very high. Breakfast (included in the bill) is served in a small breakfast room. It's a very simple breakfast with cold meat, eggs, bread, croissants, coffee, etc.

It's all about location! It's right next to the Pantheon. Walking distance to all monuments and historical sites in Rome!
Clean, spacious room with elevator and air con. Water in bathroom has no pressure but turned the shower on and it was perfect. Takes a while to get hot water. Breakfast bar is very basic but with so many restaurants around you can get anything.

We had a lovely visit here in July. Very clean, well equipped room. Delightful staff who spoke great English. Enjoyed our breakfast and relished the location. Highly recommend!

It was in the heart of the city minutes walk from everything.

Quaint, literally a surprise, and near everything you expect, a foot step in Rome, to do what Romans do. Highly recomended.

This hotel is excellent. Starting for the location. Walking distance from every important point in the city like Vatican, Coliseum, Fontana di Trevi, etc. Rooms are spacious and most important the staff is simply the best. They are making us feel at home with great suggestions and recommendations. Excellent experience with the best quality/price relationship.

I love love love everything about this hotel. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful to all of our "American" needs. And the best part is if you walk out the hotel you are in the middle of everything that you want to do. Also, the breakfast pastries were delicious. The stay in Rome itself is a treat for history-lovers as I am… but when you get to be so incredible lucky to find a Hotel like Mimosa, nothing can go wrong! The service, OMG, does by far outclass ANY other stays I've had anywhere in my entire life!. You soon forget that it only has one star… and I do not really understand the star, because it should be 10 stars in the servicedepartment! You also forget that it does not have a TV or a minibar… 'cause the staff provides you with espresso, wine, water, tea, food… it is incredible — you do not even have to ask them, they ask if we need anything all the time… and they smile, and talk, draws up maps for us and explains everything in detail-where to go, where the food is great etc… amazing! Both thumbs up and I will DEFINETLY stay here next time also! The staff makes you feel like you are their only guests… and I know we were not alone there:) And LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We were in the middle of EVERYTHING! I loved, LOVED LOVED it! Go to Rome in december! I HIGHLY recommend it! JUST LOVE MIMOSA HOTEL — very close to the Pantheon in Rome, Italy! Miss you already! My husband-Svein Erik says Thank you so, so much and that he agrees 100%! MOLTO BENE! Give them a couple of stars more! And I love love love the gift and I will always remember Rome and Mimosa:)

I stayed 4 days at this hotel for a trip with my girlfriend. Enjoyed it thoroughly. The hotel is simple and clean, with very friendly and helpful staff (thanks Rob for courtesy). The location is superb, right in the middle of it all, history, shopping, I mean really the right place to discover the city.

Hotel Mimosa is a 1 star hotel in Rome. It is an economical, but the rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly! Recommended for those looking for a budget hotel in town.
