The room smelled like lock/sweat. Really very tight the room. And breakfast will make you. He was a machine. I honestly expected more from a 3-star hotel. Star I would have put 1.

The receptionist Gianni is a very kind and helpful person. Helped us in everything we need to find the place we needed.

Horrible! Main lobby was humid AF when we arrived & hot. As for the room we got (101), it was TINY, smelled like mold, is outdated, bathroom has mold too, missing ceiling with holes behind some screen… If ure just looking for BASIC accommodation then sure, but do NOT come if you expect it to be comfortable old with charm. This is rundown old! So wish we hadn't booked here. The positives: location — its 3 min walk Policlinico metro & some breakfast is served.

Our room a little bit small but clean and fragrant. Very friendly and helpful staff Negative notes I haven't found them, and I'm usually not very lucky.

Absolutely negative… the bathroom that smelled like mold, the towels x a single person, no slippers, mildew in the shower, electrical outlets, dilapidated, door window from the outside (broken) would not open… room was very small, x to be double. The only positive thing is that it is located near the policlinico hospital.

The room had everything necessary, the staff friendly, location good and breakfast very good, the only bad thing that the hot water we would be regular and thin walls heard everything. In general good experience.

The only positive things the price is the proximity to the public transportation for the rest all to forget.
Hair dryer fault (reported immediately on arrival but after 3 days of stay such remained) ants in the bathroom, fridge smelly bar (found off)

Very modest. The hotel is old relatively clean. The breakfast is poor. In three days the menu did not change.

The location is very convenient near the metro station Policlinico.

Visited with a girl Rome. Chose this hotel as there was a fairly low price and the pics instilled optimism. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, not modern style, 3 stars deserves. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good… And since there is a hospital nearby, many ambulances pass by. I recommend to take in case of earplugs-with them I slept like a baby. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are four. The girl on the double bed had two mattresses-a minus, constantly falling between them) bath clean, slippers, toothbrushes no-take your own. The maids are cleaned in the room every day, work performed in good faith. Tomorrow is the buffet. There are sausages, eggs, yogurts, coffee machine, fresh fruit, delicious confectionery. Everything is fresh. The Metro is a 5-minute walk away, and the trains station is 20 minutes from the airport. Very convenient. Nearby there are shops, restaurants. I recommend Il Tunnel-the best restaurant we visited in Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend.

We had a great time! Nice room, (a little bit small, but there was enough) double bed with mattress in memory (you sleep by God), spotless, copious breakfast, Italy staff that tries to satisfy all the needs of the customer. What about, we return willingly.

Quiet Hotel, convenient to services for the city, with not very large spaces, comfortable rooms, breakfast room rather cramped and narrow… Overall to spend on weekends is more than good.

Cold and dirty rooms a colleague's room reeked of sewer in a bearable manner (at least x me) at check-in I asked for a bill with including breakfast and water but at check out I have a bill with only the nights but a surcharge of 20 euros x par Parking (a lot of tiny courtyard) not agreed during the booking…
Breakfast consists of a hot drink and packaged croissants.

Hotel was good, the food was okay, what bothered me the most is my necklace getting stolen from my room and then being told that because laundry cleaning is outsourced they can't do anything about it. Same happened with my colleague when she forgot her jersey behind.

The location was convenient for us just getting off at the central bus station and not having anywhere planned to stay for the night. The rooms are nothing special. In the bathroom the shower was small and it was pretty tight elsewhere in there. The bed was quite large though, which was nice. Where this hotel impressed us was that the staff were really friendly and helpful. They offered to store our bags for the day after we checked out so we could go on our bus tour without them. They printed our tickets out for us and they also had a nice breakfast prepared in the breakfast room. As a traveler I found the hotel to be a good value.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very small. Bathroom tight without even hangers for towels. Fridge not working. Cleanliness leaves to be desired. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Definitely not up to my expectations. Small tired room badly in need of decorating and a new mattress. No storage space no coat hangers all in all not great. However it was clean and the staff were pleasant.

I was able to rent a room at the last minute. The staff were very helpful and made my stay very positive and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
