Great hotel in a quiet location but only 5 minutes walk to the metro. Despite arriving early we were able to check in to our room which had everything you could ask for and more. The staff were very nice and helpful would definitely stay again.

Very nice room! Never seen such a spacious triple room! Clean and with every comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful. To be back for sure!

Good hotel. Just 5-7 walk minutes from the subway. A bit away from touristic spots. Calm and cozy. Enjoy sun, air and views from the roof terrace.

I visited Roma for the first time and stayed at the hotel Mercure with my husband! First l want to thank the ladies at the front desk! Excellent customer relations. The rooms are exceptional, well maintained, clean beddings, loved it! We also got a mobile phone to walk with and use during our stay! This made our journeys out very easy knowing we could always get back using the phone. The breakfast was ok but could do with a bit of improvement! Same everyday! Eunice & mordicks.

I took a room paid in advance, after a day I asked to move the date, pity that I was told that I would lose my stay and all the money, after my insistence to the person who worked in the hotel a certain (Sergio) I ask to pay a penalty, snorting accepts.
I had to propose the solution otherwise I would have lost the money.

We had the privelege room. Big room with private terrace and big bathroom. Bathroom: needs some refreshment! Room: small bed, old seat, but room is big enough! Room Amenities: minibar was included but very poor. Also nespresso machine was included = top! We also had a HandyPhone at our disposal. We used it our entire stay in Roma!
Breakfast was also included in our room, but it poor. Only a little bit of bread available, not so many choise in meat or cheese, staff was not really friendly. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. So overall it was good but they need refreshment in the rooms.

4 stops from Termini is very well located in a quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet very full and you sleep wonderfully I will definitely repeat when I return to Rome.

A typical Mercure property. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are equally big. Neat and clean and airy rooms once you open the big windows. Hotel is close to Metro station which is 7 minutes by walk. The town historical centre is just about 3 km away. Although the hotel is in residential area, near the metro station there is very good market and lots of eateries. The hotel staff is good. Breakfast has good choices and the Wi-Fi is blazing fast. If I have to find a fault it was the TV. Mine had only 9 odd channels, all Italian, but it was a problem in my room which I did not report otherwise would have been resolved. Overall an excellent choice for stay.

Nice hotel and a little out of the room but we're quiet. 5 minutes from the Metro and 15 from the center. Nice breakfast room, good quality buffet. The room was great clean and nice. Good stay overall.

Quiet location and good public transport hotel in Rome the staff was very attentive, helpful and patient. The room was neat and clean and the box spring bed was a dream for restful sleep. Breakfast buffet was continental and left almost no wishes open.

I paid for the privilege room, which had a complimentary mini bar. This sounded promising till I discovered mini bar means 2 cans of Coke, one bottle of apple juice and a still and sparkling bottle of water. (On my first night the sparkling had been opened and was half empty! How about a beer or a bit more selection? The rest was pretty good. Nice room, at least for Rome, and breakfast has a good selection.

A very comfortable hotel. Easy to reach also by metro. The bed is amazing, so comfortable. Nice services and good staff. Rich breakfast. One note: Mercure doesn't care about the walls, they are dirt and in some point without paint.

Was in Rome for 3 nights and decided to upgrade from my normal IBIS to a MERCURE hotel for my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with information. The rooms were clean with the added benefit of a mini bar fridge. There is a supermarket 8 minutes away so was able to get milk and yoghurt and some beers and keep them cold in the fridge. Very easy access to the city via metro which has a major station about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. It is a quiet location and I really enjoyed my stay.

Hi I stayed in late July in your hotel with my family, we had a great time, spacious room, clean and cozy. The staff all prepared and helpful, from the reception guys, to the breakfast service girls and bar, and to the kids in the garage. The location is very close to the metro station. We thank you all for the availability and courtesy you receive.

Hotel looks very nice but unfortunately rooms quite dirty and services almost all with small trick under the table trimmed to pay as for example the possibility of access with your pet but at a cost of €20 per day whether you Traits of a canary whether it's a rhino hahaha to conclude outlet offer with breakfast included to have it included 20 minutes discussions according to them there was however a surcharge of €15 per person.

Fabulous staff, great hotel. Slightly out out town, but that makes it peaceful & a chilled out place to stay. 5 mins walk to the metro. 10 mins & your in the centre.

This hotel is near the subway which is a must in rome. The hotel is a great value for money mid range hotel. Most of the staff is outstanding. The sky bar and gym at the top level exist, though their potential is not fully used.

Located in a beautiful area, very quiet but offering quality restaurants, "Mercure" offers excellent comfort, relaxation (fitness and solarium), quiet and absolute silence, very good bedding, breakfast plentiful, varied and, moreover, With local products or "home made". Happy and warm welcome, bar… In short everything it takes to "recover" after the visits of Rome whose 25 centuries of history weigh in the legs… But everything is accessible thanks to the subway, 5 minutes without running. Good times that we will not forget anytime soon. Thank you.

Although the décor and furnishings are a bit dated the hotel is clean. The staff are very welcoming and at your service. It's a quiet residential area. Walking around is nice. And there are also good restaurants.

Classic Mercure style Hotel in a very quiet street. Quick Check-in and courteous and professional staff. The fact that although I had arrived at the hotel in the middle of the morning just to leave the suitcase, I did not ask to have verified the availability of the room and I have proposed to do immediately check-in.
The nearest metro station is about four hundred meters and is Saint Agnes/Hannibalianus on line B1. Same distance to reach the public transport that transits via Nomentana.
My room, the 311, was quite wide and equipped with good level amenities for a three star hotel. LCD TV, safe, tea/coffee maker. No notes on cleanliness. I did not have breakfast in the hotel (when I am in Italy I prefer the classic bar) so I don't know how to judge this aspect.
Price in line with the hotel's characteristics: About 70 Euro for a double room for single use in January 2015.

Very friendly hotel very quiet and Nice.
Paintings (and the walls in general) are a little older in the rooms.
Providing coffee and a kettle that helps a lot to start a long day of sightseeing.
TV with a lot of Italian channels (including those Sky satellite), francophones will TV5 Monde and France 24, German ZDF and Sat1.
Do not hesitate to ask at the reception of the information for visits or to find out how to get around in Rome, they will meet you with a smile!

Clean and quiet, in a fairly quiet suburb of Rome. Helpful staff and good value buffet breakfast.

The room is large, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the food is amazing. Perfect stay.

Front desk staff are friendly and speak good English. If you want to check in earlier and no problem. Room and bathroom not very clean, and sometimes forgotten and replaced with new towels and quilts. Breakfast 15 euros, but not worth the price, food is not fresh, and every day is the same. If you eat more than three days you will get fed up with it.

Very nice little hotel … not close to the center but the prices are very ok … the service is exemplary … clean rooms … free Wi-Fi … we enjoyed our staying there.

We loved this place and stayed here as we were visiting Rome. The hotel is located four metro stops from the center of Rome in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was great the room clean and the breakfast was more then ample. We will use this hotel again on our next visit.

It is a hotel in a modern building. This pretty well. They have a good breakfast. It takes almost nothing to get to the Centre by bus.

We were a week in Rome and have stayed in this hotel. Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, quiet location. The staff is simply class, bath and bed very clean and there was free water every day.
It is not far from the bus stop and a few streets further, there are also small shops. For our next trip to Rome, we will book this hotel again with security.
