Martini Rooms Hotel

I flew into Rome with no cash. They were completely booked and made me a bed and allowed me to pay later. I had some conversations with the staff here that I will never forget. I hope to return one day.

The price is really great.
There was a dinner in the house.
But the boss put me in the boys ' room, which makes me a little uncomfortable.
I need to check things out. They swept away my little bag.

Very nice and helpful Staff. Rooms are very clean and cosy.

Friendly staffs, clean toilets, rooms depend cons: Sometimes staffs are too friendly to have private, rooms cannot be locked and sometimes staff entered the room without a knock or go straight in after few knocks on the door. In terms of the room it really depends on how many reservations they have that day, they moved beds in and out every day. For example, on my first day there are five people in the room and it was just too crowd and the distance between each bed was too close, on my second day there were three beds and three people and third day four beds but three people only. The second and third day were way more comfortable than the first day. No aircon or electric fan in the room. pros: The staffs were super friendly and did help with the problems that I had, rooms and toilets were clean. Sometimes staffs make dinner for guests. There are lockers in the room (only two per room, so not everyone could have one) but need to bring your own padlock.

In little India of Rome. Appropriate distance from center for the price per night.

Very basic. If all you need is a room and a bed for the night, this place will do. The area were it is located is not pleasent, and didn't feel the safest. It was also hard to find the hotel since it is actually located in an apartment in a building that didn't have any signs or indication to the location of the hotel. During the night people came in and out of the hotel-apartment, slamming the doors and talking loudly, it was very noisy and there is no body from the hotel there during the night. Wifi in the rooms had a very weak signal and you will be charged extra for a towel. The place was pretty clean overall but after the one night I stayed there I was happy to leave.

Room and sheets filthy, bathroom indecent, paid more than I wrote and I didn't even have the bill. Terrible experience, beds.

I staid there for 4 nights. In my opinion it is good option in price-whatUget confrontation. They give you a "starter" breakfast — a croissant, coffe, some juice, bread and confiture. The kitchen is open until 9 p. M. — there you can talk with staff (but only one of them os fluent english speaker) and other guest, I found god atmosphere. The next plus is that I found company for sightseeing there. Minuses — it smells a bit, one men from staff is look like he don't like you;), and there is no place to dry your towels etc. The place is also loudy — iit is good to buy ear plumbs. After all it is good choice — about 7 euro (plus 3, 5 eurocity tax) for this option.

I never ever recommend this place. One of staff was awful — he was almost yelling me, to customer. Some of them gives uncomfortable annoying joke for girls. Wifi is not working for whole days (stayed for 3night), they dont offer print ticket (they recommend one shop and it cost 1euro per 1page-not color) Also it cost 2 euro, leave your stuffs after checkout. I just leave my bag till the 13:00 and they asked me 2 euro. The worst thing is that his attitude was very very rude and unkind. I give 2 stars because they offer meals. And at least — only one of them was very kind and nice.

You get what you pay for I guess. It's fine if you're looking only for a place to lay your head for the night and leave early in the morning. Stay wasn't bad in overall, no big issues. I rented a separate room (a dorm-like rooms were also an option). The room was tidy, yet "worn out" with a smell. Extra equipment (TV) wasn't working, the bathroom needed a serious plumbing rework. Guys at the desk, although helpful and friendly, barely spoke any English. Free Italian breakfast was a cool addition. They also made free "pasta evenings" when they served, well, pasta with some simple additions. Nothing fancy but can't complain.
