We booked this hotel for 2 nights, arrived at the hotel, walked in, checked in and reported that our room was in another building they run which is a short walk from this. We are then taken to the "Hello hotel".
The old structure, however, the rooms were renovated. Small rooms, non-functioning air conditioning, discreet cleaning. For breakfast we had to move to the Hotel Luciani. As for breakfast, there wasn't much choice, but the croissants were pretty good, and besides that there were 2 hot drink dispensers, and 1 of cold drinks i. E. Water, orange juice and ace, biscuit slices and charcuterie. The staff showed up nice.
I still did not understand the reason for the transfer from the hotel we had booked (Hotel Luciani) to the Hotel Ciao.
In the future I don't know if I'd go back.

Strategic hotel location, about 3 minutes from Termini station. I stayed in a single, the bathroom is in the room. Unfortunately the spaces are very small but there are all the minimum amenities needed. The closet was missing but there was a recess in the wall with hangers to hang clothes. 24-hour concierge service. Prices on average but altini for what the property offers. About 40 euros per night.

Value over money. This room I got is simple yet comfortable. The breakfast was good although not too much option to choose from. The location was perfect especially if you're flight is early and needs to travel from Termini to the airport. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

Room was clean. Woman at the front desk spoke perfect English and was super nice. Breakfast was subpar but you get what you pay for, it did the job. Only big complaint was that the staff/guests were VERY loud late at night and early in the morning. You hear EVERYTHING from your room. That really didn’t please me. It was really annoying, but if you can get passed that, overall good place.

Value for money. I had a pleasant stay in Hotel Luciani during my first visit in Rome. The hotel is locatef really close to Roma Termini so my trip back to the airport was hassle-free. Subway station is also just a few minute walk away. There are lots of food options nearby. The room I booked was small and looked dated but the bed was comfortable and is cleaned everyday. The breakfast was basic but still tasty and decent to start the day. Above all, the staff both in the reception and dining were all kind. I'd probably stay again. Grazie!

Go to all hours… Even those of the night. Convenient for the location.

All around a decent enough Hotel, conveniently located near some small shops and the biggest subway and bus station. Don't expect the breakfast to be good though, just buy it elsewhere.

Good context… Family atmosphere and very intimate. Impeccable services. Really compliments.

Stayed there for one night and that was ok. Room was acceptable, the Wifi didn't work properly there. Is a good place for who arrive at Termini, but I wouldn't stay for more than one night.

Clean place, true to descriptions and pictures, booked with booking price far below the quality ' which we found, highly recommend, for the great location served by everything, the staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast in the norm, We will definitely go back!

Good location at the train station very basic hotel only for overnight breakfast you can omit many small bars and close to where you can have breakfast better.

A few steps from the station terms quite clean staff very helpful and kind I was there with my whole family and I had a great time.

The hotel is well located, very close to the train station, metros and taxis, which makes it very accessible. However the first problem is the stairs especially if you carry one or two large size suitcases. The other uncomfortable situation is the size of the room and bathroom as these are very small and that makes the moisture in the bath flood the piece, so it generates a bad smell. Otherwise, it meets the objective of offering a service according to the price. But the detail of the bad ventilation and a view to the interior of the building very gloomy, make that it does not return it choose but those conditions are fixed.

The rooms, Spartan, have a little ' dated fixtures but are equipped with: TV, air conditioner, safe and hairdryer. Bathrooms often smell bad. The hotel is equipped with Wi-Fi (which only works for one device per person) and the concierge is open 24h with courteous staff and quite helpful. Breakfast is not included in the price but paying 3 euros per person can enjoy it, totally "self-service" includes: coffee, Cappuccino, chocolate (via a small vending machine) and empty croissants, which leave to be desired, rusks and Sliced bread to be combined with Nutella, various jams and a wide assortment of cereals. The parking garage, not very far from the hotel is the payment is not included in the price. Finally the hotel has a small deposit for the suitcases: when you leave the room these can be deposited there temporarily. All in all the hotel has good value for money along with the advantage of being close to the Termini station. Ideal for those who, like me, came to visit the Eternal City and have little time to spare!

Small very basic rooms, very small single beds, dated decor and poorly fitted out. Also quite noisy, I wouldn't recommend this place, unless the price was less than €20 a night. (Paid closer to €60)
Very tempted to cut our losses and find somewhere else for a second night.

Its a pathetic place. They make people stay in isolated dirty rooms located in other buildings. Bathrooms are stinking. No proper arrangements for cleaning. Staff is rude and breakfast is also not good. I recommend NOT to stay here.

Hotel Luciani is very centrally located at Termini Station, the rooms are good. Unfortunately, the Frühstüvksplätze Rahr sowed.

Very small room. Even smaller bathroom. If you are a big man such as myself I recommend getting a bigger room elsewhere. Beds were making squeaky noises whenever I moved a little which was annoying. It's not awful so it's not 1 star but I only recommend going there if you're short on cash and only staying for 1 night. Maybe 2 max and don't care about space and accommodation much. Only sleep there.

Informal and cheap hotel. Close Termini train station.

Costumer Service bilingual good communication skills, staffs are friendly, complimentary breakfast good you can choose a lot of hot and cold drinks in the morning, Bathroom very clean always changes the bed sheets nice and neat. Near to everywhere, tourist attractions.

Pretty sure the cleaning staff stole two of our towels. Otherwise not too bad if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

Hotel Luciani is a no-frills hotel. It's cheap and you get what you pay for. We had a small room with a shared bathroom. The lobby and front desk seemed a little chaotic and disorganized, albeit friendly. When we checked in we were brought out onto the street and around the corner to another building where Hotel Luciani has more rooms. I found that a little inconvenient and annoying. However o would say the service was good and the staff were friendly.

Small room, discreet bathroom. Rowdy people and a continuous go in the hallway… there is no peace!

I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable location. Simple clean rooms and breakfast.

Awful place with tatty rooms, dreadful view and the smell of cooking constantly in the air. Everything about this hotel is budget… not recommended at all. 2 stars is generous.

The good: Value for the money. Location. The bad: Hygiene on the room. Breakfast is basic.

Well, you can't expect much for the kind of money they ask. If you travel low-cost, this is a place you should consider to stay in.

Don't trust the people there, they stole €60 when the maid came in the room for cleaning.
The rooms are small and not worth it.
The beds are uncomfortable.
The only good thing is the location cause its next to a train station and next to Italian attractions.

The worst experience I had on a trip. We arrived and practically them tapeworms which ask please that you look for help, horriblesssss rooms, everywhere, the unbearable smell, humidity was not me light and not so very me, I would not give towels but a kind of sabana who dried not clearly, not entered the suitcase in the room and had that jump it to get to the bathroom, all dirty, old, without care, HORRIBLEEEEE.
It was so bad that we prefer to lose the silver and pay another place before falling to stay there and that we ruin the trip.
Sincere recommendation, not VAYANNNNN!

Nice hotel and good people, there are luxurious but this you need for your stay in Rome.

The smell that comes from outside os terrible and the rooms are very tiny and most of the things are broken.

The only good things are: being next to the termini station and daily room cleaning is not bad. But the room falling apart, the air conditioner makes a big mess, breakfast is poor and there are a few tables so if there are so many people you have to wait.

The hotel staff is very attentive facilities are well maintained, to my I was sent to another building half a block in a very small but very clean and cozy room.
Perhaps the bad would be the staircase in the main building that has no elevator.
100% recommend I.
