Wonderful place, nearby Termini.

Nice hotel, would have given it 4 stars if they had tea and coffee in the room and better choice of breakfast. No English TV channels. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom. Staff are very friendly.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Nice room and staff were lovely!

Stayed at this hotel at the end of July. The rooms are clean and the hotel is in a great location. I just have a bad taste from our check in. I booked two rooms since there were five in my party. We scheduled transportation from the airport with the hotel it was 70 euros, but when we got to the hotel it was 80 euros. We were irritated but didn't make a big deal of it. At check-in the gentleman checking us in barely said a word or looked up from his screen. Then we were told that we would have to pay a "cash only" tax of 5 euros/person/night. What kind of tax is cash only? With the 5 of us that added 25 euros per night. Because of this cash only transaction, I knew I was being screwed because we were tourists. Disappointing how it changed my view of the hotel for my entire stay.

Hotel 100 meters from Rome bus, metro and train station. 24 hour reception, we arrived late because we delayed our flight and we had no problem. The room with a large and comfortable double bed. What would improve the room is that there is not much room to leave things, for my taste some comfortable.
The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Booked this hotel from reviews. Happy with results. Took the train to Rome any was pleasantly suprized to learn the hotel was two blocks away from the Romano Train stop and subway. Hotel is quite elegantly and clean. The hotels staff really friendly. Provided maps and pointed out the must see points of interest.

My daughter and I stayed there last week, absolutely loved it, the staff were fantastic, couldn't fault any of them at all.
Breakfast was terrific, and the service, second to none.
Although only a 5 minute walk from the termini, we were suprised at just how quiet it was, no noise from other rooms nor from outside.
The air conditioning was wonderful, just what you need when it is 33 degrees outside!
Thank you to all the staff at the Royal Court… If I return to Rome one day, … this is where I will stay… Lesley.

Convenient location. Good, clean, no frills place. Very useful for spending a night or so if using the train and good bus/train connections to both of Rome's airports.

The room was quite small. Some new rooms are located in another building in the same street. Travel required for breakfast (about 100m).

A room booked at the hotel, another on arrival quo does not match our initial choice in another Street… A tax in "cash" to give and especially not in CB. A brand umbrella left in the lobby in front of the host agent with confidence, to go breakfast in the basement and back… Stolen! It is expected that the prices of very high rooms about an equivalent range in France has an "IBIS styles" has a different type of services… Short… Disappointed… and worse. Located near the station, in a neighborhood littered with trash. That's. This is… positive: the breakfast is nice.

Hotel ideally located in relation to the different tourist places to visit. A number of better can be done on foot. No need to take Metro. … The hotel agents will be eager to sell you.
With a little courage and a little guidance you'll get out of it in Rome.
What's more, the Romans are kind and ' helpful ' when it comes to asking for directions.

Hotel conveniently located a few minutes from the central station. Tastefully decorated room, clean and spacious. Staff to listen and helpful.

A good, bed and breakfast establishment. This maybe a UK aspect but, there were no facilities in the rooms to make tea or coffee although. Having said this there was a night bar provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. Hotel is very well placed for access to the buses and trains.

Me and my partner stayed for 5 nights in the Royal Court Hotel. Absolutely lovely place which I would highly recommend to couples/families. We were offered the Annex (new building which has been updated) which we declined as we much rathered staying on site. The room is cosy, wardrobe space with safe, desk, bed. Bathroom has bath and shower facilities and big mirror. Also TV on the wall and heating/ac system. Breakfast is brilliant, hot food (bacon sausages and scrambled eggs) bread, baguettes, cereal, fresh fruit, homemade fruit tarts, croissants and pastries in various flavours, yoghurts, lots of juice options and tea/coffee — very worthwhile getting up for (6.45-10.30) Location is great, 5 minute walk from metro station so is easy to get around. We walked everywhere, Vatican City took roughly an hour sauntering and enjoying sights along the way. Local zoo took half an hour walk and was great. There are various restaurants nearby (within 5 mins) which are great to go in the evenings. There is two supermarkets nearby (5 mins left or 5 mins right walking) which have lots on offer.

Excellent small hotel, 30 minutes walk away from the main centre of Rome, with friendly staff, and a great continental style breakfast, would definitely recommend staying.

Spent a few days here as we were visiting Rome for our daughter's 21st birthday treat. Convenient location, great room, wonderful buffet breakfast and very friendly/helpful staff. Giorgia was always very helpful on reception.

Brilliant location for getting around rome and really good service from staff. Very clean and tidy. We were aware there was no restaurant on site but plenty nearby. It lacks a lounge area but that's all I can fault. Apparently there is an annex off site but we were in the main building.

Loved this Hotel, the Staff, the breakfast were all great. Smartly run. Very easy access to the rest of Roma. Our room was great for us, Always clean and fresh. Well done you Guys!

Poor quality Hotel. Small and dark delux room with basement view. Bathroom stinking of sewage. Breakfast in a tiny little room underground without even a window. Poor food with nothing fresh (not even milk). No Italian staff. Paid €114 for one night if I could give zero I would.

Great room, very modern, close to train links and only 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum.

Fastastico Place, area and all super nice.

Stayed in the hotel annex but the room was very comfortable and clean. Building had been recently renovated and right next to the station which was perfect for getting around =)

Room in their annexe is modern and good, service on arrival very good. Area is a little run down but conveniently located near the train station. Very good room cleaning service and air conditioning works!

Nice and clean hotel. Staff is excellent. 5min walk away from the Termini and close to historic places.

We were told we got a "free upgrade" to a room in their newly refurbished wing, just further down the road (closer to the main train station). However, when we got in, the room was a lot smaller than expected, begging the question of how tiny the non-upgraded room would have been. Nevertheless, the staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable, clean and indeed felt new, and of course the location is perfect if you don't want to drag your luggage too far from the main train station.

The Royal Court was a lovely authentic Italian Hotel. Modern with the old charm. The room was beautiful and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One small thing was that there was a small mini bar but a tea/coffee facility in the room would have been nice although there was 24 hour room service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff have been really accommodating and very approachable/friendly. At first we were given a room towards the back with no view. I asked if we could move to a room with a view which was granted from the following day when they had one free. The room has a mini bar/fridge and a safe, room and bathroom were very clean and the showers are very powerful which is great. It seems like a very small team, 1 gentleman and 1 lady taking it in turns on reception and one other guy called Sam I believe who showed us to our room & serves breakfast, not sure if he cooks it but he's been amazing. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk down a straight road from the North exit of Termini station — you can get a direct 30 minute train from the airport for €14 if you use the machine, if you go to the ticket booth they add a €2 charge for asking a human to do it for you… Took 25mins to walk to the Colleseum & Trevi Fountain and 30 mins to walk to The Pantheon. If you want to go for dinner there are loads of places to choose from pizzas for example have varied in price from €6 to €10.50 so not a huge difference whether main road or back Street — obviously nearer the attractions the more it will be. Lots of people warned us about pickpockets so we made sure nothing was in our back pockets and used our luggage padlock to lock our backpack we carried round — kept our money and phones in there and no problems. Have had 2 friends who were caught out previously.

Had a great stay here it's near the station not far on foot from everything and is surrounded by great restaurants.

Very nice, comfortable, clean and well furnished room with a great bathroom with good facilities. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the central station with excellent transport links all over city, and also walking distance to big attractions. Quiet yet lively local area with lots of retaurants available. Helpful staff always available.
