This hotel service is very bad, the first night double room only 1 blankets, the same double bed next door but there are two blankets, we call to ask for another blanket, the night shift waiter he said in bed, we said no, he did not believe that he ran to see, the sheets turned over to find really no, unexpectedly did not apologize. Also said to tell us to turn off the air conditioner is not cold, and then even hard to say this blanket is big enough to give two people to cover. I insisted on one more blanket, but he said there was no extra. @@。 The second night, I wash my hair to use a hairdryer, hair dryer unexpectedly broken, call to ask if there is no spare, he actually said there is no spare, let me all night wet hair headache sleep, the whole restaurant to what nothing, no blanket, no hair dryer, service attitude is very poor, room card is difficult to lock, also difficult to open. It's really the worst device I've ever spent in my life, and the service is the worst!

The hotel was great, for the most part. The service was good, the breakfast was good. It was relatively easy to find, if you walk straight down via Marghera from Termeni, then turn left at the first street, the hotel is directly down that. Summer may be the best time to visit Italy, but it isn't the best time to visit Hotel Giorgi. It is impossible to figure out the air conditioner, despite the fact that you can call the front desk for help. For the most part though it is a great hotel with good service.

Absolutely horrible, the photos do no justice to how small and run down the rooms are. Everything was dilapidated and there was black mold in the bathrooms that literally took my breath away. Breakfast spread is megre and you can't even toast bread and the fruit was rotten… they moved us 3 rooms in 3 nights and every room was run down… pricing was a bit more than the surrounding hotels which I am confident actually provide what they advertise. If you hate someone or hope they have an astma attack and die, book them a room here.

Located in a building in very poor condition, small rooms, breakfast, broken hairdryer, bad conditioning.

Excellent value for money Also the location close to Termini station is a big point in favor. For the rest room clean, friendly staff and honest breakfast.

A rather squalid hotel. It's not exactly the same as the 3 stars. The money is disproportionate. Better choose something else.
At first there were problems with a shower: it poured water anywhere, except where it is necessary. Changed watering, it became even worse: there was a TLD option-very hot and very cold water. Wash became very difficult.
The room was clean and the bed was very clean. In the bathroom the floor was washed only after saying that it was not washed and it should be done.
One of the Resepshionistok in English speaks only the basic words and does not understand anything.
One day the electricity was cut in the room. They told me they'd call somewhere. On a question, and how to charge a phone, have shrugged shoulders.
The fridge in the room works very poorly. Consider it an additional bedside table.
The area is also so-so-station, homeless, next to the same too periodically homeless.
One good thing-Wi-Fi works well, and on reception on weekdays in the morning works Ukrainian guy speaking Russian.

We had gotten a room with hotel georgi as the original hotel we had already booked was over capacity so turned us away at the door due to incompetence on the part of last minute and expedia. We arrived at the hotel late at night and there was someone at the reception. We were in the suite room, it looked really outdated and worn but was otherwise clean. The mattress was firm and the sheets okay, but nothing special. The bath had some weird marks in it that we originally thought was dirt, but turned out to be some light damage. The staff were mostly friendly but some did not speak very good english so bare that in mind if staying. I would not stay again but it was an okay fix to an otherwise nightmarish situation.

We had a great time, cozy, clean, good location.

100 meters from Rome Termini Station Cheap hotel I was there one night. Smell of paint hallucinating. Dust and dirt everywhere.
Breakfast.

We stayed in May 2017.
Strong Points: Quiet area, comfortable bed. Very close to the train station/bus/car rental. Good breakfast buffet.
Low Points: Air Conditioning not very functional, but the nights were very cool, the evening clerk at the reception did not speak English, so difficult to release if we had a concern or question. Faded decoration. The Wi-Fi has to pay, 5 euro.

It is near to termini station and very clean with nicely decorated.

Excellent Location… Room is comfortable… Everything is Clean… Price is Also Reasonable.

Rome tourist tax is the highest Fyi, but this hotel is very worn out and tired, the part I hate that it is dusty, but location. Fabulous, do note there are almost 90% hotel around this hotel and some are from same owner. Cheers!

My worst experience in a hotel. Check in was bad. I booked another hotel but got redirect to this apartment. The lift was small and sometimes not working. The room is old. They provide kettle but when I try go boil with the kettle after 1 minute, there will be trip switch, everything goes dark and u need to find the main switch and turn it on again. Worst of all, there's no water supply during my stay for two nights. The staff did ntg to help. I didn't blame them for no water supply but at least they should provide a water bottle or smtg but NO!. I asked when the water recover on the first night they said tml morning, next morning I asked again they said two hours, night time I asked they said 30 minutes, until the last day I check out, it has still no water!

It was nice and relaxing place really enjoyed and the staff where great.

Friendly staff, but we and others guests had trouble with the shower and airco. You have to pay extra to use the Wi-Fi.

Great location, under 5 minute walk to the train station, close to bars, restaurants and Metro. Our double room was average; a king bed, wardrobe with safe and small table and chairs. Bathroom was large but shower had little pressure and toilet was coming away from the floor. We also had troubled with the door lock; our room card never worked (we effectively had a doorman, thank goodness it's manned 24hrs! ) and one morning our door wouldn't even lock! Despite this the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet place also suitable for families.

I hope we don't have to have the same attitude in hotel guests who, unfortunately, had working relationships with them.
I don't think about accommodation in this hotel, when leaving the room, invent lies or excuses not to pay.
Bales, apologies, rude behavior and pretentious were for months on end, the answer for a job done to, online time, visible to the entire globe, but never paid.
I would strongly advise people not to approach to people, running a hotel, they should make you feel "at home" …

Total mess we have done work for and with various excuses questioned everything and do not want to honour the commitments … This is the land of Italy smart … last of the tall stories said they had sold the hotel instead we found that so its not … I don't understand those who work and do not respect the work of others as claim that Italy change if this is the entrepreneurial class.? If there is anything that is not according to your expectations really, talk about it and if you get off the phone and tell tall stories other intentions … B work.

If you will pay the bill upon arrival be sure that you will keep the receipt until the check out! If you would not, probably they will ask you to pay again!
Also, they don't accept the voucher which send to you after the booking and of course they ask for you to pay upon departure for the "free breakfast " they gave you as a special offer when you booked.
Good location, value for money. But the staff have to try harder!

Good location, very clean, no problems. We stayed there for 9 nights. Just a 5 min walk to the train station. Plenty of great restaurants nearby.

The rooms could definitely be better, they are Okay but the staff are very warm, caring and friendly. It looked and felt as though it was run by a small and closely knit family. The main reason I choose this hotel is because it was just about 5 minutes walk from the ROMA termini station i. E the Rome Train station. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby wherein one can try everything from Calzone to the scrumptious pizzas straight from the heart of ROME. Also, the ROME Republica is about 1-1.5 kms only from here and the cab drive from the Vatican to the Hotel took me just about 15 minutes. The morning breakfast is fine, simple and yet quite suffice. The Wi-Fi facility in the hotel is Excellent and the overall experience was good. Be Well Ananth V.

Hotel location (common very close metro bus train transport) — clean, quiet, and breakfast — value ok.

Rest period from January 11 to January 15, 2015 Flew from Biblio, TRANSAERO airlines delayed two hours because of heavy snowfall in Moscow. The normal flight airfares half-empty. In Rome + 16 is great. About the hotel: its 3 stars pulls. Amenities: TV, safe, air conditioning, bad-no Russian channels. Purely normal, bed furniture, large and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Convenient location, 5 minutes from Termini station (Metro station). Walking to the Coliseum. Several cafes. We with the husband really enjoyed it. We are in Rome for the second time. Rome is the city in which you can return again and again. Around the pleasant experiences.

Staff were nice and friendly, and it was close to the train. Rooms were awful, dated with wall paper falling off and bathroom wall had lots of mold growing on the wall and ceiling and smelt moldy. There was also no heating and it was winter.

Very close to the Termini train and metro station, includes a nice breakfast.

Lacks only the free Wi — Fi.

The hotel is excellent. Advantages: location — close to Termini station, metro and bus stops store SPAR. Near some nice restaurants. Room with a balcony, safe, Hairdryer, refrigerator and large bathroom. The location and the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast is not very rich and delicious pastries. Staff is English — speaking, very friendly. The hotel has a Luggage storage for late check-out. Nuances ('t call that a disability) : 2 sockets in the room and both in hard to reach places — in the bathrooms and under the table.
