Great place to stay! Perfect location, you can walk straight into the city and the host is super friendly. Contacted me before I arrived and it wasnt a problem to be earlier then expected. If I go back to Rome I will book this place again for sure.

I stayed at A Roman Tale B&B in mid-July 2017, and for my needs it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, partly because it is small (there are only five rooms I think), so you're not disturbed by people coming and going all night, and partly because it is on the fifth floor of a 19th Century building so the noise of the traffic is far below you (and yes, there's a lift). Note, too, that it is in the centre of Rome, and just five minutes walk from Stazione Termini (the main station in Rome). If you're arriving from Fiumicino Airport, the superfast and incredibly reliable Leonardo Express will bring you into this station, so the hotel's location is ideal. My room was clean and spacious enough for my needs. It had a balcony, a/c, an en-suite bathroom (that was very nice) and a very comfortable double bed. Breakfast is between 8am and 9:30am and consisted of a sweet or savoury option. And the price of the room was excellent. The best thing about the hotel, though, is its owner, Valerio. He is incredibly kind and helpful and is always willing to help out with tricky things like finding a way to get from A to B when there is a public transport strike. I used to live in Rome some years ago and am no stranger to the city, but on at least two occasions, his help and advice were invaluable. Note, though, that whilst he is friendly, he is not at all intrusive and won't even enter your room during your stay unless you ask him to (e. G. To change the towels).

Good place, fully renovated apartment, but breakfast is quite small and always the same. Close to the railway station.

A perfect place for a single or couple, hosted by a very nice and friendly guy, who shares ideas of the best places to visit and to eat delicious italian food! Close to Termini station, wchich is a center of public communication in Rome.

A Roman Tale B&B is near termini Station, so it is very easy to visit nearby Rome. The room in the accommodation is very cozy, the bathroom is clean, and the veranda is nice. Every morning breakfast was excellent, and the president's kindness was better than anything else. If I come back to Rome again, I will be here again.

Best! Valerio is exceptional! The location is very convenient less than 5 minutes from Termini. The neighborhood is quiet. The rooms are spacious, bright, welcoming and equipped with all comforts. It is a house to which I always return very willingly.

Lovely, clean and new b&b a stone's throw from Termini station, in a very quiet area. Valerio is attentive to the smallest details. He made me find a super sweet and salty gluten free breakfast. It was a pleasure to stay here.
