Reviews of Sheraton Rome Parco de Medici 4*
The Hotel has nice reception and very nice rooms and nice food as well.
A wedding in a unique location. Elegant and with the staff that has fulfilled our every request in the best way despite the period. I recommend it to all those who want to live their dream as they wish. Thank you and you will be unforgettable in all these years you have encouraged us not to give up and finally get to our day.
Reliable staff, good food, clean rooms, a bit far from public transport!
The worst ever! Dilapidated structure.
THE WORST!
The experience has been very bad and therefore it becomes difficult to make positive reports. It is correct, however, to report the kindness of the receptionist Chiara who, managed to keep calm, despite my bad mood.
I continue the negative review here, because I can't get everything in the box of things I didn't like:
One of my colleagues was assigned a King Superior Room room that Superior had nothing! At the entrance you are greeted by a tremendous stench of sewer. The room was an attic and Italian law would consider it "non-habitable".
I'm going to give you the video of the drinking water coming out of the tap. Most of the time, though, the water wasn't there, so it was impossible to shower (even with dirty water)
Toilet loses water and bathroom floor was constantly wet
This room was also forgotten and was not redone (it was not cleaned, the bed was rearmed, wipes changed, …)
What didn't like · Bad experience! I travel often for work, but a situation of degradation (of course we are talking about a 4 star) had not happened to me. I try to sum up all the things that are wrong, but there really are countless of them.
— Breakfast: very dear and not up to scratch. I'm up with the buffet photo. There were only 2 waiters in the buffet to serve all the crowds of people who, neatly, waited in line for half an hour.
Amazing Place, Awesome experience, Awesome foods, Awesome services, Awesome staffs and Nice View.
To try absolutely.
Very helpful staff and great amenities!
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Rome!
Excellent spot. Clean. Friendly.
A great hotel on the outskirts of Rome. Very accessible to city centre via hotel coach. Staff friendly and always ready to assist.
The staff were super friendly and nice… cheers to u guyzz…
I got here front desk Camila (I hope I didn’t spell wrong) gave me very warm welcome. The building is beautiful and very quiet. I got upgrade my room, room is not too big but very comfortable, and also has tub! I had dinner in the lobby bar, food is okay, service is good. I will recommend this hotel.
We stayed in this "wannabe luxury " hotel due to a conference we had to attend. Everything was a nightmare. Poor rooms, full of mosquitos, widows are blocked, noisy continuously as it is a transit hotel, are just a few reasons to walk away. Breakfast was poor, all food was cold and without a taste, coffee was miserable. On top of this, some participants at the conference were robbed, one of them in the lobby of the hotel and others in their room (laptop, money, etc). Internet is working and it costs like in 90's (7€/ day not working and 14€/ day acceptable traffic.
Worst place I have ever stayed. Used coffee cup not removed for 4 days, staff unfriendly, shuttle service very poor. Will not recommend to anybody!
This hotel has easily the worst food we’ve had in Italy, and also the most expensive. We arrived late in the evening and therefore were starving, paid 80€ total but did not touch half the food we ordered… it was that bad! There is no good reason to stay at this hotel. Book something closer to the city center and enjoy a nice evening and meal. Not only will this probably be cheaper but also a much more enjoyable experience.
Rooms are nice, quiet and clean. Beds are comfy. Had lunch at the bar/restaurant, was a bit disappointed with the food. I tried the seafood pasta and it was not what I expected at all. However this staff named Isabella turned the experience 180 degrees. She was so cheerful and friendly and nice, greeting everybody and really looking after the guests well. Her positivity and good energy made me forget about my disappointment with the food. I commend her for giving a really good customer experience! This was in Sheraton Golf 3 by the way.
Clean and spacious room. The pizza in the restaurant was on point. Delicious! Great location, not far from the airport and not far from downtown.
I am allergic to certain spices. I was at a course FCA at lunch. I asked if both in the first and in the second, c'I had chilli and pepper, the person who was serving and said no on one of the two first then I'll take l'another, another waitress very friendly (I didn't ask the name) blocked me with the plate saying "I asked the chef c'is pepper I'll prepare another first" congratulations, maybe all so … you saved me the life. However, you eat very well, my compliments to the chef that my colleagues in the cavateli with the pumpkin flowers were special.
I am from today 7 June until June 9 guest of the Sheraton Park of the Medici 2. I am here for the Congress of the Elderly and retired Federation of the ACLI, for the election of the National Committee. Ottoma the Accomodeza as well as the service. The room is satisfactory. Bouno the restaurant.
Courteous, polite, helpful staff. Great rooms. Great amenities. Good location, mid way between Fiumicino Rome Airport & ROME city center. Offer shuttle to Metro station, Euro2 Mall & city centre.
Despite the staff being highly skilled and professional, the cleanliness of the rooms very cared for, the breakfast is the worst I have ever done.
Being the hotel isolated from other accommodation, as well as proposing an unworthy breakfast, the bar, which is also very expensive without the hassle, will be closed until 10.30 or at 11.00 because the staff is employed in the room. You certainly won't start the day in the best way. I recommend other accommodation facilities that ensure you live up to the standards you pay for.
The room wasn't ready even if we arrived later than supposed. It's not what you expect from a 4-star hotel. No kettle, only one set of towels (room booked for 2 people), bathroom in a very bad condition, different lamps above the bed, broken phone, rooms in light colour but very dark in fact, tasty but only typical Italian breakfast, no other variety of food (no begetables, not too much healthy food), freezeing additional money on your card without information about it in the offer, swimming pool closed, gym quite poor. And really far away from city centre and even metro station. Shuttle quite late and not too often. Generally the hotel was the worst thing we saw in Rome. Not recommended.
Nice hotel far away from the city center. There is shuttles to the city but the last one back to the hotel leaves at 22:15… The room nice but it a bit weird to take a shower when one of the room walls is actually a window… The breakfast is a bit pure. Can expect for more… The staff are nice and helpful. There is a pool, computers center, parking etc.
The room was fine… The shuttle from the city center in Rome to the hotel was confusing. If you use the address on the paper it sends you to the wrong place. If you call and ask the front desk they will say "directly in front of hotel 47" but when you get to hotel 47 you learn it's actually across the busy street from hotel 47 and it'll probably be late. Also the papers in the room say breakfast starts at 6AM but they don't open until 6:30am and if you ask to grab something quickly before that (because you need to leave by 6:30), like a croissant or muffin or something, they will say no… So inconvenient!
Gigantic structure or it is better to call it dispersive. Three Plessi from a few thousand rooms modernly furnished. Attached golf course, swimming pools and all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay in the best way. Breakfast varied and tasty.
Hotel, building 2 has become dated. Room is large but floors seem dirty. It's very economical. Restaurant is nice with good choice of food. Can be difficult to find and get in and out.
The reception desk staffs are really kind. Room cleaning is find, room size is ok as well as a bathroom. You can take a shuttle to the city centre or to the mall which is very convenient. The staff who brought me a bottle of water to the room looked angry. Other than that I like here.
Good hotel, decent service. There is a shuttle to the city and airport. There is a golf club.
Well: RECEPTION, the staff is very kind, prepared and attentive/breakfast varied, rich, good, both the Italian dessert and the international salty/inland movements have a free shuttle h24 that in a few minutes moves customers from a structure To the other/silence being out of the center, does not even seem to stand in Rome bad: rooms for those who have the misfortune to happen at the building 2, find an old room, with very old TV that are struggling even to light, baths with rust, no shower but bathtub with Tent (! ), for what it costs is unacceptable, it is not a room from €80 let's keep it well in mind/Wi-fi same speech, unacceptable that at this price and in 2018 the Wi-Fi is Payment! €11 a night! I have not happened for years now to find the Wi-Fi at a fee/orientation before arriving do not communicate in which building you will be, so on arrival the taxi driver is disoriented, you have to go down to ask and get back in the cab… a mail would be enough: you will stay at Building 1/2/3…
Tip: If you dine at the hotel, avoid the restaurant; At the bar you will find great burgers and sandwiches and with €60 in two you'll be fine, a price crazy but less and cheaper than in restaurant.
Nice hotel. Maintenance sometimes leaves to be desired. Distant from the centre. Near the hotel you will find the cinema with a pub and some local to eat.
Nice Place. I ' ts Far from the Rome Center. Near the hotel there's a cinema center, Whit pub and restourant.
Desk and bar staff were lovely, the rooms were a little tired and could have benefited from a really good spring clean. I stayed here for a business trip and although the hotel has a restaurant there is no other choice within a reasonable walking distance. The prices were on a par with the Rome Marriott Park Hotel where the rest of our party stayed and which I visited during my stay. Here the rooms were much better and the restaurant was much better with a better menu. To be honest there is nothing wrong with the Sheraton but I would not stay there again by choice. One other point I managed to leave my Kindle reader behind at the hotel but needless to say when I phoned up to ask if it had been found I got a very swift “NO” without even a short perfunctory investigation.
The hotel is in an easily accessible location. I was there for a fair and I must say it was very well organized. Spacious and tasteful environments. The Sheraton is a guarantee.
Hotel that confirms all that good offers the Sheraton chain. In fact it is about 3 hotels that are all located within 1 km. Sheraton Golf 1, Sheraton Golf 2 and Sheraton Golf 3. Maybe this can be confusing. Nice gym and very nice park with the charm of the golf course. Breakfast very good and with a wide choice between sweet and savory.
Great clean rooms and everything, but in general a bit disappointing. I expected more from a Sheraton Brand Hotel.
Visited to attend a convention. Very nice Location immersed in a park of olive trees and bordering on a magnificent golf course. Good restaurant too.
Wrong room given, someone nearly walked in while I was sleeping, TV doesn’t work and can’t get a decent cup of coffee. : (
The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. From welcoming with a smile to helping with any kind of necessity, even any sort of information, highly informational and willing to help staff. My stay was a good one. Thank you for the service and I look forward to my next visit.
Beautiful experience from the point of life of welcome sin for the absence or malfunction of some services. The use of the PC on the plane — 1 to print did not work. Absence of having in the room a hot water thermos since in the night the bar after a certain time did not give any more the possibility of having hot water. I add to Malin Heart for the rest of the staff who was great the presence of a blonde lady (reported to Ceck-out) in the breakfast room with lack of polite ways, zero desire to work, hurry to do not know what so much that decided D take off my plate before I still had to stop eating without asking.
The customer is treated with patches in the face. After booking online I am informed of the breakfast hours of the next day. At the presentation the maitre d ' Sala makes me edotta that my name is not included among those for breakfast. I say without observing anything else, then I just take a coffee. I am followed in the room and observed until the end of the coffee. I felt like a thief. Thank you Sheraton you will never see me again!
Stayed from 14.02.2018 to 17.02.2018 in issue 2401. This room is separated from the adjoining interior door. Very high. You will hear everything your neighbors do. The bathroom is in a deplorable state. The water from the shower flows from anywhere, but not from those holes from where it should flow:)
The room was very comfortable.
Of the pros, this is the territory. She's huge, beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located. To the center 30 min.
to the airport 15 min.
A shopping centre is 10-15 minutes ' drive away.
Superb staff and restaurant, an OK pool and rooms. Near the airport but a long way from the centre of the city.
Sheraton!? Horrible experience I would not recommend it to anyone! We were supposed to stay at 2 and instead they moved us to 3 as everything was fully booked. … we took a superior with so much prepay but it was worth it! Just to start the air made so much noise and did not heat up, discharge of the bathroom made noise!, bathtub leaked water… but the craziest thing was the dirty room! Very dirty that my shoes were finished under the bed and when I pulled them out they were full of dust… honestly it looked like one of those motel rooms. … ah forgot we walked into the room that there was not even a towel and when we asked them at the front desk he said they were paying! hahaha but we realize? We escaped! Because the room was uninhabitable! We had to leave at 3.30 at night with all the tiredness and sleep we had to put on the trip x home. Ah last thing when we left the receptionist did not care about the slightest because we were leaving at that hour but she only cared to ask if we had already paid for everything! And he didn't give us a receipt and made us sign the check out! … and this would be the wonderful Sheraton? Never more utterly disappointed before and last time.
Waste of one star. The hotel staff and Managment ruin it for the stay. Overpriced and taken advantage of.
Very comfortable, I really liked the cell phone service with Internet that you can get out of. Hotel.
Great hotel, very clean. Great breakfast but dinner with nothing special menu but with expensive prices.
A Sheraton that not from the free Wi-Fi but for a fee, like the free water bottle but at a charge at €5, 00 is to end they don't even give the slippers. Let's not talk about the drinks at the bar. I understand that here we are high in range but I think there is a limit to all the TV does not work.
Very clean room, some more maintenance would not hurt, in fact I had to request technical intervention. Quick in solving the little inconvenience so Ok. Restaurant service A little ' aseptic, menu nothing special, wine to the height. Coffee break a bit ' skinny, but probably due to agreements with organization, but the coffee machines… At least use level waffles. Thank you.
Could you call it experience? I do not think, first should be warned with all the charges you can have when you enter or leave when you stay, we were not warned that we had to pay an interest rate to visit Rome until we left the hotel. The prices are in the clouds or in the center of Rome has been so expensive. I do not understand why they let you open the windows, it is impossible to open them as they remove the handles to open, I felt totally locked. There are several buildings and we were parted in 2 different buildings, those things are not to give a good service.
A very nice hotel (marble everywhere) whatever a bit ' dated ' in, a few dusts here and there.
The room was very spacious, the staff is intent and speaks several languages including French. I had a hard time finding the hotel as far enough from the city center of Rome, but I called the hotel and they sent a minibus to pick me up where I was for free (and quickly).
The Wi-Fi is paid in the room (quite expensive) but free in the lobby, breakfast paid there again (expensive) but very good and copious (American breakfast among other). To visit Rome, there is a shuttle (€5 round trip) that picks you up from the hotel and places you in the city centre (several times a day, ask the reception for the timetable).
The hotel is close to the Medici park, so very quiet and it changes from the hell of the city center of Rome.
Four, five stars out of five.
Great hotel, spacious and well appointed rooms with all amenities. A little bit of cleaning the bathroom during the stay. The breakfast is very good and the food is very nice. Free connection to and from "il Village" with restaurants, cinemas and shops, but very far from the centre of Rome.
Great breakfast Buffet Good quality food in general and courtesy and helpfulness in the room, less at the bar, where I found less attention and slow service. I reported a stain of grease found at my bar table: They gave me the paper napkins because I cleaned it. Not all the small comforts in the rooms (no teeth cleaning kit, no slippers, no bathrobe). In General Nice environment, cozy and clean.
This hotel is worth only two stars maximum poorly located too far from Rome, public transport difficult to access 1h30 to reach the center of Rome…
soundproofed rooms poor breakfast, lunch, dinner… mediocre like the rest if I had had more information about this hotel I would never have come the rooms are not of the standing of a Sheraton… dirty bathroom joints, water damage on The door and I pass…
A council do not go even for a conference 165euro at night you will surely find much better elsewhere.
Away from the center. Good facilities in correct facilities.
-food was never cooked well. (Rare beef burger!? ) -forgot room service. -when we did get housekeeping there was plenty of hair left in bathtub. -pool was closed. -far from all except a tiny shopping center. Front desk girls where awesome with the help they could provide. Shuttle to downtown was good when you understood the pick up point :) Maybe golf is good?
I could not see anything that the facility makes available. But they were two days full of kindness and great services made available. A wonderful location for an activity organized by my very interesting and participatory company. Thank you.
I have been at Sheraton Golf building n° 1 (there are 3 differenti buildings). It is located close a small shopping mall with restaurants and cinema. The room was very large and the breakfast was great!
Good hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is good. It's a little outside Rome, about 20mins or more to get to the centre. Wi-Fi is not free, I think it should be in this day and age.
Nice Hotel Although the rooms are a bit dated. A hand of color would not be bad.
We stayed at the hotel for three nights. All the shortcomings the hotel has were outweighed by the incredible service we received from Claudia, one of the receptionists. She went beyond any one at a hotel that large goes. Any request or question or even a personal favor we asked from her, she responded graciously and went far and beyond her duties to fulfill the requests. Thank you Claudia.
Didn't like the area. Far from everything and very hard to find in the first place. Not many choices for breakfast let alone for vegetarians and/or vegans! A lot of sweets and package cakes! Not for health conscious anyway!
Well netoyées rooms, efficient service and hospitable.
Hotel is located outside of Rome. Take 20-30 minutes by car. Taxi cost 30-35 euro. Suttle bus doesn't run every hour. No public transportation nearby. No restaurants or shops nearby. Hotel itself is good.
Cleaning. Kindness. Professionalism. Courtesy. Fresh Produce. Great breakfast. Tropoo cold but in the rooms and Impossibikta to open the windows without the staff have created me some difficulties.
Elegant, sufficiently cozy but unclear the dislocation of the various structures. It needs a more discreet area. Beautiful frame.
Modern and clean rooms. Pool was not open. Looked nice. Restaurants not good and not good value. There is a shuttle bus that runs on a schedule to the city centre. Bus is good value 3 to 8 euro depending on destination. Shuttle is on a limited frequency. It's about 35 euro to the city from here in a taxi. Wi-Fi in the rooms are poor. Gold members are limited to two connections which is generally not expected at this level. Staff is very nice. Not tea or coffee in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee if call to house services. We called… It did not arrive. Will probably stay here only on layover or business. Not for vacation.
Perfect location (10 minutes walking distance from golf course, 30 minutes bus-ride to the center of Rome). Very good service with Sheraton-bus-transportation to Rome (and airport) severel times per day. Good variation of breakfast, allowing one to make a healty choise, delicious fresch and dryed fruits. Dinner and beverage good, but quite expensive. Very service minded staff (however some of the staff behind the reception desk might need to ease up a bit). Hotel room standard (unable to open up window (? ), no balcony). There was no bureau, which is common in other hotels. Wi-fi not included (! ). Functioning poorly in the common areas (free of charge), but needed to buy Wi-Fi for room. That is very old fashioned, 11 euro per day is crazy. This should be included in the price. Make it easy on your guests (instead of the opposite). Very happy with golf course. Beautiful layout, but strange and hard bunkers with too little sand. Golf restaurang very good (Sunday lunch buffé excellent), polite and service minded staff, both in restaurant and reception. Easy to find additional playing times. Trollies old and expensive to rent. Would have loved if the opening hours of the golf restaurant were extended into the evening, allowing us to have also dinner. Nicer atmosphere than hotel. Very happy to have been playing in the same ball as two of the members. We felt very welcomed and had a very good time (bringing with me happy and warm memories back home).
Staff were very helpful and always positive. Excellent breakfast and dinners. Easy to get to and from Rome with Sheraton buss!
However, what's with the brutal Wifi hook up and policy? You want to charge 11 Euros for internet for 24hrs for hotel area and room. That is nuts! The free Wi-Fi for common areas was sporadic at best.
Never been to a hotel where a charge was asked for! It is 2017.
The 10 min walk from Hotel 2 to the golf course is very nice. Golf restaraunt was excelle…nt. Helpful staff, Italien buffe each day was great and Sunday lunch very nice!
The golf pull carts are two wheelers! extremely old and the charge is 8 euros! Golf guests must be able to pay for a rental pull cart for a week in advance! What is the problem there? Very old fashioned that it is not possible to do that.
White/Blue golf crse is an excellent layout.
Bunkers have not the same surface to play from. Some are rockhard and some have decent sand. There are many huge bunkers but some only have one rake?! For example Nr9 Blue is huge, one rake! This slows down play unneccessarily.
Members do not repair their ball marks on the greens. Nr6 Blue (Par 3) has dozens of holes from old ball marks! Most of these are surely from members. Too bad that good greens are damaged. A suggestion here would be to encourage players to follow golf etiket and to repair at least two extra ballmarks per round. A reminder sign on tee 1 and 9 perhaps. This would help.
Parking fee Although one has booked the room and paid handsomely the rent, but the worst thing that does not warn that the car for the payment does not work and after becoming a fish in the rain you have to do 40 minutes in a row at the checkout with The other guests in the room to pay for the parking ticket. The most absurd thing that in one of my stays happened to have the crates closed with the motivation that no pavilion there were no other guests and so in case of problems you have to ask the security officer. A great place but it has sometimes run a bit bad!
Very nice! The most comfortable bed this trip. My luggage was damaged in transit and the assisted me in making the repairs. Great service!
I've had experience as a Conference Centre. Is well equipped hotel with many rooms, but this wine is not globally at the highest level that the mark would suggest (finishes, location, aesthetics)
Breakfast had plenty of variety and staff were very friendly. Available Shuttle to the city and back was the best.
Worst for conferences, No shuttles buses, Expensive food, 4 hours check in, Middle of nowhere.
We were at the Sheraton on the occasion of the WorldMUN organized by Harvard. Apart from the fact that the hotel is quite eccentric Center City of Rome (at least 40 minutes by public transport), the service is okay but nothing more. The prices at the bar are expensive: starting € 5 for a bottle of one liter or 3, € 5 for a bottle of 0 5cl. If the place seems ideal for Congress (note here close to Fiumicino airport), it is however not for visitors to the beautiful city of Rome.
Check-In: •Waited 2Hours •Had no free rooms, wanted us to move into Holiday Inn without any compensation •After discussing the entire evening they remembered to have an inferior room left. Stay: •Staff is incapable of doing the most simple tasks. •They always refer to their superiors, the superiors refer again to their superiors. •They are not polite at all. Room: •Wasn't bad, but nearly everything was dirty •No one in the Hotel felt responsible Location: •The Hotel is in the middle of nowhere •It is not Rome (very far) and you feel like in America there and in the surrounding villages •Forget playing golf there! Refund: •As the stay was an entire catastrophe we wanted refund and just to leave •we talked to 10Staff members and than to the administration office. Afterwards with the manager. We got our refund, but only by being persistend as hell. Leaving: After the most horrible stay in my entire life, we hoped to just move into our new Hotel (cheaper, more central, and really nice (in retroperspective) ). The staff of Sheraton assured us that the shuttle will pass to get us at building three and bring us to the city center. We saw the shuttle leaving from 2 and not coming to building three. It was half empty. The staff told us that it was full and we had to arrange our own departure. We waited 1 hour for the shuttle and then it did not even arrive! After all: They still owe me 175€ which they said will be on my account seconds after check out. It isn't there yet.
This is a large integrated construction, recent building, room large and stylish bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. Because the problem of distance, every time a holiday visit to Rome, didn't have a place to rest your feet, but in journey's end, the car soon to the airport. Nearby is a Golf course.
The Sheraton Golf is a hotel surrounded by green golf courses (hence the name), a short distance from the highway linking Rome to Fiumicino airport.
Is situated next to a shopping complex where a Warner Village cinema chain, and not far away is the second building from Sheraton Golf Hotel (called Sheraton 2).
Continuing along the highway, you reach quickly in the heart of Eur, where is located the historic Sheraton Hotel, not to be confused with the Sheraton Golf.
The latter often hosts conferences and companies, even for large rooms and spaces treated that distinguish it.
Cured is also the catering; the parking is free of charge, while a short distance away there is a public car park (not guarded)
Recommended.
Parco de medici 2: hotel with excellent value for money especially here in Rome
Clean and relatively spacious
Restaurant with a limited menu but good food and taken care of
A little slow on service but more than acceptable.
Most chaotic place. Staff does not understand anything.
The worst breakfast. Stale and cold meals. Pathetic service. Even a 2 start doest it better. Staff is very Un cooperative.
We will not go the internet in the lobby (free of charge) and no extra charges for internet in the room.
The room was great. Wonderful location.
Stay at a Conference for which I was rapporteur.
6033 room, in the "villas".
The hotel, 4 stars, is rather long in the tooth structure, both in the main building, both in the rooms (at least the one I stayed I and some of my colleagues).
Excellent cleaning.
Very quiet room and comfy bed.
Staff very attentive and helpful.
Food varied and good, both breakfast, lunch buffet (at dinner we were at the Club House of the Golf, a short walk from the hotel).
On paid Wi-Fi in the room, in 2015, is inconceivable.
Maintenance of the room really leaves much to be desired.
In the room where I was staying, as you can see from the photos, I had some problems.
— wc with unloading always working: immediately reported to reception and equally immediately fixed
— some lights not working (and a toggle button missing)
— neon unwatchable in the bathroom
— Color TV CRT, anni ' 80
— the door window overlooking the golf course was blocked
— the handle of the room didn't work, but working
I mean, aside from maintenance, worthy of a two-star Tunisian Hotel good and suitable for business trips or for conferences.
Would not return for a leisure trip.
When you book this hotel they will give you the promise of a luxurious golf hotel in Rome. Unfortunately it is not. First the good things: rooms are nice and clean and the inside of the building looks decent. Then the bad: the location is nowhere near the centre of Rome. More important; when I picture myself a golf and business hotel in Italy I see a different picture then busloads of noisy, Asian families occupying corridors and elevators. I think this hotel really needs to rethink what their target customers should be and what those people want.
The phone hours 18 nobody answers!
Bunehotel magnificent facilities, spacious, clean, treatment excellent.
I wanted to know if you were looking for a sous chef io mi chiamo alessandro just got out of school I have 22 years with haccp certificate.
Really pleased with the experience. Stayed on points (great value at 7k SPG points per night) and enjoyed the connecting room and living room area for my family. We stayed there for a night before flying out of the airport. Great stopping over point of you have a car. It is not walkable to anything and not conveniently drivable to much. The rooms were clean; front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Internet is free with Starwood gold or Boingo account. Parking is ample and free. The night we stayed there there was a performed in the courtyard. We were trying to sleep early for and early AM flight so it was very disruptive till they let off at 11pm. Also, they didn't call is for a scheduled wake up call. We have other alarms set but if we had counted on the hotel wake up call we would have been in trouble.
If you eat Italian food I'm batman except another meal that I can not mention.
The flagship with regard to golf in Central Italy. Art facility well cared for. The obsessive attention for even the most minor details.
Dinner in the hotel after a Conference, there were about 200 people, the place is very nice and spacious, decent service, a first, a second and a sweet, 45euro per person. A bit pricey I would say, not even at the Excelsior we paid as well.
Service during dinner too rushed, it seems almost as if they were in a hurry to send us all away.
the reason that led me to write this review was when dinner was over we had to pay 10 euros for parking. You got it to have dinner in that restaurant (and thus pay the dinner) you must also pay 10 euros to Park, something SCANDALOUS to say the least, people angry and indignant. Surely we're not going to do multiple congresses at that location.
Rooms are awesome, Internet slow, bad connection to downtown if you don't have your own car.

RespondAfter staying here 7 or 9 times in the past year, the Sheraton Golf had become my favorite hotel outside of Rome. The beds are wonderful, the staff is efficient, friendly, and mulit-lingual, and they have a very convenient free shuttle into downtown Rome.

I had a great customer service from the front desk. Front desk employee, Chiara Gigante was very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get snacks to my son who was in quarantine at another Sheraton building on site. She was responsive and always asked if there is anything more she could do. The front desk is typically very busy and yet I noticed that Chiara always treated guests checking in with warmth and a smile. She is very professional and very empathetic. I am hoping this message is received by her supervisor. I highly recommend this hotel to others because of Chiara and the other employees who made my 3 day stay enjoyable.
