Review of Warmthotel 4*

Disappointing. Doesn't worth it. You don't feel welcomed here, you should change the name to Coldhotel. We've just visited the hotel, 2 couples, we booked an apartment after I personally discussed with the staff twice. They assured me we will receive in the apartment 2 separate bedrooms that does not communicate (meaning you don't have to pass through a room to get to the next one). Well, we received a different thing, it was an entrance room practically and from that room you could get in the bedroom. When I asked for explanations, initially they didn't want to admit and after that they offered to replace it with 2 double rooms. I agreed but the problem is they also requested 20 euros for the upgrade which wasn't fair cause the mistake was not from my side and they wanted the money right away, called in the room at 3-4 minutes after we moved the luggage (I wouldn't call that very pleasant). Anyway, we paid those money and the next day we had another surprise at checkout, the new guys that came to replace the other persons at the receptions requested the money again. We insisted we paid them in cash and they didn't give us an invoice. He said ok after trying few times… but then he started to request for the city tax which pissed me off completely since we paid that the first time with the credit card before the upgrade… What system do you use guys? How is that even possible, are you in the 10th century and don't know how to use a computer? I must also emphasize that for all of these we didn't receive any apologize. Will never get back there and I didn't give a star just because the 1st lady helped us with the upgrade… Be aware!
