Cozy, quiet and modern room with very good service. The balconies are huge. Location is perfect as it's not too touristy, but still very close to good restaurants, a supermarket, and the Basilica S. Paolo station on line B of the metro.

Really good spacious rooms with nice balcony. Nice breakfast. Service is good and attentive. Transport links are close by. The area let's it down.

Beautiful and cosy hotel. The hotel too has a balcony having good breeze. Breakfast too is delicious with many options. Metro and bus station is nearby. Italian street food is also very close to the hotel.

Very clean room. Sweet breakfast better than dessert. The staff I also had the good fortune to see Rome under the snow. Pictures taken from the balcony of the room and from the windows of the breakfast room.

Friendly and helpful staff, ready to fulfill every request of the customer! Good Food Modern structure and clean rooms with the max of comfort.
The parking agreement is not very distant and allows you to get in and out whenever you want without any problem… Perhaps the only negative is that the caretaker asks you to leave the keys to the car.

Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and the best thing is that the train station is just 5 minutes away (on foot). The location isnt the best one though. It is pretty far from city center. But if you want peace, then this is what you are searching for.

For what we paid we can't fault the hotel at all. Very clean, very modern, cosy, and above all a great service from the polite and friendly staff who were more than happy to arrange our transfers for us as well as to give us a city map and walk us through great places to see and how to get there. The hotel is situated just a 2 minute walk from a metro line that takes you straight to the Colleseum. There is also a supermarket close nearby, as well as some great family-run restaurants that we would also recommend.

The hotel staff are frendly and the house keeping is good. It's located near to the subway station, just walking distance. In the same are you can buy groceries, pizza, and gelato nearby. You can also save money if you buy bottled water or drinks there. The Colosseum is just 4 subway stations away which is close to where most city-tour-buses stop. It's highly recommended to buy tour bus tickets on-line because it is 10% cheaper then buying on street. It is 10 Euro for the breakfast buffet and the service is excellant. But their dinner starts at 7pm which is a kind of late and I would not recommend it. It's also expensive and not that great.

Everything is perfect, the room, the reception, the breakfast, the restaurant, …, no unpleasant surprises.

Hotel staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The location is close to subway and walkable distance to local restaurants like “T-bar” where you won’t have to deal with tourists and overpriced meals. Breakfast is good and enough to start your day with. Highly recommend.

Lovely modern hotel had a fabulous terrace balcony. Is quite a distance from Rome but metro station is nearby.

One of the best hotels of Rome, We spent new year there, it was expensive on new year but good price around the year and staff quality is wonderful and room are very cleaned and designed.

View was nice, very comfortable and modern room, great breakfast — you don't find that very often for that price! I'll definitely visit again.

I had a great time. The staff is courteous but not intrusive, the restaurant inside is good and also the buffet breakfast is rich. In addition it is in quiet area, very quiet and the Metro is within walking distance. Nice experience.

Great hotel, clean modern rooms and very well connected by metro to Rome centre. Check in staff were welcoming, checked to see if we could get into the room early. I had a shower while watching San Paolo, which I thought was the bees knees.

Super clean Breakfast was great the staff are very nice and helpful it is very close to the subway the surrounding area is in the first moment daunting by the graphites arrived at the houses in the hotel makes you feel great.
