Friendly staff, good service, cosy.

An ok place to stay but a bit old.

Good location, tasty breakfast, rooms to renovate the Dustman was missing water.

Very bad. Poor hotel. The old structure, no lift, furniture rundown, worn-out, feeling poor cleanliness, staff not up to par, price out of the market. Absolutely to be avoided.

The hotel is OK, but we went with an offer by booking by internet and they gave us a room that was equal to the others except that had only a little window where just went light, a plant species in semi-basement when all other rooms have a ventana-balcon which overlooks the beautiful garden on the ground floor. There would be no problem if not because the offer not mentioned these conditions. Normal breakfast variety, abundant number, and the location quite well.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the hotel is very close to the coliseum and bus 175 will take you anywhere you need. The staff were very polite and helpful. Keep in mind there is no elevator but a staff member will be happy to assist with the suitcase. Room was big and clean with a great view. And the breakfast kept us full until lunch. All this for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place good breakfast. Great pizzeria at the bottom of the hill on the way to the metro. Only complaint I had was the hill at the end of walking around Rome all day to get back to the hotel lol.

Nice hotel, close to the Colosseum and other historic sites. Lousy breakfast, no sausage or cheese. Stupidly pâté, jam, cheese, buns and one kind of two types of "sweet" baking.
A terrible noise. Two days prior to check-out the hotel eco-Italian team sinhronistok, terribly noisy. Stayed up late into the night because of their cries (Italians are very noisy), and knocks the door. In the morning at seven o'clock in the morning they again started to make noise and create a bunch of problems.
The room is nice but the repair should have already done. The room was wildly cool (in January), saved only by the air conditioning, which was free. In the bathroom there is ventilation and because heating there, constantly smell of dampness.
Clear plus: the staff every day.

Deluxe double room. Cheap hotel in a lovely location. Very spacious double room on the ground floor with private balcony overlooking the orangery at the back of the hotel. No noise from outside but the walls are very thin (snoring and arguments traveled). Room smelt like sweat and didn't dissipate over our 5 day stay so can only presume it was from me or the breakfast kitchen we were above. Also the mini-bar stank of rotten cheese so only opened that once. Bed had quite a lot of hair and chocolate wrappers in the sheets when we arrived but the room was well serviced during our stay after that first night. Breakfast is continental and served over a long enough time period for everyone to catch it whether early bird or late riser. It was nicest earlier though as the food is freshest. Safe was nice addition although hotel felt secure and the surrounding area seemed safe at night. Would recommend but I'd wait to get the rooms on offer to really feel you'd got a bargain.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at (and I have been to a few dumps). Woke up after the first night with all sorts of bites on my arms and legs, most likely bedbugs. Bad service, the hotel staff seemed to spend more time on facebook than my 15 year old son! The location was remote to downtown Rome, although the neighborhood is pleasant.
