Too far from Rome centre. Shuttle only goes to the vatican (should drop off at metro to get to rest of city) and is always booked for the early slots. Everything is extra (swimming pool, shuttle, breakfast). Breakfast is poor and definitely not 4 star. All staff are officious. Conveniently forgot that 1 night had been paid for already when it was time to pay the bill. Restaurant limited and no variation. Decoration and fittings are dated. Clean and tidy is the only real positive. Being constructive, some suggestions: Have an effective shuttle bus that drops off in a few places in Rome and goes and returns every hour from say 8am to 12 midnight. Improve the breakfast and/or charge less for it. Make the swimming pool free to use and get a few more loungers. Extend the menu for lunch and evening meals.

The rooms are very shabby (stone washstands with unbreakable stains, wiped and snare carpeted, shabby furniture), traces of former luxury. But if you take at a discount, for the non-threatening guest all the ok.
The hotel has a nice aroma, fresheners or something.
Breakfast is a great variety, you can eat until the evening.
Cleaning, replacement of underwear and towels, consumables (and among them body cream) daily.

The hotel is way far from the center. Shuttel bus times are not that comfortable. The service is good but so expensive. I didnt like that I needed to pay extra money every day for the pool (14 euro). The food is good. Clean tidy rooms.

The rooms are very comfortable. They are very large and clean, and the food is amazing. Maybe the hotel's location is a bit far from the city, but the issue is easy solvable with a taxi.

I mean… Away from public transport, not too clean, on my nightstand there was the sign of the glass and the drops of the previous guest. Non-soundproof rooms. In Total quite disappointing.

The hotel is only for tourists with a car or one night when moving. The terrain is very opaque. The rooms are normal. But the ventilation is very noisy. No air conditioning in the entire hotel. It was stuffy in the room.

The hotel was clean and the room nice size and nice but not the breakfast could improve it. The hotel is very chapter of the city center where everything a tourist wants to visit and not facilitate the transfer to the city, they have a very restricted bus in time, they charge to the guests and the public transport is not a solution, as it is a bus line that passes very sporadically. The worst thing about the hotel, unfortunately, are the people at your reception, nothing friendly or helpful, a shame.

Its not worth the 4 stars they have airco was broke the first 2 days and the breakfast buffet was horrible. Bath was small and no connections to the city except the shuttle.

Located on the outskirts of Rome, the hotel provides a bus that takes you to the city centre to the Vatican Museum. Runs on schedule about every hour and a half, both sides costs €5 per person, one way €3. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy, did not like the attitude of girls at the reception, talking down and not friendly at all. The hotel has a shop of Italian souvenirs, restaurant, bar, billiard room, luggage storage and transfer to Fiumicino airport. Breakfast €10 per person, good assortment. There are fields around the hotel, clean air.

Pretty good hotel with a nice Convention Center. The location though is quite bad, as it is very far and not easily-reachable at all with public transport.

Very good hotel. Well taken care of. Comfortable and very clean rooms. Very full breakfast. The only point would be Q is far from the center. There is a Q bus is not included in the rate that takes you and brings you to the center.

The Worst in a long time! FFF — — — very slow Wi-Fi — The Staff is not helpful. — they went in my room, cleaned AND TOUCHED MY STUFF, ALTHOUGH I put the DO NOT DISTURB ON THE DOOR! I travel a lot. Around 70-100 Hotels a year. And this was one of the Worst.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is varied, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

A disaster Dee hotel in a city like it is Rome, it is not worthy that there are establishments with 4 stars that have the staff rude and very ill-behaved.
The person responsible for answering the review only does so when they are 4 or 5 stars, the others are not interested.

Peraonale and Nice Cprtese, despite the guests of the group I was occupied had freed the rooms already from the early morning the receptionist has cleared the card to open the door to one of them to look for the room in the passport that was not found. Good and competent! Only pity the area where the structure is located that is in the absolute nothing and without connections with the rest of the city.

The hotel has a lot of parking spots, a garage and drive-through. A large reception with ordened lines to receptionists, which are helpful and friendly. There's a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar, … the food at the restaurant is kinda ok but mostly cold. The rooms are fine, space enough, good cleaning. We had an event in the congress rooms downstairs, a fine room with extremly friendly staff! Our hotel manager made sure that our stay/event ran smoothly. The breakfast was better than most we had on our trip to Rome. I would recommend the hotel to others for conferences, a pleasant stay, …

Great hotel, stylish and at the same time modern. A functional conference centre rich in choice for every request. It was a very nice and helpful staff. Everything to make your stay or activity at the hotel as pleasant as possible.

The hotel is good, the rooms are spacious, lighted and clean, however it is located in a little central area and away from the points of interest/sights of Rome. To get there it is necessary to take a bus that the hotel has at specific times and in which the ticket costs €3 a single trip or €4 roundtrip. Otherwise you can only get there by taxi or Uber.

Quite far from the centre of Rome, but they have a service that leads from the hotel to the city and vice versa, spacious rooms to a which the internet is somewhat loose, with significant casualties in the performance of it, regular food, friendly staff and most Understand in Spanish, good housekeeping.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms that offer a lot of comfort: spacious, always clean, with toiletries to free use of the guest. The restaurant for dinner good and comfortable. The breakfast was very different. Yes well it is true the hotel is 40 minutes from the city centre, the same hotel has a shuttle service that leaves you in the Vatican with punctual departure and return schedules. Finally, I had an uninterrupted Wi-Fi service during the 3 days of my stay. If you arrive at this hotel as part of your tour package and consider that the hotel is very far away keep in mind that this is not the hotel's responsibility but is the option established by the tourist company. Forza Roma! Forza Aurelia! God bless and take care of your staff.

Nice hotel in Lazio… far from the shot, in the Felt poor neighborhood (run down).
All for an extra charge… Taxi to the city center €30. Breakfast plentiful… but hardly any fruit and vegetables and when then out of the tin. 4 stars not deserved.

It is a nice hotel though on the periphery but has transportation to the city. Most of the people who work there speak Spanish. The service of the restaurant is very slow.

It's a regular quality hotel. The rooms are basic. The food is very expensive and not the best. It is located outside Rome, more than 12 km from the city centre. Public transport is very irregular, that is to say, unreliable. The hotel has a bus that provides shuttle service that every user must pay and only takes and collects at the Vatican.

Very quiet location, pizza and convenience store at fair price, the bathtub is not sealed and you must be careful not to wet the bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Service is ok.

Most of the staff are quite rude and the hotel is far from everything (there is not even a nearby shop or transportation). There was No way to control the air conditioner in the room (very cold during the night). The breakfast buffet is good.

It's a 4-star hotel up to its standard. The room was clean and large. They also have a shop where you can buy beverages some food and souvenirs. There are a bar and a very large conference center. The location unfortunately is not central but this is compensated by lower prices.

Old, good rooms, offers you a very limited free Wi-Fi of time, very far from the center but with a low price service that takes you to the Vatican at specific times. Clean.

It's a little far from Rome, but it has a shuttle bus that leaves you in the same Vatican. It's nice and quiet. The food perhaps is the least I like.

Congress Center not convenient for the logistics coming from the city center, maybe better for those coming from the airport. Catering not great but acceptable. Adequate spaces.

The worst 4 star Hotel I have ever attended, old and out of the way, far from the city centre, allocated in an area where after 6pm is not advisable to walk around. Staff at the reception unprepared, incompetent, improvised and not at all welcoming and hospitable. Bad experience.

Really a fantastic place, with a good service. The staff was also really good and serious, the connection was enough fast, and the room cute, the pool was cool too, the TV had enough channels. I advice this place to everyone.

I give it two stars because they have NO free Wi-Fi, in what earth do you receive people around the world and charge for Wi-Fi? And also it's too far away from almost everything!

Positive :The hotel (complex) is clean, tidy nicely furnished and greatly maintained inside and out with very friendly and helpful staff. Negative: Geographical location. It is isolated from amenities and attractions if you have no personal transport. This is more noticeable when venturing in the evening leaving you to settle for the services and entertainment offered by the hotel unless you wish to spend approximately. €90.00+ for a return taxi trip. Walking in the immediate area away from the hotel grounds will be very visually disappointing as it is arid and unkempt with copious amounts of litter and debris on the roadside with little to no pavement for pedestrian safety. Positive: The Hotel does provide a first come first serve shuttle bus service to Rome (town centre) which runs from the morning through to late afternoon /early evening. This service is priced reasonably at €6.00 return trip. Negative: The shuttle has recently had its late service removed. Positive: The restaurant has a high food quality and standard. The atmosphere is quite and tasteful. Pricing is average to high. Negative : Limited menu choice. Positive : The local bus service runs regularly approx half hourly with a stop outside the complex. You will need this service to access the underground train network which is fairly easy to navigate. Negative : This service again stops early evening and is greatly reduced on Sundays. Conclusion: Nice hotel but vastly let down by its location.

Very comfortable hotel. Its location is not logistically of the best but you get there quite easily. Good breakfast International. The only thing to do is to have a very nice breakfast.

We arrived at our room with our luggages just to found out it was not ready with cleaning stuff all over the room. We have to paid for Wi-Fi per hour each. And was told we have to pay to use the swimming pool which was not on the room description at the time of booking we were very dissapointed as it was one of the reason why we booked the Hotel to use the swimming pool. Hotel far from city by bus only easy with hotel bus service. Only few TV channels but room clean and tidy… Hotel have to provide free Wi-Fi and swimming pool and excellent customer service.

Stay in Rome, at first everything was going well, but surprise, access to the pool is not included in the price. And it's not a little more expensive, up to 16 €/day per person plus. As much to say that the total rate doubles if you go there every day. And it is not finished, if it is well specified in the general conditions that the pool is not included as I was well noticed, it is as well specified that the air conditioning is it free, but it does not work… And no one was able to repair it despite the 3 raises… Do your job properly, and when you are not able to do it, the least of it is to offer a commercial gesture.

Rude. Outdated. Not bothered. Breakfast disgusting. And ghds stolen when room was cleaned — still haven't heard anything back. I want a refund. Ruined my first time in Rome. The staff couldn't care, the 1 star goes to the most lovely man that works there on night shift, apart from him. Stay away from this shambles of a hotel.

Hotel is clean but dated. Friendly staff, except a receptionist who I wanted to charge the room although it had been already paid by uvet nor apologized.

A great hotel in all respects. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Excellent care. It is a bit far from the center but has a shuttle to the center for about 2 euros: if you prefer a taxi, it is around 15 euros. It has a lovely pool and a terrace bar. The restaurant food is very good. Have a area with billiards. The only downside, a lot of foreigner with little education.

Pro. -Well connected to Rome center with shuttle bus (cheap price, just 2/3€, only until 10 pm) -fine breakfast NO. -Empty swimming pool -basic room (no 4⭐️ hotel for sure) -out of the breakfast, try to avoid to order food.

The reception staff is very unfriendly, even rude and the hotel is away from the historic centre. The rooms are spacious and warm, but I don't think I would recommend a stay there for anything in the world.

I feel sorry for my stay in this hotel, unfortunately attitudes is free and the Internet is not free and can not use the kitchen for any personal needs, the hotel is much less than the required level, and unfortunately there is no credibility in the announcement about the site, I would not advise a start booking it This hotel not deserve half star by truth But to be honest the employees r generally very kind specially Jackob, Carla, kimo, tomy because they are trying to do them best to support but there's limited for what they can do.

The location is a bit far from downtown and isolated but that is compensated by a hourly bus service provided by the hotel at a low fee. Service-wise, it's all good.

coming from outside is nice, seeing from the inside, it's past time. The hostesses are not the most friendly and everything has to pay extra.

The staff is not suitable for that job obnoxious and lazy … Apart from breakfast, the kitchen is awful! Scollegatissimo in tourism for the Jubilee.

Recommended completely, the pieces are large and very good food, especially breakfast, which is very varied. They also have a bus that takes you to the city of Rome at a very economical price. The internet is not free.

This hotel has a lovely lobby. The gift shop is full of lots of wonderful things. The pool is splendid. However, the rooms need some major renovation. They were clean but the carpets were terribly stained and had burns on it. The tub was deep, so deep that it was difficult to step into to shower, and slippery. The service in the restaurant was slow but decent. No free Wi-Fi, Even though The website said there was free Wi-Fi. 3 euro for 2 hours, consecutive, not over the full time we were there. Also, no laundry facilities even though it is listed on the website. The room was quiet and clean. It would be rated much higher if it was fresh looking and Wi-Fi was free.

The staff are rude.
The food is edible. The beef inexplicably paid dearly and the baked potatoes were floating in the oil.
To drink coffee disgusting at the modest cost of 2 00 aound the pool bar, easily accessible on the floor minus one wing of the hotel.
In the hallways there was an awful smell, definitely accomplice a carpet badly washed.
In the room the air conditioning could not be extinguished, at least regulated.
The property is located outside Rome and is in the middle of nowhere.

An American hotel in Italy if that is what you want. I was part of couch tour but this location is inconvenient for independent traveler.

The interesting thing of this hotel is that it has buses that take you to the centre of Rome for 1.50 euro and then you can return in the same afternoon.

Cozy and well equipped, ideal for meetings, staff helpful.

Nice, but the service is a bit chaotic, roughly speaking. Not that the staff is rude, but the tendency to resolve things quickly makes the relationship a little complicated. If there are a lot of people breakfast is an excellent example of what is described above, with the few waiters who are really struggling to manage the flow and tend to be a little too determined.

Hello everyone
nothing bad to say about the Hotel and eat,
but I would like to point out that in the parking lot every night there are several burglaries.
Today they opened 8 cars and stole clothes and other 6 business Laptops inside cars parked outside the bar.
At the reception they said it says that parking is unguarded and attention to theft, in the evening do not read to then try to enlighten more the unguarded or make guarded parking otherwise don't organise more events and conventions, you are not able to provide a secure service.

I stayed there 2 years ago and it was one of the best hotels i've stayed. Very clean, comfortable and the personality so gentle. The swimming pool area was very clean and nice and also the swimming pool guy so gentle and handsome! ;) I really recommend this hotel.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in May 2013. We upgraded to a room with a kettle and hot drinks, which turned out to be a good idea, as coffees are 7 Euros each at the bar. To be honest, I'm not the richest person in the world, so the hotel food/drinks were a little expensive for my budget. The pool does not open until June, so that was a little disappointing. Also, the hotel is about a 20 minute ride from the city, with no local entertainment, so be warned that the hotel will be your entertainment for the evening unless you can afford to go further afield. On the plus side, the breakfast is a delicious, with both cooked and buffet-style foods. There is a huge and unlimited selection to eat and drink, so it is well worth including breakfast in the price of your stay. There is a pool table, and bar, and music is played throughout the hotel, so it is not a dull place. There is also a small souvenir shop, which is very reasonably priced. The staff are lovely and I enjoyed practising my few Italian words with them, whilst they pretended to understand me :) I felt very comfortable and not at all out-of-my-league, which I have done in some hotels. Finally, a coach runs regularly (about every 1& a quarter hours) to Vatican City from the hotel. The price is 3 Euros for a return ticket, and from Vatican City it is only a short walk to many of the famous sights (though we took a taxi to the colosseum, which is slightly further out).

Spacious and clean rooms, food okay, but a bit of a tendency to give almost nothing for free. Example: lobby Wi-Fi is €2 for 15 minutes. No Wi-Fi in rooms (even paid) but wired for pay access.

I stayed here for 10 days in May of 2008. The staff was pleasent, warm, and eager to assist in whatever way possible. The facility was the epitome of cleanliness. The room was spacious and exactly what I wanted. The Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Rome, which makes for relaxing evenings on the patio. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus that will take you into the city, as well as bring you back. When I retun to Rome, I will be staying here again.
