La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Giulio Agricola, quindi ci si può spostare facilmente con la metro A. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La stanza ben arredata, pulitissima e dotata di tutti I comfort necessari.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The owner of the hotel, Simon did not inform us that "breakfast" isn't breakfast, it's just a coffee and cake in the cafe around the corner. I counted on the fact that, as in other hotels I will be able to choose between scrambled eggs, vegetables, corn flakes, etc. The lack of information from Simon caused me trouble because I do not tolerate gluten and I had to look for another place where I could eat something, which does not hurt my health. The other downside is the weak connection with Wi-Fi. Once it worked, other times it was very slow, or did not connect at all. Shower tray in our bathroom was clogged and the water filled up to the ankles. When I took a shower the water began to pour out on the floor and I had to wait 10 minutes until the water level drops so I could continue the shower. The next absurdity was the lack of iron. At my request "could you do something about it? " Simon answered "no, sorry". Maybe the owner of the hotel likes to squeeze his shirts in the luggage during a few hours of travel, and then this creased shirts get dressed and go out into the city. We did not get a remote control for air conditioning. After a few days we found a remote control in the second room, but despite this, the air conditioning did not work at night and it was difficult for us to sleep in such a warmth.

Great place, great service. A few steps from Metro A and in a very servitissima area.

For the price it costs (little given my decennial experience in touring Italy and not only) I highly recommend it. Large single room, bathroom large enough, quiet, definitely come back!

It‘s a lovely place to stay and very friendly and clean. It is near from the metro and you are quick in the middle of Rome. See you next time Simone.

Quiet, comfortable, affordable, near the Metro.

I was there with my boyfriend for few days in July… it was very warm period also in the night and we used air conditioning, but suddenly at around 1 am AC was turned off remotely by the owner and it remained turned off till 7 am. We couldn't sleep or breathe normally at night.

2 facilities, Room Suite & Room Deluxe. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. All with double bed and very comfortable mattress. Welcomes Simone and super helpful, mini breakfast served in the room at the time you prefer. Free Wi-Fi and sodas from the fridge all at 1 €. Good rates for Rome. At 50 meters there is the metro and nearby you will find restaurants and pizzerias. Highly recommended, when I come to Rome is a landmark. Well done!
