Great Hotel on the river velino. Located a few meters from the center of Rieti. A very accessible place by car and by public transport. The rooms are great, the staff are very friendly. The price is great.

I spent two nights at this hotel for a course I had to keep in Rieti. I took the cheapest room only due to sleep and all in all I found it fine. Confined spaces, rightly for the price paid in a single, but functional with shower, television, air conditioning and everything you need. Nice view of the river in front of the hotel, a little less the nightly racket at the weekend that comes from the pub next to the hotel. Good breakfast with many products. Recommended for business trips.

Hotel very clean modern price adequate and located on the long Velino. From the room you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Velino River.

Its location is the view that you enjoy from the rooms I was impressed with. Very nice indeed. Just cross the bridge and you are right in the old town. It leaves a little to be desired the parking place located in the square. The hotel has limited parking permits, so it is always preferable to ask for the possibility. The property is well taken care of. Clean and comfortable rooms.

It has an amazing view, great location and the staff is very kind. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. Spotless. Worth a try. You will not be disappointed.

New structure, in the historical part of the centre of Rieti, near the Roman bridge, carefully kept, offers rooms of value; A part of the hotel overlooks the Velino River and is surrounded by trendy clubs and pubs full of people. Furnishings and services are of excellent workmanship. Independent heating. The staff were very helpful and helpful. Cleaning of the room made with care. It has an internal, essential but commendable gym. No problem x disabled people. Fair prices.

In an old house is a modern hotel with good service. Especially rooms with river views are recommended.

Beautiful Hotel overlooking the Velino, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast varied and of good quality… The score of 8, 6 does not make him the honor he deserves!

Rooms are recently renewed, nice and there's a wonderful view. Too much noise in weekend evenings, but we were advised about it and we could choose a different room when we booked.

Terrible! mark this hotel as "no go" noisy, horrible breakfast and the worst front desk help!

From the rooms very clean and contemporary furniture
the property is located practically in the centre opposite the river so that it has a pretty good overview!

Camera accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Colazione un po' troppo frugale, ma nel complesso buona.

The hotel is in a perfect location for tourists, pretty much at the terminus of bus. Overlooking the River in the city. Is still in a central area, and walk you can reach the main square.

Lived at the hotel two years ago. I liked everything.

We have stayed at the Cavour for the last 6 years usually 3-4 nights. Great hotel the staff is amazing. Federica has been most helpful over the years. The 2 men who serve breakfast make great eggs and the selection for breakfast is always good. We live 30 kms from Rieti and come to town for events and movies. The Cavour has always been able to find us a room. This is a prime location for the events in Rieti and a great base to explore the area. Rive gauche a bar next to the Cavour has plenty of tables and a craft beer collection. So many good restaurants within a few blocks and 2 gelato places that have a good selection. Rieti is a 1 hour train ride from rome with a change of trains in Terni. The town is worth a day or 3.

Good hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast (cakes), rooms clean ++, ++, nice view from the rooms overlooking the old city location, Rieti.

Quite decent hotel, the only downside is the bad cleanliness iokon! Italians youth walks long and noisy. All audible, where Windows were.
