Pleasant staff, comfortable rooms. Poor Wi-Fi coverage on the 4' floor. In the room, only 1 electrical outlet, moreover, far from the bed.

Definitely a nice place, very clean. Close to two supermarkets and other shops. But not 5 star, especially for the area.

Well structured Hotel, very nice and friendly staff, clean rooms, very large parking, average food all this at 50/60 Euro for 1 day full board.

Modern and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and equipped with every comfort. Breakfast is very good Very friendly staff I recommend it! The cost cmq adequate reflects a good quality of the location.

Beautiful structure. 4-Star Hotel. Very large breakfast I recommend it for those who have to stay in Monterotondo.

Poor service and lousy rooms — hot water at the bathroom is erratic. Suddenly too hot and then too cold. The breakfast were limited and the staff seemed always annoyed or upset. Not wanting to serve. Terrible service at the breakfast. Not sure if I’m Asian or what. I will not recommend anyone to stay here.

It was a very nice Hotel. Decent parking area.
I do not check the fourth because there was a disorganization in the management of the room that we booked, and the type of room itself does not meet the characteristics required during the booking…

The hotel is located near the station, 10min. Walk. The room quality and service is good.

Hotel with good value for money. Located at the gates of Rome North easy to reach from the highway. It can also be used for a visit to Rome.

I've never felt compelled to write negative review of any hotels in my 30 over years of travelling but not this time. The front night desk lady manager (she seems to be as the other kept quiet throughout) was extremely rude. We checked in as a group a few days ago. Out of courtesy, our tour manager just informed her of our intention to check out earlier at 9.45am the next day instead of the official hotel checkout time of 11am (as from the hotel website). Instead she raised her voice and demanded that we leave earlier at 9am. Reason being there's another group leaving too around our intended time. When our manager refused, she literally raised her voice one more notch and insisted we leave earlier… her last permitted time? 9.30 am. Is it too challenging to handle a few more rooms of checking out? Plain ridiculous. Even when we left for dinner, she was still staring aggressively at us and grumbling in Italian to a fellow countryman. Wifi given codes were wrong too. Breakfast was meagre. Told not enough, despite a later group of Koreans who barely ate anything (own breakfast) and left. Minus one star for me, if I could. (Can't post without awarding the minimum one star)

High quality Wi-Fi and very clean hotel.

The wait staff is rude in the extreme. I am traveling with my daughter's school tour group and apparently we are only allowed to eat in a tiny room crammed with tables but there are no signs directing anyone where to go. My daughter got a breakfast plate and was just sitting down when one of the staff came out and started shouting at her "No, no, no! " and other words in Italian that I didn't understand. The waitress then pulled my daughter's plate from the table and thrust it into her hands after she stood up and pointed straight armed at this little room off to the side saying "Go, go! " I was completely astounded at her behavior. It was explained to us later by our tour guide that tour groups were to eat in the little room and he apologized for the behavior of the wait staff because my daughter and I were not the only ones to get yelled at. The next morning we went down, knowing what room we were supposed to eat in, and went to pick up breakfast in the main room and carry our plates out. We were yelled at again and a different waitress pushed my daughter into the little room and pointed at a side table that had cold eggs that were green tinted, prepackaged dried toast, orange juice so watered down it was see-through and the coffee machine was set on a timer so it only turned on just as our assigned breakfast time ended. I am so glad that I never have to go back to this motel ever again.

Breakfast was quality, room was clean and nice. The shower was open though and the cover to the outlet in the bathroom fell off.

The Hotel is very good. My bedroom is very clean, and also all the people who work here are very nice, and good. I recommend that you visit this hotel.

Horrible breakfast, literally no more than nothing. But at least you can feel the original race separation in this racist place, which is worth the price. We asian package tour travelers were "assigned" to a limited area in the dinning room and were offered less than enough food so many people had no bite of any ham or egg. The only drinks we had were plain water and a bottle of milk for more than 25 people. However, the lady who assigned our seats seated a white man in an area where we were prohibited and guaranteed him he would got "better"food than us, then he ordered a cup of tea. Italia is a nice country with nice scenery, but I cannot say the same with at least this hotel. I thought race separation and differentiation could not be found in 21 century, but this hotel taught me a lesson.

There's only Wi-Fi in lobby. But it has NO INTERNET ACCESS! The bathroom is too small. I can't imagine how do Europeans bath in there.

Bad breakfast and service.

Hotel 4 stars, the most modern and largest in the area. Well connected to Rome and equipped with facilities and amenities. Suitable for business and leisure stays.

The location of the hotel is well outside of Rome which can be frustrating for day trips but also makes it affordable. Breakfast and dinner were so-so on quality but good on service. The ac only recirculated warm air and the window was jammed and wouldn't let in cool air. Overall a decent stay if you are in the area of Rome and don't plan on spending most of your time in the hotel.

9.28 the second stay at this hotel. In the northern suburb of Roman city, about 50 minutes ' drive away from the city. Room very good, concise Ibis dark classic of modern decoration. Bed comfortable and roomy than traditional hotels. Room is wide, has a business sofa, writing desk. Toilet is open enough. The only drawback is the breakfast, as Italy-simple. Three kinds of dim sum, two cheese, bacon, corn flakes, coffee with milk juice. The comfort is King.

Free Wi-Fi only in lobby.
