I was a guest on a training course held at the hotel, but the service was not particularly flawless. In the room we were in we had air conditioning (although not adjusted well) but the problem was the location and the seats in which we were: too close and uncomfortable, but above all the absence of toilet paper and paper to dry hands in the only bathroom of the hall. In addition, the staff made us available with water difficulties, without the possibility of ashsethere having enough (3 baroques for 30 people). Let's just say the hotel's commitment left a little to be desired.

Unfortunately, I can't put less on it because it won't allow me to. Stay away from this place! The housekeeper's rudeness at the head of the housekeeping is enormous. Bad and shameful, she just screams and insults all the people who work with her. His screams can be heard all the way to the room. Rude, rude and really overbearing! I'm never going to come back, from complaint! I strongly do not recommend it. Suck.

Friendly environment. Friendly staff. Especially Mr. Caesar! Stay often for work reasons and, except for a few small initial mishahers with the shuttle service, it's always all pleasant. A tip. Vary the breakfast buffet.

I stayed overnight at this hotel on May 20, 2014. Large room, clean, soft and clean bed, large clean bathroom, LCD TV, fridge bar with only water. That's okay with me.
Very nice pool, well-groomed garden. The only note I can make is the lack of at least one second big towel for the shower.
Staff polite, courteous and helpful.
Large parking, internal and guarded.
I ate at the restaurant, good, nutritious and hearty.
Breakfast: you risk taking at least 2 kg if you do not stay.

Great convenient hotel for travelers, close to the motorway tollbooth. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery. Clean and welcoming rooms; Very helpful and professional staff. Breakfast… I recommend it.

Definitely comfortable and spacious rooms, but go to bed and wake up with the bad smell of sewerage (perhaps not fully functional) … hear a continuous noise of a steady ticking through the night and dine out in the garden to "cool" for lack of seats is the maximum.

Unfortunately my experience at the Park Hotel was not positive.
The room I left a lot to be desired, the second worst.
Breakfast not adequate: I asked for honey on the day and they gave me a Mignon portion, because it was ending…
Obviously the next day they didn't give me because it was over.
For two consecutive times I ask for green tea: Both times tell me to take the water to the BUFFET, but, either way, I the water was over and I was brought after.
The jam dispensers are not working: I was brought the jam apart.

Service terrible dirty place dear and ignorant staff go to other parties… I'm here as a guest for a training course… so I'm obliged to stay here… a simple coffee costs 1.50 and it's disgusting… plus they don't park inside the hotel.

Nice hotel but stuck in the middle of no where. Food was awful. Drinks are very expensive. Room was nice, bathroom was nice but the shower cubicle is small.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but outdated. The biggest downfall is that they place smoking rooms adjacent to nonsmoking rooms.

Location not easily accessible, rooms are very comfortable, access to external buildings are not so easy without a key also to take elevator and external stairs doors are closed. Restaurant and culinary offer they were satisfied but I was expecting more.

I went with a tour group. I booked 2 beds. They gave me one bed and then a fold up bed. When I asked for 2 full beds, Stephan was upset and wanted to charge me extra. The tour guide then offered to change rooms with me. Stephan then gave the guide another large room because he did not want to upset the tour operator. He had a very arrogant attitude. Toilet does not flush properly. Run down property.

Clean and spacious room but not a hotel for families: children are not welcome and 16 o'clock on the second dip in the pool have been advised not to make any more because people sleep! What is the pool if you can't use it in August? And to think we had chosen this hotel for just that making a long trip we just wanted to entertain some children in the water! cost 140 euro for one night!

On business trip every week and even if I have to make a few km more I prefer to choose your Hotel chain. But this time I was extremely disappointed. It is the second time I stay here and while I had a good memory. The staff treats you with enough. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The single was 95 € 85 and € without breakfast. I chose the formula 85 € and I had dinner at the hotel. The dinner I was not at all satisfied and the slow service. The morning of check out I showed my Best Western Rewards card, but was told that under the 90 € does not accredit the points! Certainly not advising this hotel to my colleagues!
