Convenient for business travelers, clean, staff ok.

Many compliments to Mrs. Mara, who runs the breakfast room exceptionally. All very good and all well prepared. I found a wide choice of croissants, brioche and tarts one better than the other. Congratulations to all the staff. Clean and nice rooms.

I was a guest of this structure through a smartbox. Already at the time of booking were very courteous, what confirmed during the stay. The room was small but comfortable but mostly clean. The same goes for the bathroom. The breakfast has exceeded my expectations: abundant, varied and tasty. Overall I consider myself very satisfied with the stay.

Very Good hotel for overnight stay. Comfortable beds, soft towels, shower facilities. One minus-no restaurant for dinner or a simple bar. Only Breakfast. Tomorrow we'll know what. Yet seen that in the form of buffet. Continental as they say. Free Wi-Fi Tv only in Italian. Air conditioning. In general, the rest of the night in the way get great!

A very good hotel with a high value for money, friendly and helpful staff. I travel so much for work and I can affirm with certainty that this is really one of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to sleep.

Very comfortable hotel located within the service area of Frascati Est. The hotel is clean, cheap and seems to have been renovated recently. The rooms are not small; Tastefully decorated with new furnishings. The bathroom is small but very cared for. In short, try if you want to stay out of the great junction but close to Rome.

Difficult to find the correct entrance if you arrive from the north but very easy if you come from the south. Hotel is fairly new and very nice. Good rooms and value for money. Nice reception. Nice staff.

Great location for those traveling and must provide a stop, clean rooms and new furnishings, sins breakfast, we are in Italy coffee and cappuccino (only available with self service machines! ) should be required by law made at the time!

I've been stopping at this hotel for years. All excellent. Otherwise I would have changed. Accessible from both the motorway and Vermicino Street.

A mandatory stop for those travelling from south to North! The hotel is located within the motorway circuit and access takes place exactly from the roadside. Open H24 You can also stay in Formula B&B with very competitive prices. The rooms, with free Wi-Fi, are very comfortable, thermo-autonomous and air-conditioned. There is also a TV, a small safe and a mini fridge in the room. The breakfast buffet is very varied, there is also the possibility of having breakfast in the American style with salty foods. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

A convenient hotel motel handy on the highway crossing near the Roma Sud toll booth. Very clean modern structure with a convenient parking for both car and Bus.

Good hotel, located right on the shoulder of the A1. We found it comfortable during the visit of our relatives who live in Rome. At the first leg you are in the right direction while for the return you have to go to Naples, exit at Monte Porzio Catone and go back. Despite this tour it was worth it both for the price and for the quality of the property, new and well managed.

A great place directly inside the service area, so convenient to stop during the trip. I loved the modern and basic style. Very nice also the green. Quality Italian Breakfast. Great coffee! Friendly and youthful Staff. If I happen again in Rome I will definitely stop here!

This hotel was a real suprise, I'be been there with my partner for our anniversary and we had a good time. Didn't feel like being on a higway. Actually is a very elegant and modern place for a very reasonable price. Kind and friendly staff too. Hope to come again soon :)

This place was clean, comfortable and we are so happy to have stumbled onto it. It was right before we drove into Rome after spending the week driving from Amalfi to Vasto. It was great value for the price and the room was as nice as any we stayed in during our trip (including the airport Hilton). We had stopped for gas and noticed the hotel so asked about a room and the price and decided to stay. When you access it from the freeway, you cannot exit into the countryside, but there is a food court and place to buy groceries at the huge gas station complex. So much nicer than the cheap places here in the US.

Room top, top service. Going on location. But shuttle service to the nearest train station. I can eat nothing to say. :)
