I made a reservation through Booking wrong dates of stay, and despite having communicated the error I found the Booking staff to cancel the reservation, instead of from the hotel veronetta were very fair and indifferent to want to solve the problem. People are unprofessional, shame on you! For 111, 00 € have shown a great coldness and lack of professionalism! I do not recommend Absolutely to have anything to do with these people!
