This is a 3 star hotel but the service is 5 star. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My partner suffers with coeliac disease and gluten free options were made available at breakfast. This is a clean and tidy hotel with air conditioning and extremely comfortable beds. The tourist attractions were just a 15 minute stroll away. A beautiful city that we will visit again. Thanks to all at the Novo Hotel Rossi for a wonderful stay.

Simply excellent. Very comfortable room, great cost benefit and super attentive attendant. Explained all the detail of the hotel, the Verona city and public transportation, considering that the hotel is close to the train station and a little further from the historic city center. Good breakfast serving, during our stay, a great brie cheese.

A very friendly and helpful Front desk staff. Beautiful, something aging room, free few Parking spaces in the Courtyard and in front of The hotel. The Hotel is within Walking distance of Central Station. The Arena is about 25 Minutes away. A Road leads directly past the House, a bit loudly.

I've got a very small single room, but there was almost everything needed. The shower was ok compared to bigger bathrooms I have experienced. I mantain the four stars on account of the excellent staff, but I did not appreciate the fact that there was only a plug in the room (we are in 2018, please! ) and the acrobacies to reach the toilet paper from the bowl. Comfortable bed and good breakfast in a nice veranda.

For night the most. Parking, hot water, clean bed.

Although the hotel is quite old-fashioned, we had a nice stay for one night in Verona. This is good choice for those who travel by train or bus because the hotel is located near to the main station in Verona. The hotel is also only 1, 2 km from the Verona old town. There is a very helpful and hospitable staff. We also enjoyed a good breakfast.

The Hotel Novo Rossi is located in the station area, it is very convenient if you have to stay in Verona and leave early the day after given the location. The service is very good and courteous, the rooms are inhabitable and clean. The Reliable Restaurant service.

We, a senior couple, travelled to Novo Hotel Rossi by train from Innsbruck. Whilst only 5 mins walk from Main station and bus terminal, the hotel is in a very quiet area with ample parking. The reception ladies are multi lingual and exceptionally helpful as were all the staff. The room was comfortable with kettle, tea/coffee and bar and was spotlessly clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful Frequent buses into city centre took 10 mins, Pleasant walk 15/20 mins, shuttle to airport 15/20 mins. Novo Hotel Rossi is extremely conveniently situated for business and sight seeing, we will stay there again and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Very nice hotel.

Compared to the previous management, I enjoyed the cleanliness. However, considering the 4 stars, I think there is a lot to improve! The broken tiles in the bathroom are not a nice presentation, not to mention the hot water that does not arrive, if not to drips, especially in the shower (pressure problems? ) and the fact that the temperature in the shower is not adjustable.

So perfect place to stay and the best staff. I can give 6 out of 5

It is a hotel located two blocks from the bus station. I have read reviews about the danger of the location. It's not like that. They are two blocks that are not nice as it is not inside the old town and at night does not walk many people but are not dangerous. Completisimos the enceres of the bathroom to reveal slippers that is not common for the category of the hotel. Amabilisima attention. They provide bicycles free of charge. Good value for money Good breakfast. From the bus station, two stops to the Arena square. No more than five minutes. He's got courtesy coffee on the. Room and minibar.

Friendly and very professional staff. Best location and accessibility if you want to explore Veneto and Lake Garda region. E. G. In under 90 minutes with RegioExpress to Venice and for 50 euro to three back and forth. By car in just under 60 minutes in malcesine with mountain lift to Monte Baldo. At Porta Nuovo station, almost every bus takes about 12 minutes to the go. We would never have to wait longer than 3min. Value for money very good. Breakfast and car parking included. Only downside, the triple room is in effect a double bed room with extra bed and therefore very cramped. With some bed back was also fixed the problem. And the ceiling lighting was ultra ugly. But that's it, too.

At the hotel Novo Rossi.
The hotel is comfortable, well located, close to the train station of Porta Nuova and the old town.
Its facilities are comfortable and hygienic.
The attention of the staff excellent, extremely friendly.
Especially one of the desk clerks, who speaks Spanish, (whose name I can't remember), which facilitated our stay.
The breakfast buffet is very complete, served in a comfortable space and with external view. I also emphasize the waitress's friendly attention.
Verona is a beautiful city, if one day we will return, no doubt we will stay at your hotel.

Friendly and attentive staff. Good cleaning. Comfy beds. Good heat. They have up to 3 Spanish national channels. Wifi is good. Small breakfast buffet But pretty good and full. They make the coffee at the time of asking, it is not of machine. Located 5 minutes from the Stazione di Porta Nuova, ideal to catch the train and visit other nearby cities, as we did. Although on the contrary away from the center, at 15-20 Min walk, but there is also a bus stop very close to go downtown.
There are only 2 pastes: walls of the rooms very thin and the hotel is located in an area frequented during the night by bands of Latinkings…

Pretty old Hotel but comfortable and very close to the train station of Porta Nuova.
The area at night is rather lonely, not centrally located, the center is about 30 minutes walk.
Very simple room, very comfortable bed and very small bathroom.
Full breakfast with the possibility to order cappuccino from the waiters, instead of the coffee made from the buffet.
Good price if you don't need to be downtown.

This property isn't pretty from the outside and does require some TLC but it is immaculately clean. It is a 3 star with a 5 star service. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The room facilities are exceptional including a welcome fruit basket. Toothbrush, toothpaste and even a razor blade! A turndown service with chocolate left on the pillows each night too! The continental breakfast offers a good selection. Great location for the train/bus station. The reception sell a 24 hour pass that includes bus travel and entrance into museums and the Arena. We will definitely stay again when we visit Verona.

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff who couldn't have done more to make our trip to Verona a success. Plus it was easy to find and parking was great. I'd happily recommend it (and have been doing so to our friends! )

Essential, but cared for. Not bad.
Booked well in advance for a business trip through Booking. The structure is small and basic but taken care of. The rooms are very compact but apart from a bit of space it doesn't seem to miss anything.
They lack a small pool or a Sauna, but overall it is offered good value for money. The staff are friendly, prepared and smiling. As a starting point for improvement I suggest the insertion, for breakfast, of a professional juicer for "real" juices.

The room was very small Rooms and furnishings dated, would be to be reviewed.
The soundproofing is pretty much nothing. I recommend it because it is convenient to reach the center of Verona and with the parking included in the rate. But I definitely wouldn't recommend it for more than a couple of days.

Hotel a little old, but convenient for a day trip to Verona. Close to the train station, it also has a spacious parking lot. They have bikes and locks free for guests so you can easily visit the old center. Tiny bathrooms.

I only stayed a couple of nights at this hotel, but I have no complaints.
Comfortable and well maintained, spacious bathroom and friendly staff.
Ability to borrow bikes, very comfortable to move to Verona, also the location is very close to the station, and for business travellers should not bring luggage to half the town.
Among other things a day it was raining and we were left even umbrellas right from the hotel.

Free parking on street or in hotel carpark. Only down side internet way too expensive, get that sorted and you will sell heaps more! Will stay again.
