Absolutely wonderful accommodation! Superb facilities in the Duchess Apartment which also had the prettiest balcony. The rooms are even nicer than the photographs! Everything was perfect from initial booking to check out and Lisa was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Lisa also gave us a few ideas for lovely walks around the city which allowed us to see a lot of Verona in just a few days.
