The hotel was good and clean. Rooms were regularly cleaned. The only problem we had is the restroom gave off a bad sewage smell at night even though it wasn't used. Probably because of old pipes. Other than that it was a very good hotel.

Very well located, close to the arenas and the historic center. 2 buildings, we were in the outbuilding, new, very clean. Spacious room. Welcoming staff. Parking possible. A downside, small breakfast room, waiting and average quality.

Biggest rip off in Verona. We got a room downstairs with a tiny window and old furniture that did not look like the photos online at all. The bathroom is made out of plastic and has no window. The bed was 140 cm with only one sheet. The only star goes to the air con that worked.

I booked a room with spa included for one night, cute, cool and accessorized room, size size contained but cozy and relaxing (duration of our choice), spa kit offered by the hotel, optional parking for a mandatory fee since around it is all blue stripes. Breakfast included and brought to the room. Given the location, good quality price.

I was in the renewed unit, really nice and clean. It's also 5 minutes walking from the arena.

It's a very calm hotel, ideally situated close to everything. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Close to the historical center of Verona (5 min walk to the arena). The rooms are very modern with big TV and fridge. Breakfast is pretty standard but ok. Just across the street is a very good pizza place.

We were staying at this hotel for one night, but given the value for money, I think if we were to reapce in the area, we would not consider it.
Me too, I was fooled by the photos of Booking that showed rooms and details very nice.
Small room, comfortable bed, small bathroom but all in all functional, but sore note… The windows were drafty and having been a particularly windy night I couldn't sleep quietly.
Breakfast in the norm, nothing exaggerated.
For one night… Almost €100, I would say I could get better with the same price.

This hotel is a perfect 3 star hotel! After reading some reviews about the rooms and designs I was a little bit hesitant, but to be honest, I knew what I was getting. It was a 3 star economy room. I wasn't expecting a grand 4 poster bed and whirlpool tub, if I wanted that I would of chosen one of the more expensive rooms. Our room was cute and clean. Yes the bed was by the wall, but I could get out easily enough. The room and building had so much character, with the wooden beams and crazy green marble sink! Location wise, this hotel was perfect. Just a little bit away from the main square, that it was nice and quiet. We walked everywhere and found it a great base. I Breakfast was a lovely continental selection, and I just loved the homemade bundt cakes. Also if you are a spa lover for €20 you can use their spa just over the road. If you're lucky you will get it to yourself, like we did. Normally to have this luxury it's €180! It has a jacuzzi stream, sauna, tropical showers and a for bath walk. All in beautiful lighting. Great hotel, great staff and great location.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful room that was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was served in a 2nd section of the hotel approx 35m away and was fine. This was a great hotel for a short city break, comfortable, clean and a great location.

In the Center very well quiet.

In the center of Verona, excellent hotel with Spa included and excellent catering.

The rooms are smaller in size than they describe as you book them, the bread from Tost was as hard as if you were them from a week two single beds joined the most uncomfortable thing there is.

We were only one night, but only for the room we would have been more. Staff. Very good Position. Perfect Room.

Excellent location 5 minutes from the Arena di Verona. Rooms very well maintained and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. We also used the Spa and I have to say that, even if small, is very pretty and full. Advice to couples for a romantic weekend in Verona.

Great little hotel. Beautiful renovated rooms. Large bathroom, unfortunately bit small shower. Breakfast is constantly replenished. We were able to park right in front of that door. The City/to the arena is only 5 minutes away. Happy again!

The pictures of light airy rooms you see when booking did not reflect what we got. The room was poorly designed with the double bed pushed against the wall. Bathroom was good. Breakfast was busy and they did supply gluten free items. Saying that we were in perfect location for sightseeing.

A/C was great after long hot day. We went to Verona for the Opera and it was with in walking distance. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.

Very nice clean rooms everything you need, we were 8 adults so all had our rooms more less together. Our rooms were a little down the street away from main part of hotel, but was great because breakfast was served in the same building.

What can I say? Nothing good though for my luck I have never stayed. I was wrong to book the departure date and only after 15 minutes I had the phone in hand apologizing me for my mistake. Nothing to do. Their answer: I'm sorry but we have to charge them the first night and that is 95 euros. So I was taken away for this mistake… Be careful. To err is not human!

It was ok staff ok rooms basic but clean breakfast passable very noisy n not big enough for amount of guests they had staying, some of us had to eat upstairs in reception, which would have been no problem except food drink etc was down stairs.

It is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are nice and elegant. The bed is very comfortable. The staff were polite and very helpful. Despite being in the center and a few steps from the Arena has a guarded parking fee at two steps which is really convenient! To try!

Perfect location on a cozy quiet relaxing street not far from the arena and restaurants and shopping. Our room was wonderful with high quality linens and a lovely green sink in the bathroom, excellent spa… Vanessa is wonderful. Very helpful staff and decent breakfast. Only wish there had been a universal European computer outlet in the rooms and it is available at reception but you need to request it also a complimentary water and ice machine in the lobby would have been nice in the hot summer and their address on GPS was incorrect and needs to be fixed as it takes you to a different street nearby. Americans should note the bed is two twins or two full beds pushed together… this is not one big queen mattress which seems typical in Italy… Just be prepared to fall into a crack. Otherwise fabulous hotel and worthwhile stay! Thank you!

Delicious and romantic, we stayed in the new part of the hotel and took advantage of the SPA … Very convenient location for those who want to turn the Centre on foot!

We drive it approximately 10 times in this facility. It is always clean, the staff is very friendly. To the beach it is thanks the new way not far. We are always thrilled by bibione and we go already 20 times. The beach and the water are clean.

The Marco Polo resort has the best prerequisites for a first-class family vacation, we spent there also for 14 days. Long after we have something similar in and around Bibione looked around — but there's unfortunately nothing. We come back definitely — then now for the 3rd time.

Great investment! Very clean and well kept. Quiet location and yet not far away from the city and the beach. Recommended for families with children.

Great hotel, very friendly and in-mejorable situation. If I go back it does not doubt in repeat.
