Do not stay here, the place should be condemned. Good location though. Edit: In response to the 'owner', thank you for replying three months after we stayed here. As no one was on the front desk, and you simply left all the guests keys on the counter, I was unable to meet you. It's interesting how you take the professional approach of assuming all negative feedback is wrong, false, or unwarranted. That aside, I've never left a hotel early and booked elsewhere, those actions should speak louder than any words. Good luck in your business.

The hotel itself is very nice, and pretty close to Rialto bridge. However, we made reservations and communicated about early check-in months in advance and our room was not ready when we arrived, forcing us to wait over 5 hours with our luggage. The owner was very nice and tried to make up for it, but my rating is 3 star due to the forgetfulness.
