The place is cooped up in the corner of an alley which was a little shady at night. We were greeted by no a human being but a person on a screen who Skyped us. Very weird experience. Breakfast was good with croissants and coffee and the rooms were okay. The shower was very tiny.
Excellent position however the mosaic floor had holes in it which necessitated wearing footwear to avoid cutting ones feet. Both room and bathroom were dirty and dingy in need of a complete overhaul.

My boyfriend and I booked (directly, not via online booking services) at Armizio, However, ended up staying in the dependence of their sister house Casa arte, on the other side of Venice.
They could of simply said that armizio was fully booked and given me the alternative. But they didn't. Breakfast was minimal and dirty bathroom. Would definitely NOT recommend!
