This place is right on the middle of the Rialto vaporetto stop and St Mark's Basilica. Fantastic location.
Donatella at reception gave us s bunch of restaurant recommendations and they have been excellent so far.
The place is clean and there are wonderful views from all windows in our superior suite. Also very handy to have a washer/dryer.
Having 2 bathrooms is an essential for our family of 5 when travelling.

Perfect place to stay in Venice: Politeness, traditional interior design, neatness, great location, reasonable price for Venice. Nothing bad to say. One day I woke up with the singing of gondolieri. What else could I ask for? Just beautiful! (2013)

My wife and I absolutely loved this place. The room was really an apartment with two baths, a kitchen, eating space and a sitting area. The rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Very well located with friendly staff. Special mention to Donatella who took the time to recommend restaurants & give directions. We stayed in a superior room & it was very clean & easy to get to. Only a short walk to supermarket, bars & restaurants & the Rialto Bridge. Piazza San Marco is an easy walk as well. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel. It was a full apartment with a washer/dryer, which was much needed as there was a heat wave in Europe and our clothes needed a washing. It was a spacious place. The front desk staff was friendly and accomidating.

This hotel is very well located a few blocks off of Piazza San Marco, but far enough away to avoid most of the annoyances of that area. The rooms are basic, but clean. Even the rooms without an advertised view have a bit of a view. There is a full kitchen and clothes washing machine in the room, but you will have to pay a significant fee (20-50 euros) to use it. Overall it was somewhat expensive for what you were getting, but this is Venice so you should learn to expect that wherever you go.

We have spent two nights so far in a lovely, spacious apartment. The location is fine, and the overall value seems good.

Great location in the heart of San Marco. We stayed during Carnival and the price was very reasonable. I was surprised at the level of service we received from the hotel staff as they were very accommodating with requests and forthcoming with information to enhance our visit. The room was very clean and it was nice to be able to catch up on Laundry while on a 10 day stay through Italy. We took advantage of the kitchenette and saved a little bit of $$ from the more expensive dining experience that Venice can offer. Great location as all of the best sites are in San Marco, great price, great staff.

Fantastic experience. The staff met us at the door and were very helpful with suggestions and navigating the maze that is Venice. The room was quiet and quaint. We reserved an apartment and found every amenity we needed including a washer/dryer combo. Located a few minutes walk from San Marco and the Hard Rock. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay here.

Staff was excellent. Came up several times to help us with the washer/dryer. (We couldn't understand how to run it) but they were very patient with us. Lovely view out the window and could hear the gondoliers singing as they went by. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice place. Apartments just right next to Piazza San Marco and the vaporetti. Great, friendly staff. Only real downside is no food on premises.

Staff on-call, very friendly and ready to help. Room is a true suite, equipped with laundry rooms, very spacious. In St Mark's is easy to find location, and is located in the tourist attractions of Central but away from the noise in a quiet corner. Thank you very good staff.

Very nice rooms at very reasonable price. Very nice location too.

Had a wonderful stay. Great location 5 minute stroll to St Mark's square; stunning view of canals from 4th floor bedroom. Singing from the gondolliers below wafted through our open windows. But with shutters and windows closed room was quiet as a church. Friendly and helpful staff. Would come back in a flash.

The hotel is nice, clean, the staff very friendly and helpful.
Our room had a nice view of the Bell Tower and although we never used the kitchen, have a room so wide (2 beautiful spacious rooms) rather than the usual small rooms for other hotels.
upon our arrival to the room we found treats and a bottle of wine, the Lady at the front desk always very kind!
the hotel has a great location, a few steps from San Marco and a few more from Rialto.
In piazza san marco, coming from the hotel, you will find a museum inside which you can buy, cheaply, a card to enter many museums of the city.
We took a lot of boats (available when you purchase a card) to go to Murano, Lido, or simply to turn here and there around the city.
We were tempted by the gondola, but 80 euro for half an hour, 100 euro always half an hour but at night (maybe the best) there seemed too.
I recommend a special automatic restaurant near rialto. A traditional cuisine revisited with great creativity, average prices. Absolutely worth the money!
about other restaurants. Well, Venice is very touristy, do not eat well. Better to take advice from locals.
