Wonderful rooms and host, just one bit of advice take a water taxi because it’s a bit hard to find.

Very nice hotel a bit away from the crowds. The accommodation costs are favorable for Venetian conditions including breakfast. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. TV, free Wifi, air conditioning and minibar complete the offer. On the ground floor there are also handicapped accessible rooms. I love this hotel and am here for the eighth time (business and private). Highly recommended!

Hotel Tiziano is perfectly located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, conveniently located in Dorsoduro area — 15m walk to the Gallerie dell'Accademia and less than 10m to a Vaporetto station. Tiziano's amazing staff is willing to help and make your Venice experience more enjoyable. They arranged transportation for us from/to the airport, and provided us with plenty recommendations on local restaurants and unique tour packages to explore hidden Venetian jewels. The Bed & Breakfast service was unique and worth it — A rich and abundant breakfast served with kindness. We enjoyed a lovely venetian decorated room for 4, always clean and comfortable. Service available in English, Español and Français. Their hospitality will be fondly remembered. We hope to come back one day!

Good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. If toilets were updated would upgrade to 4 stars.

A very friendly bar and restaurant, you have to be patient at noon to have a place given the attendance of the premises by the locals. The price is different at the bar and table, yes it should not be forgotten that the service is not included! ;)
Flat level at noon, do not take à la carte but settle for what is offered at noon and at this level, no worries there is the choice and the food is very good! Affordable…

Book on the rack to have no extra charge. The Price tag compared to other establishments in Venice is small. On a note, 0, 25 wines stands as a cup of Cappuccino 2, 5 euros.

Exceptional Tramezzi and Spritz, I think it is one of the best in Venice if not the best. There are also so many other culinary proposals at lunchtime but I still haven't tried it.
Service both at the table and at the desk impeccable. I always choose it when I move from Venice. Recommended.

It is one of the most popular bars in the Rialto area for sandwiches, really very good. You can also sit and eat great primes. The staff is not always very friendly with tourists but this is not so serious. I recommend it.

Great b and b located within walking distance from the coach park. Set away from the hustle and bustle of venice… so you can dip in and out as much as you like. Great as nearby with cafes and restaurants and bars selling Aperol Spritz
Rooms are v clean … really nice breakfast friendly staff. Would of been great if a kettle was in the room for tea and coffee.

The food tasted delicious and prices were very moderate. The tramezzini and the buffet can both be recommended. Very busy place but the staff is still nice and quick!

Don't go! We went to dinner, they took out a salad with lettuce, two pieces of tomato, uncooked peeled prawns, aqueous, sunflower oil… in horrible order! Then came the lasagna of spinach and ricotta, without salt and I have eaten more good of Findus (Frozen supermarket). The food is the most important thing when you go to dinner, but if you get kicked out of the premises by going up the chairs to the tables and scrubbing with lye within half an hour of having received the order. A total disaster. Besides we saw how they filmed all the snacks that had left to be all day for the next. : ( ( (

I loved this hotel and would strongly recommend people to stay here. Lovely hosts and a very charming beautiful room. The breakfast was wonderful. I chose this hotel as it's in Dorsoduro which is a magical area without the crowds and living amongst the locals and being relaxed is exactly what I was looking for. The staff were wonderful with their advice. I will be back.

They charged us a lot more than what it was suppose to be (there were items they could not explain what it was and it was not the service charged) We took 2 breakfast menu 6, 5€ and 4, 5€ plus a coffee on the side and they charged us 22€. The young Italian waiter also pretended he did not understand what was a latte when we ordered one… not a place to come back!

Came here for dinner with my love one. Didn't have high expectation for the shop because it was along the way we have to passby to our hotel. End up, the food is superb especially the Quattro Stagione Pizza. The service is good and the price is reasonable.

Strategic place for the famous Venetian sandwiches, fresh, sides in the middle. They are tasty and always fresh because they sell them all. I pass it as often as I can.

Good sandwiches. They don't accept electronic food stamps. Paper stamps are accepted regularly.

It is a little bit old, but it is very good, care. The care is very good. The breakfast is also good. In comparison with other hotels is less central (that is why it is a bit cheaper), but appreciated the peace of mind and, as Venice is small, it is close to everywhere. In addition to the side is the Square of Sta Margarita, that has a place to go out and take something.

We stayed at the Hotel Tiziano one night for visiting Venice in the weekend. The Hotel is very clean and in a good position for some cityseeing, 20 minutes by foot from San Marco and the road offers some gorgeous views. The service is very kindly, we were checked in by Stefano and it gave us some very detailed information on the place to visit and the itinerary. I'm really going to come to Hotel Tiziano in the future!

3 night stay. Tastefully decorated room overlooking a canal. Basic breakfast. 24 your reception. 5 minute walk to vaporetto stop and S. Margherita square.

A wonderful charming hotel situated 5 minutes in from the cruise terminal end of Dorsodoro and just 10 minute walk from the hustle bustle of Venice, with staff so pleasent and friendly. With its polished Venitian plastered walls, stone flooring and beamed celings you know you are in Italy. The bathroom has plenty of room with a good gentle to powerful shower in a bath. Also air con. Quiet to match the noise from outside. Room has mini bar, safe and tv, the TV channels are in Italian surprisingly… so Wi-Fi is good enough to stream some videos (room 205). Bed a little firm but in a quality way. Breakfast is continental, no Full English but Tea, coffee, meats, cheese, chopped fruit, yoghurt, pastries & chocolate spread. Etc. If you have eggs spinach and avacado every day at home you will welcome the change. Hotel Tiziano is a well presented clean and welcoming hotelwell done Tiziano.

Cold AC is a bonus, especially when its been in the mid 80s, so that was nice. The breakfast in the morning was nice too, but something that was of concern was that we had to pay at the beginning of the stay and once we checked out as well. Come on, get us 1 bill with all the charges so we are not nickel'd and dime'd to death upon checkout.

Fantastic! This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are amazing. The staff is great and very helpful and friendly. This hotel is located in a great spot. We visited during Carnevale and were far enough away that we were not disturbed by all the noise at the venue. The city is a lot of walking this is in a great spot just off the beaten path. A must see.

An excellent hotel. Clean and very quiet with helpful staff. We enjoyed the gentle stroll from the hotel to all the city attractions. We would strongly recommend this Hotel to others when visiting Venice.

Lovely staff! They were very helpful. Rooms were lovely and spacious — we were treated to an upgrade which was a nice surprise. Daily breakfast was good. Wifi could have been better but was serviceable.

My wife and I can "without exaggeration" describe the fantastic, the staff is distinguished for kindness and professionalism, our room was perfect, the breakfast rich in fresh produce and excellent quality.
On the day of our 25 year wedding anniversary we have shown a touch of gentle and refined attention to customers, upon our return to the room, on the bed, we found a letter of wishes and two chocolates in the shape of a heart.

Great room, great prices, excellent staff. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path, but the hotel has all the modern amenities one would expect at a very nice American B&B. Will definitely look to stay here again if I'm ever back in Venice.

When I go in venice I talk with the receptionist and she tell me "wait 10 minutes" and I wait for one hour! and the food is orrible. Low quality.
