Venice is a place where you walk a lot. The hotel is well located, with friendly staff, clean and in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants. Some rooms may need "Do not disturb" tags, but besides this, great place to stay.

Excellent. Very beautiful everything. We had to stay in Palazzo Priuli and the truth is that we recommend that you be staying without problems because it is beautiful, you feel like at home.
We want to highlight the breakfast guy that the truth super attentive, a genius!

Average hotel, no sound isolation, low light in rooms and the fact that we need to move to the palace priuli to take breakfast is not practical.

The hotel is located in very quiet and yet only a few gases from St. Mark's Square. The rooms are very stylish and generously furnished. The breakfast buffet is very plentiful and delicious.
The staff is also very nice and accommodating.
What was a bit odd, however, is the fact that the entire amount was deducted from the credit card a month before the stay.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Some are of period and others renovated. The breakfast service is included and plentiful. I would recommend this hotel.

Awesome location, 7min from St. Mark's piaza, nice rooms, strong A/C in hot days… only little minus-little room for breakfast and they have time to bring something, when there's nothing… even 20 minutes we waited for a croissant.

Excellent location in the centre of Venice just a few minutes from Piazza San Marco.

Nice decor and location is close to the water bus. Otherwise, we ordered a non — smoking room and got one that smells like a tavern. Ordered a room with a view of the/a canal and got an alley view. The rooms are way smaller than the pictures portray. No elevator so if there is luggage, good luck. Not worth the money we paid. Will look elsewhere next time.

Breakfast was good, room was good, though it wasn't worth it to pay extra for the view of the canal, dated bathroom, we we unable to shower properly, unprepared front desk staff were seldom at their post, were unknowledgeable of tourist points and negligent with luggage storing. Uncourteous manager.

Excellent location! However, the standard rooms are pretty mediocre. Not enough soundproof noise problem, the air conditioning also makes too much noise! And the worst c. Is separate mattresses that c. Is not comfortable at all because the mattress always starts on the side finally quite disappointed by the room! the the breakfast was very good! Not enough staff.

Classic Venetian style and feel with many original features even down to the slanting stairs. Lovely friendly staff that welcomed us on a very hot day with refreshing drinks and fruit. A wonderful experience overall overlooking the beautiful Venetian canals and so central to all the sights.

The location is perfect, so close to the boat ferries and saint marks, the rooms are very well decorated and the breakfast provided was scrumptious, to top it off the staff were incredibly kind-hearted and helpful :)

I regret not having been able to take advantage of this castle, seeing the great reviews.
Unfortunately I have a "smartbox" and I heard you say that they do not accept reservations for one night. If you allow me then don't do conventions which then do not keep!
Shame because Venice is a city that I love.
I did my honeymoon 29 years ago, and I get at least 2 times a year.

Great hotel. Fantastic service and very very nice. We spent here the nights before the wedding and the wedding night. They were very kind and helpful understanding our needs and satisfy every request. The cost is not really low but I assure you it's worth it all!

The hotel has a Good location, well decorated rooms and antique atmosphere. The bathrooms should be renovated, and the holes on the room floors should be fixed. The double beds consist of two seperate beds. So we had a difficult experience in our honeymoon!
