The hotel is situated in a quiet back street. The room was a little smaller than I thought compared to the pictures but we had air conditioning so that was okay. A few odd stains on the bed sheets but in all I think it was okay for the area.

Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione, a circa 10 minuti seguendo la strada principale che porta verso il ponte di Rialto, a sua volta distante altri 15/20 minuti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene per una notte ma consigliatissimo anche per più giorni. I locali, I negozi ed I bacari in zona possono soddisfare ogni esigenza ed hanno contribuito a rendere molto piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Servizio efficente e personale molto disponibile e gentile.

The hotel is 20 min walk from the square St Marc my it's fast there is everything next to the hotel bar Resto shops ice gondola gondola price 80 Euro 100 the nights 30 min l Hotel no restaurant so no breakfast to spend a the cheapest night and enjoy the city has fond it is the good plan bathroom and toilet common clean not far no more boat bus 20 euro per pers for 24 hours is the most interesting one is not far from 10 min walk pond Rialto for my part it is well located. We paid for 3 day 2 nights 258 euro TTC.

It was a great little hotel. We were in room 1 where you could hear the reception all the time. Great location and a fare price.

We stayed for a night, near to train station and San Marco, but small rooms and definitely not what shown in the pictures. Apart from that good for night stay, clean room and bathroom. Definitely good enough for those on budget.

Would have an overnight stay.
Italian, French and English were spoken at the reception.

Hotel in a quiet area and connected well to the center. Clean and with new bathroom and double shower. Friendly and helpful staff. They don't have breakfasts. Near this wonderful noble pastry with bar service to cope. I would highly recommend it.

Quiet place and close to the station.

Loved this quirky hotel although didn't stay in the hotel itself, had instead an independent apartment within the courtyard.

A budget hotel. Clean and cozy rooms. Great service and concierge 24hours. The concierge was very helpful and helped us with maps & local info. All famous attractions close by and walkable.

Hotel Accoglievole, definitely to come back a next time.

Horrible. Dior Sunglasses along with its case were stolen from MY ROOM on the last day before I checked out. When I tried to complain, no one was at front desk when I checked out the next day. Couldn't even do anything about it… Sucks.

Quaint hotel near to restaurants and site seeing. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Guglie Vaporetto stop. Hotel Henry is located on a quiet street. The rooms are average quality for a budget hotel in Venice. The new apartments are well done. No 24 hour front desk but hotel is safe and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

It will never call this place a hotel, (hostel is more appropiate) … Recepcionist was not so kind and no so much time available. Avoid it!

Small room but very clean curteous service.

A hotel for… sleeping and washing. Phantom receptionist, Phantom Breakfast too (we asked several times for breakfast which was to be served "between 8am and 10am" but in this niche, no one at the reception during our 2 days spent on the spot…) Decent cleanliness, bed Comfortable, clean and adequate shower, very close to the various stops of the waterbus and the small shops "typical" of Cannaregio. I recommend for who just wants to sleep and wash at the hotel for cheap.

Close to the station so comfortable enough to get there with luggage. To walk instead to San Marco. Tidy, clean rooms, all in the norm. A good two star, maybe a little pricey.

Bcoz the manager didn't treat us well. Very rude.

Located a few minutes walk from the train station and the typical means of transport (such as Vaporetto or Taxi). A great solution to avoid carrying luggage throughout Venice (not easy with the flow of people and the various bridges). Breakfast is not served. Budget Hotel.

Management does not take responsibilities for bad acts of its employees. The reception allows to withdraw money in my credit card without my consent. The hotel and the rooms are not like what you can see in photos.

Internet slow, but the beds are good. Good central heating.

Disrespectful and deceitful are the two words that would call this "hotel" staff. The staff also withdrew money from my credit card without my consent. As for our room, my wife and I booked a room with a double bed, to eventually have two single beds and the room was crowded with mosquitoes. I will never go back to this place, I suggest you also future tourists.

Me and my 8 year old sister had a great time at hotel henry. The check in took us only a few minutes, because everything was preapeared in advance. Hotel stuff was friendly and helped us out in every situation. The room was cozy, clean and the furniture was so pretty! The only negativ point is that the room was really dark, because of the tanned windows. It was also very silent, so we enjoyed a good sleep! We will come back.

Very easy to reach from the train station, we had a great time, staff very friendly and accommodating.

We had a great time. Lorenzo, our host, was excellent, offering tips, directions, and true Venetian hospitality. Hotel Henry is situated in a real neighborhood with real Venetians coming to and fro. Lorenzo made us feel a part of his local family.

We were guests in the hotel's annex for a few days at the end of July. The apartment was perfect in all respects. We cooked brought pizza etc. No noise no hassle and more than affordable price because you can comfortably fit in 4 people.

If I remember correctly, the girl at the desk named Manola. Well, this welcoming, elegant, Manola was helpful and professional: what so many other hoteliers adventurers are not. We walked into the hotel pezzando, soaked in sweat, stink and madidi weariness to the scorching sun and the valigione that we had carried along half Venice: but she thought we had been expecting as a friend waiting for other friends. He even did pick the room that tended to, and of course we took the one with antique furniture, wooden beams, a shiny object, the air conditioner. In half an hour to walk you in Piazza San Marco, and believe me: the road leading there is the world's most romantic road.

Great location and low prices. Essential structure. Good friendliness.
