The staff is very friendly and the rooms are typically Italian and well preserved despite their age. A very good connection is also given. The breakfast, on the other hand, is really poor or could be better. But this is always different from person to person. I can only recommend it to everyone from a price point of view.

The location of the hotel was really good with a supermarket in a 5 minute walk, Wi-Fi in the room, and breakfast inculded but the room was small for 3. And before checking in you have ask them at the reception if you want to have separate bathroom otherwise you need to share with other guests. Overall the stay was good for 2 nights.

A bit far from the centre but close to the train station the hotel is Bieen.

Good location, nice hotel The area is very nice, full of shops with beautiful souvenirs. The staff is very attentive. No more breakfast.

Perfect for convenience and pricing.

It was nice — cute because it's stuck in a corner alleyway right off the main market road, but the bathroom was incredibly tight and uncomfortable and the location externally seemed slightly unsafe. However, the service was very helpful, told me exactly what boat to take for an early flight out of Venice. Also people there offered conversation about Venetian history which was intriguing and friendly of them!

We stayed two nights in which they call dependance, pretty crappy everything, there was neither TV, nor a mirror in the room, the only one for the face in the bathroom, the pretty basic savannas of the economic type, the blankets that we pulled out of the cupboard, a huge cupboard that left over Tota Lmente, smelled of feet and dust in addition to being very old blankets of these that itch and believed that no longer existed. In the bathroom (in common) the cleaning ladies left mop and cleaning things… why? The towels fine and mine until broken by both previous use and a Minuscolo soap as the only Omenaje. The price a robbery respect for the service. The position is very good but does not justify the Cutrez of the site. I write this in Spanish but I am originally from Trentino I know very well the area and the city, this has been the worst experience in all the years I've been in Venezia.

Beautiful view from window of rooftops, bit confused as to what room we where getting but it was ok in the end. Also an issue with the hot water but the hotel reception was really help full and tried their best to get it fixed for us. Overall good on a budget.

We stayed at the apartments owned by the hotel and were very unimpressed by the lack usefulness of the rooms. For how much the rooms were we expected at least bath mats or rugs on the marble floor (slipping after a shower was a real danger), better towels than the thin sheets we were given, no safe or locker, no minifridge, no tv, and no mirror in the room. This room would be fine if it was less expensive but we don't feel that our money was worth it.

Too noisy. Bad soundproof. Bad smells. No toilets or personal bathroom and too expensive.

Great facility in a strategic location. Cleanliness and friendly staff made the experience very pleasant and satisfying. I will be back.

The location is very good, the breakfast lacks options, the room was rather small but ok. The bathroom was really small, especially the shower and a lot of things are in dire need of repair. The walls are very thin, I was able to listen to conversations downstairs. The staff was fine, but our interactions were limited. There was no dedicated room for our luggage, but we were allowed to put it into the main hallway.

Great location plus great service from staffs. The only thing I'd like to complain is that there were mosquitos inside the room which is annoying.

We stayed at an apartment, near McDonald's. The room was tidy, but the door lock was very difficult to open (we needed some skills to open it). So we asked neighbours to show how to open the door at first.

Quiet and clean hotel. The staff are welcoming and the breakfast (included) is just nice in a small garden arranged by the owner. Also, it is possible to make the tour of most of the good places of Venice, on foot.

This was one of the WORST "hotel" I have ever seen and experience!
The reviews you are reading about this place are true, you get no towels. Room looked nothing like the photos on bookingcom and we effectively slept on a hard camp bed in a very cheap looking room, so we feel cheated!
They have an arrogant worker and please pay attention — If you BOOK THROUGH BOOKING, THEY IMMEDIATELY BLOCK YOUR MONEY FROM THE CARD. The full amount, even if you want to travel there in 3-4 months!

Great price for being in the Centre of Venice. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Recommended.

The room is basic and functional, not spacious and a bit dated. The staff was very helpful and polite.

We stayed at an apartment booked through this hotel. We had a 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Venice near the C'D'Oro vap stop. This was very central to the main attractions of Venice. We were less than a "block" off the Strada Nuevo whith any kind of shop we needed. One bedroom was closet sized with a single bed and no where to really put your suitcase. The main living area had a sleeper sofa and a chair that could become a single cot. The bedroom had nice closets and a king size bed. The bathroom was very nice with a shower but the plumbing would make noise at night. (keep the door closed). We were on the 1st floor of a secure building with other apartments. As is the case in Venice, things are close together so you hear the noises from the "street" from the early going locals to the late night partiers but you cannot avoid that in Venice. IF you have problems sleeping with some noise, take some earplugs.

A great little hotel! Very close to station, about 5-7 minutes walk with Luggage, a neat little room was so cozy that we did not want to leave. The most positive experience.

This small hotel is a small family hotel with lots of charm, the staff is really super nice and breakfast very good garnishes, very good choice of hotel.
