The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of items to choose from.

Lovely boutique hotel. The stay was super nice and the breakfast is small, but all good! An excellent choice in Venice. The only downside we had was that the centralized heating was too high so it made the room very hot. We had to turn it off (which took us a while) and everything was perfect! We will definitely come back!

Small and elegant Boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are spacious and bright, modern bathrooms and design. Beautiful lounge for breakfast and aperitifs.

Venice What a dream we found this Hotel with a good location, 20 minut Icirca walk from San Marco, very nice and well run.
The room on the first floor cared for, quiet, clean, a little ' small but containing all the comforts required nice even the bathroom with a comfortable shower.
Very good value for money, I will stay here again very often.

It is close to the station and is a bit away from the main sightseeing places and is quiet and neat. The staff was very friendly. After checking out, I kept my luggage and when I came back, I used the bathroom. There is also a small doorway here. (It was hard to find at first. ) This hotel in Venice was a really good place.

My husband and I have just returned after a three day trip to Venice. What a beautiful hotel the Hotel Arcadia is. Its in a perfect location, with shops and restaurants surrounding it yet it was very quiet in the room. The room itself was lovely, the bar/breakfast area was amazing and the staff could not have been more helpful. We both felt that nothing was too much trouble. They helped us with water bus tickets as well as our return journey to Marco Polo airport. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and if we are ever lucky enough to return to Venice we will stay here again. An A++ review.

A perfect little gem. Located not far from main railway and bus station makes this hotel an ideal place to stay. The entire experience was faultless, immaculate rooms beautiful breakfasts and friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay a wonderful one. Thank you Hotel Arcadia.

My husband and I had been to Venice twice before, but this time I was taking a group of 16 for a Food and Wine Tour of Italy. Looking for a small Boutique Hotel, close to a boat drop off from the airport, walking distance to the train station but upscale accommodations, breakfast included, and excellent service was not an easy task. After researching over 15 properties, I found Arcadia Boutique Hotel. From the first email requesting room availability until we checked out, I was truly amazed at what a gem I had found. Andrea, Nicola and Daniel as well as all the staff at this hotel were prompt in their replies, professional in their services, and more than helpful with recommendations. They arranged boat transfers from the airport, offered a glass of Prosecco our first night, and were all available, without our asking, to help with our luggage. The breakfast was much more than I expected, offering typical Italian items, but enough "American type breakfast items" that we truly had the best of both. The rooms were lovely, decorated in Venetian style that felt almost regal. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms, with the Murano glass sink, were perfect. I wanted to make sure my group, all but 2 having never been to Italy before, felt their first 2 nights were "over the top". When we left the hotel for the short walk to the train station, the comments were "how can it get any better than this? " As a tour guide, that it exactly what you want to hear.

The rooms in this charming hotel are small but very clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful, suggesting great restaurants and was very attentive to my pregnant wife. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious. My only wish is for a bar for a pre dinner cocktail!

Very clean, very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast with numerous options, espresso drinks, and fresh fruit. Look closely for a no-frills entrance along a busy street. Furthermore, rooms are smaller but otherwise well-maintained.

A lovely hotel. Perfectly placed if coming from train or water bus from Airport. Lovely walk to the main places and easy to get to the water bus stop just round the corner. We had a Double Classic room right next to reception which we thought might be noisy, but no issues in our two night stay. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was very clean. Always the room I judge first during my stay. Breakfast room is lovely and breakfast was perfect. Staff are attentive and knew all info a new visitor could need.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are very well decorated, very clean, the King Suze bed is very nice, the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel is located in a lively shopping street but the hotel remains very well insulated phonically.

My husband and I were very pleased with our recent stay at the Arcadia Boutique Hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was quite extensive and very well done. Although this is located not in the "main" area of Venice, we so enjoyed this location. It was very easy to access from the water transport from the airport. I would certainly recommend this hotel anyone visiting Venice.

I rarely give 5 stars, but this place in Venice deserves it. A short walk from the train station, well located in a nice neighborhood and in good functioning condition. Our room was generous by Venetian proportions with a nicely appointed well functioning ensuite bathroom. The staff was amazing and helpful, and the breakfast included with your room is one of the best I have ever seen in this price range: far more than "continental", with many hot choices, incredible baked goods, fresh items and expresso made to order in a beautiful room. Nice setting areas where you can enjoy a bottle of wine if you wish in the comfy overstuffed furnishings.

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the second time we came back luigi recognised us from our first time and that really impressed me, you are made to feel like the most important person they have staying with them, this is our 4th time staying here its really so good, thank you luigi and your team that look after us so well, very easy to get to from the train station and the water taxi stop from the airport is a short distance also.

The hotel is easy to find and good location, easy to go everywhere in Venice, the staff is great, breakfast excellent choice. Room was very clean, someone to make the bed every day, replacing fresh towels. Here, you can't really picky, we like to stay here, can't wait to come again.
