Great place especially for familys. Next to beach but has great pool facilities too. Staff really helpful and good English spoken. Wonderful massages available to complete a lovely relaxing time a short boat ride away from one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Superb pool and the Lido is better than on Venice itself. The Tuesday market is very friendly. The place is well located a small road and a beautiful sandy beach.

€250 the night at the end of may for 4 with breakfast… It's worth a shot especially for families… the pool is very nice. Decorations a little dated, some technical worries but very nice staff and looking for solutions to alleviate the problems. We will return.

Breakfast buffet was often not replenished and breakfast was not allowed to be taken to the terrace, had to be taken in the windowless UG. Rooms were fine, cleaning too. Tungons on room terraces without chairs and lie without pads. Probably only serve for decoration. Pool ok, also ok. Conclusion: You can have nice days here, but you have to scale back the demands a bit. A lot is just façade.

Ideal hostel for us — after the hustle and bustle in Venice, it is nice to enjoy the peace and quiet at the Lido, to go out to eat well and to spend a pleasant, quiet night.

Rooms are okay, but you've got a separate drawing space & a rooftop balcony, which is pretty awesome. The water taxi station & town centre is 15mins walking. There's a makeshift kitchenette available for coffee & cooking. But don't expect a canal view as it's a bit inland.

The hotel and pool were amazing but the cleaners and Wi-Fi were slow. Overall brilliant experience.

Yesterday I wrote to ville del lido to ask if dogs were admitted. Ms Rose (staff, manager? She wouldn't tell me! ) didn't reply to my question. Instead she told me to say which were the dates I was interested in staying there then after that she would tell me about the dog (? ) I wrote back saying that I didn't know the dates yet but it would have been in July or August. Then I asked her again if in the meantime she could tell me about the dog. She replied that she wanted the precise date without explaining why and once again I wrote that I didn't know so for the 3rd time I asked if she could tell me if dogs were admitted. Unfortunately Ms Rose didn't appreciate that, she wanted me to do what she said (? ) then she would reply about my dog. So she wrote an email said sorry pets are not admitted. Bye, Rose. How rude is that? Obviously my experience at ville del lido has already finished considering the rudeness of Ms Rose. After this inicial Approach I certainly not recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel with a multilingual personal, friendly and responsive. The small apartments are recommended for families — there is a very nice pool and a good breakfast.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations.

I stayed here in late April… Lovely! PRO: Great cared for private garden, quiet apartment, spacious and comfortable, rent a bike, possibility to enter and exit even at night, abundant breakfast included in the room… Summer Outdoor Swimming Pool CONS: Remember to clean the kitchenette well you use it! Possible removal of dirt is charged to the customer! A single Tv fixed to the wall in the living room… Alright… Super Recommended!

We choose to stay here as we were finishing a cruise on the Friday and wanted to stay an extra night in Venice. Having both been to Venice before we decided to stay away from the crowds and just relax by a pool at the end of our holiday before flying home (unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side! ). Having previously stayed on the Lido we knew it was much quieter and still easy to get the vaporetto across to the main island. The actual location of Le Ville del Lido was about as far as we were comfortable walking with heavy suitcases as it's on the far side of the island but only 2 or 3 roads down from the main street We arrived very early, at about 9:30 and expected just to leave our bags and go out for a while until we could check in. The friendly receptionist welcomed us and, after checking if we were OK with a ground floor room with a garden, quickly arranged for us to swap rooms to one that was already made up. The apartment we stayed in was much larger than we were expecting, with a lounge and kitchenette, bedroom and en suite bathroom as well as another bedroom and bathroom. Since it was just the two of us they left the other room and bathroom locked to make sure they stayed clean. I'm sure had we wanted to use them they would have unlocked them. There was also access to a small garden area from the lounge, open to the rest of the grounds. The apartment was furnished in a venetian style, the bed was comfortable and extra pillows available in the cupboard.

Very very nice and very beautiful hotels.
