Decent place for family budget vacation. Remote location near camping areas. Beachfront, nice pool area.

The apartment is basic but there is everything you need, has the dishwasher, the air conditioner. All in very good condition. The place is well equipped, with swimming pools for young and old, immersed in a garden with the possibility of playing football. They have the tennis court and bar. The service was excellent. Beach with umbrella in price, clean and very close to the apartments. Definitely to come back.

Always a great experience. They accept dogs, but during peak season they aren't allowed on the private beach. The kitchen has everything you need.

Decent value for the money. Not a good region, but close to the sea and a swimming pool.

I have been attending the Nova Marina Residence for many years. I've always been good. In recent years I would have expanded the toilets in the swimming pool area, perhaps alongside those present with another structure as you have only a TOILET for men, two for women, a single shower for men and two for women. To the beach are three other bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. I think little is seen of the amount of people. Very good thing the obligation to use the headset in the pool. At the bar, near the swimming pool, you can have quick dishes: first, second, salads, hot dogs and others that solve the problem of lunch at a good price. Enjoyable structure.

Simple apartments, but sufficient and practical. Large refrigerator, gas stove, cutlery and crockery. Two balconies, one even sufficient for table and chairs. In the last two weeks of May 2018 I see in the pool all the people without the headphones that, from the sign exposed to the entrance, would be mandatory, even in the presence of the lifeguard. It's a very obnoxious thing to emerge from the water wrapped up in other hair. I would be of the opinion to provide for that. For the rest the structure is beautiful, pleasant. In my opinion with the suggestions I mentioned, it would be much more livable.

It is very nice in the center of the square of Chioggia in via Campo San Andrea. The waiters welcomed us with pleasure and very cordially. The only drawback is that the service is very slow and the. The food is good. Very good spagetti and frying. Medium-High account.

The staff were kind. Nice place and cosy. If you were in a submarine, we will stop more from them.

I spent two great weeks here. The beach and the facilites exceeded my expectations. Although, the pool could be better. Moreover, it was a bit far to central Sottomarina, so one has to cycle or drive to get there. Otherwise, great stay!

Recently renoveted appartments. Suitable for family with small children. Great cleaness. Swimming pool, bar, free wireless, private beach and bicicle rental.

The rooms are comfortable and equipped with kitchens. There are dishes for cooking and serving. Fridge, stove and microwave. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom.

We stayed the first week of September for luck, where half of the vacant apartments. The beach, pools, tennis courts, football fields, and the services are not bad, indeed, is a place suitable for families with children.
But the structure is the years ' 70, it's too loud, you can't hold the Windows open only because it seems to be in a market square, between an apartment and the other you can hear everything, you can't rest because not being respected hours of silence, and if you find inconsiderate neighbors, slamming doors, drawers, or babies screaming and playing soccer in apartment,
you pack up and go away.
